OBJECTIVE To establish the precise management model for the centralized preparation of cytotoxic drugs in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS), and evaluate the effects of its application. METHODS Pharmacists in PIVAS established the precise management model by soliciting clinical opinions and consulting literature on the centralized preparation of cytotoxic drugs and continuously refining every step of the preparation of cytotoxic drugs, based on data feedback from the information closed-loop management system and the limit of stability time of finished solutions. The indicators such as the preparation time, delivery time, the storage time of finished infusion solutions after preparation, and the completion rate of infusion within the stability time limit were analyzed before the implementation (January to December 2023) and after the implementation (January to December 2024) of this model, to evaluate its application effectiveness. RESULTS The overall framework for the precise management model included upgrading the functions of the prescription review system, improving the prescription review database, providing specialized training for PIVAS pharmacists, managing dynamic batch decision for drug preparation, managing special drugs, managing finished infusion distribution, and establishing a continuous improvement mechanism. Compared with before implementation, the average preparation time of the second and third batches of cytotoxic drugs with more concentrated morning preparation tasks in this model was significantly shorter than before implementation (P<0.05); the delivery time of finished infusion after implementation ([ 11.49±2.92) min] was significantly shorter than the delivery time before implementation ([ 22.11±5.03) min] (P<0.001); the storage time of some drugs with shorter stable time limit and carboplatin in combination regimens (paclitaxel or docetaxel+carboplatin) was significantly shortened compared to before implementation (P<0.05), and the completion rate of infusion within the stability time limit was significantly improved compared to before implementation (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Our hospital has successfully established a precise management model for the centralized preparation of cytotoxic drugs in PIVAS. This mode can significantly shorten the preparation time of each batch of PIVAS in the morning, make batch decisions more reasonable and improve the infusion completion rate within the stable time limit of the finished product.

Objective:
To understand the consistency and factors influencing rural parents knowledge, attitude and practice about early childhood sex education, so as to put forward effective suggestions and countermeasures for improving childhood sex education in rural areas.
Methods:
A multi stage stratified sampling method was used to investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of early childhood sex education among 1 015 parents in 16 kindergartens in rural areas of Sichuan from March to May 2019. Chi square text and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze factors affecting the consistency of parents knowledge, attitude and practice of childhood sex education.
Results:
Nearly 64.9%, 85.9% and 44.7% of parents with sufficient knowledge, support, and implement of early children s sex education, respectively, and the consistency rate of knowledge, attitude and practice were 30.2%. The results of the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that parents aged <31 years ( OR= 5.35 , 95%CI =2.93-9.77), 31-40 years ( OR=4.82, 95%CI =2.65-8.76) and 41-50 years ( OR=2.37, 95%CI =1.10-5.11), and the mother s education level being middle school ( OR=3.67, 95%CI =1.75-7.69), secondary/high school ( OR=2.83, 95%CI =1.32-6.05) and college/bachelor s degree and above ( OR=5.44, 95%CI =2.23-12.98), sex related questions asked by child ( OR=2.00, 95%CI =1.44-2.78), having sex education in the family ( OR=5.38, 95% CI =3.82-7.59), believing that parents should be responsible for sex education for young children ( OR=2.58, 95%CI =1.40-4.74) had a higher consistency rate of knowledge, attitude and practice in early childhood sex education ( P <0.05).
Conclusion
In rural areas of Sichuan, although parents highly support early childhood sex education, the eligible rate of knowledge and the implementing rate are quite low, as well as the consistent rate of knowledge, attitude and practice. Relevant departments should pay attention to strengthen publicity and education, especially among older parents, low educated parents and those opposed to or not yet implementing child sex education.

The vagina contains at least a billion microbial cells, dominated by lactobacilli. Here we perform metagenomic shotgun sequencing on cervical and fecal samples from a cohort of 516 Chinese women of reproductive age,as well as cervical, fecal, and salivary samples from a second cohort of 632 women.Factors such as pregnancy history, delivery history, cesarean section, and breastfeeding were all more important than menstrual cycle in shaping the microbiome, and such information would be necessary before trying to interpret differences between vagino-cervical micro-biome data.Greater proportion of Bifidobacterium breve was seen with older age at sexual debut. The relative abundance of lactobacilli especially Lactobacillus crispatus was negatively associated with pregnancy history.Potential markers for lack of menstrual regularity, heavy flow,dysmenor-rhea,and contraceptives were also identified.Lactobacilli were rare during breastfeeding or post-menopause.Other features such as mood fluctuations and facial speckles could potentially be predicted from the vagino-cervical microbiome.Gut and salivary microbiomes, plasma vitamins, metals, amino acids, and hormones showed associations with the vagino-cervical microbiome. Our results offer an unprecedented glimpse into the microbiota of the female reproductive tract and call for international collaborations to better understand its long-term health impact other than in the settings of infection or pre-term birth.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(10):1487-1490
Objective:
To understand parent child communication about sex related topics in rural areas of Sichuan Province, and to provide the basis for family sex education.
Methods:
A multi stage stratified cluster sampling was adopted to select 2 801 parents of children from 53 township kindergartens in Sichuan Province. Questionnaires were conducted to parents about sex education in family by face to face interview or self filling.
Results:
About 41.63% of parents reported that children had questions about sex, and the rate of proper parent child communication was 57.46%. The results of binary unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that township residence( OR=1.46, 95%CI =1.12-1.90), high school or higher educational background of mothers( OR= 1.77 , 95%CI =1.38-2.28), non-left-behind children( OR=1.32, 95%CI =1.03-1.69), supportive for parent child communication about sex related topics( OR=1.66, 95%CI =1.05-2.63), sex education at home( OR=1.60, 95%CI =1.25-2.05) were associated with a higher rate of proper parent child communication on sex( P <0.05).
Conclusion
In rural areas of Sichuan, proper parent child communication about sex related topics was not common. It is suggested that in rural areas, parents should enhance their awareness of the knowledge and importance of children s sex education, and improve the coping methods of children s sex-related problems so as to promote the healthy growth of children s body and mind.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2020;10(6):581-587
A metabonomic approach involving an ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography combined with Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (UHPLC-FT-ICR-MS) was used to investi-gate the changes in the endogenous metabolites in the plasma of rats with yeast-induced pyrexia treated with Gegenqinlian decoction (GQLD), aspirin and itraconazole. The differences in the small molecule profiles of treatment using traditional Chinese medicine, etiological treatment and symptomatic treat-ment were elucidated. Thirty-six plasma metabolites were identified or putatively identified, and the effects of the three medicines on the thirty-six metabolites were studied. Their metabolic pathways indicated that GQLD, aspirin and itraconazole ameliorated the rats with yeast-induced pyrexia pre-dominantly by regulating the metabolisms of phospholipid, sphingolipid, fatty acid oxidation, fatty acid amides, amino acid and glycerolipid in vivo. The pharmacodynamics and metabonomic results showed that the three medicines exhibited the therapeutic effects on pyrexia by regulating the perturbations of multiple metabolisms. The study provided a scientific basis for an in-depth understanding of the ther-apeutic effects of GQLD, aspirin and itraconazole on rats with yeast-induced pyrexia.

Under the limitation of cross-sectional studies, more researchers are turning their attention to maternal and child cohort studies. However, some problems do exist in the traditional maternal and child cohort studies, if data is only gathered from the hospitals. The limitation would include the contents of research and the high rate of loss to follow-up. With the integration of different medical traits and the progress in big data, the development of maternal and child related cohorts, with characteristics of dynamic follow-up and data sharing, through combining the information and health service systems of different institutions, seem in urgent need. This paper aims to provide some basic achievements in conducting maternal and child cohorts that can serve the related health problems through full-life cycle, and provide new references on conducting cohort studies, aiming at special population or diseases.
