Chinese Medical Ethics 2023;36(8):890-896
Due to the specialty of the profession, nursing staff often face more traumatic events in which their self-moral cognition is contrary to the reality, and gradually turn to moral injury on this basis. The level of nursing ethical literacy of nursing staff greatly affects their differences in moral cognition and the strength of moral resilience, thus determining the development and recovery of moral injury. The latest ethical code for nurses, the Expert Consensus on Nursing Ethics for the Prevention and Control of Major Infectious Diseases, has improved the rights and interests of nursing staff. The active practice of this code can help nursing staff effectively respond to the endogenous and exogenous injury sources brought about by the epidemic, eliminate negative moral cognition, improve the moral resilience of nursing staff, as well as has positive effects on the prevention of moral injury for nursing staff.

The vagina contains at least a billion microbial cells, dominated by lactobacilli. Here we perform metagenomic shotgun sequencing on cervical and fecal samples from a cohort of 516 Chinese women of reproductive age,as well as cervical, fecal, and salivary samples from a second cohort of 632 women.Factors such as pregnancy history, delivery history, cesarean section, and breastfeeding were all more important than menstrual cycle in shaping the microbiome, and such information would be necessary before trying to interpret differences between vagino-cervical micro-biome data.Greater proportion of Bifidobacterium breve was seen with older age at sexual debut. The relative abundance of lactobacilli especially Lactobacillus crispatus was negatively associated with pregnancy history.Potential markers for lack of menstrual regularity, heavy flow,dysmenor-rhea,and contraceptives were also identified.Lactobacilli were rare during breastfeeding or post-menopause.Other features such as mood fluctuations and facial speckles could potentially be predicted from the vagino-cervical microbiome.Gut and salivary microbiomes, plasma vitamins, metals, amino acids, and hormones showed associations with the vagino-cervical microbiome. Our results offer an unprecedented glimpse into the microbiota of the female reproductive tract and call for international collaborations to better understand its long-term health impact other than in the settings of infection or pre-term birth.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(11):1668-1672
Objective:
To understand the sex related knowledge, attitude and practice of senior kindergarten children in Luzhou and its influencing factors, and to provide a scientific basis for comprehensive early childhood sexuality education.
Methods:
In January 2022, the stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1 438 large class children and their parents in 24 kindergartens in Luzhou.
Results:
The eligible rate of sex related knowledge, attitude and practice of senior kindergarten children was 27.2% . About 91.0% of children knew that they should not let others see/touch their private parts, 88.0% of children could correctly name the source of life, 35.1% of children could correctly and completely point out the location of male/female private parts and 11.5% of children believed that girls could not play with toy pistols and 1.2% of children thought boys should not wear skirts. The results of multivariate analysis showed that public kindergarten, girls, ≥6 years old, high maternal education (college/undergraduate or above), parental sexuality education with positive attitude/good behavior were associated with high sex related knowledge, attitude and practice( OR =1.69, 1.74, 1.86, 1.37, 1.32, 1.48, P <0.05).
Conclusion
Sex related knowledge, attitude, and practice among senior kindergarten children is insufficient, however, knowledge regarding sexual assault prevention and life education is sufficient. It is necessary to pay attention to the role of parents attitudes and behaviors in child sexuality education, especially among boys, children from private kindergartens, as well as those with young age or low maternal education.

Objective:To investigate the drugs-sensitivity spectrum of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) in China and provide a scientific evidence for the drug selection in clinical therapy and the control of MDR-TB.Methods:A total of 167 strains of MDR-TB were included in this study. Every strain was genotyped by lysX gene sequencing and their sensitivity to 13 different anti-TB drugs was tested by using MicroDST TM and BACTEC TM MGIT 960 TM liquid-culturing method. The association between drug resistance and genotypes as well as cross drug resistance was also analyzed. The results were analyzed by means of the comparison of enumeration data between two groups with χ2 test. Results:The overall resistance rate of 167 MDR-TB strains to 11 anti-TB drugs, except isoniazide and rifampicin, was 95.81%, the rates of pre-extensive drug-resistance (pre-XDR) and extensive drug-resistance were 31.14%(52/167) and 6.59% (11/167), respectively. The streptomycin resistance rate of Beijing genotypes was significantly higher than that of the non-Beijing genotypes ( χ2=30.682, P<0.05), while the pre-XDR proportion in Beijing genotypes was lower than that in non-Beijing genotypes ( χ2=5.332, P<0.05). The resistance rates of Ofloxacin and Pyrazinamide in the modern Beijing genotype were significantly higher than those in classical ones ( χ2=4.105 and χ2=3.912, P<0.05). In addition, the cross-resistance rate to rifampicin and rifabutin was 86.23%. A significant difference in drug-resistance rate to rifabutin was seen among groups with different levels of rifampicin resistance ( χ2=45.912, P<0.05). There was positive correlation not only between ofloxac resistance and moxifloxac resistance, but also between amikacin resistance and kanamycin resistance, with the coefficient of 0.87 and 0.91, respectively. Conclusions:In this study, we observed that there were high incidences of the resistance to 11 anti-TB drugs in 167 clinical MDR-TB strains and the cross resistance phenomena between drugs of the same type were quite serious. The majority of MDR-TB strains belonged to Beijing genotype, which was highly associated with streptomycin resistance.
