1.Visualization Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in Field of Tumor Therapy Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

		                        			Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends in the field of cancer treatment in the past decade. Methods The CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection databases were searched for Chinese and English articles related to cancer treatment published over the last 10 years. Bibliometric research methods were employed, including keyword cluster analysis of published literature. Results A total of 45 455 Chinese articles and 866 958 English articles were retrieved. Combining the visualization analysis results and the current research dilemma of tumor treatment revealed that the current research hotspots of tumor treatment domestically and internationally can primarily focus on four key areas. In the realm of targeted therapy, efforts are directed towards the discovery of new drug targets, overcoming resistance to targeted therapy, and the development of monoclonal antibodies and antibody–drug conjugates. In the field of immunotherapy, the emphasis lies in enhancing the response rate to immune checkpoint inhibitors, determining the mechanisms behind resistance to immunotherapy, and improving the safety of treatment. The research in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) covers evidence-based evaluation studies on TCM treatment, the identification of populations that can gain the most benefit from TCM, and strategies for improving the quality of life. In the area of novel drug development, cutting-edge technologies, such as organoid-based screening for anticancer drugs, synthetic biology, and artificial intelligence, are under investigation. Conclusion New targeted drugs, immune efficacy improvement, multidisciplinary integration, nano-delivery, and TCM innovation are the key research directions in the field of tumor therapy in the future.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Anxiety and depression in primary and middle school students quarantined in hotels during the COVID-19 epidemic

		                        			Objective:To investigate symptoms of anxiety and depression among primary and middle school students quarantined in hotels during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:Anxiety and depression symptoms among 726 primary and middle school students quarantined in hotels were investigated with The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)and Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)from September to October 2022 in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.There were 624 students completed investi-gation with response rate of 86%.The positive score of SCARED was ≥23 and DSRSC was ≥ 15.Results:The detection rates of anxiety and depression were 17.9%and 15.4%respectively.The detection rates of anxiety and depression were higherin middle school students than inprimary school students(Ps<0.05).The scores of general-ized anxiety and social phobia factors were higher in female students than in male students(Ps<0.05).The scores of dissociative anxiety factor and depression were higher in middle school students than in primary school students(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:During the COVID-19 epidemic,middle school students quarantined in hotels are more likely to have anxiety and depression symptoms than primary school students,and female students are more likely to have anxiety symptoms than male students.

		                        			"Shaoyang as the pivot"is one of the important concepts in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that shaoyang is located between half exterior and half interior,which reaches the muscular striae and the exterior and connects with the internal organs,and plays the role of promoting qi movement,regulating water channel and distributing ministerial fire.The dysfunction of shaoyang pivot leads to the disorder of qi movement,abnormal water metabolism,and stagnation or hyperactivity of ministerial fire.Cholinergic urticaria is a special type of urticaria caused by the disorder of cholinergic nerve conduction,which has a long course of disease and is difficult to be cured.According to the clinical characteristics of the disease,Professor SUI Dao-Shun believes that the dysfunction of shaoyang pivot is the core pathogenesis of cholinergic urticaria.Emotional disorders lead to the dysfunction of pivot,and then cause the disordered flow of qi and fluid and internal disturbance of hyperactive ministerial fire,which induce the disharmony between nutritive qi and defensive qi,and the failure of being against the pathogens.Finally,wind pathogen attacks the skin and muscular striae and becomes latent,and results in cholinergic urticaria.For the treatment of cholinergic urticaria,Chaihu Guizhi Decoction can be used as the basic prescription to harmonize shaoyang,expel pathogens and release exterior.Corresponding modification of herbal medicines should be performed for various syndromes caused by the dysfunction of shaoyang pivot such as qi stagnation,dampness retention and heat stagnation during the clinical application.The prevention and treatment of cholinergic urticaria based on the theory of shaoyang as the pivot can provide thoughts for the clinical treatment of cholinergic urticaria.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Exploring the Characteristics of Congenital Circuit-Qi Endowment in Patients with Pneumonia of Shaoyin-Disease Syndrome Based on the Five-Circuit and Six-Qi Theory

		                        			Objective Based on the theory of five circuits and six qi,the characteristics of circuit-qi indicators of the date of birth of hospitalized patients with pneumonia of Shaoyin-disease syndrome were explored.Methods The data collection was conducted in 422 hospitalized patients with pneumonia of shaoyin-disease syndrome admitted to the Department of Classical Chinese Medicine,Fangcun Hospital of Guangdong Provincinal Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 20,2012 to June 30,2022.And then statistical analysis was performed for circuit-qi indicators of the date of birth of the patients.Results The goodness of fit by chi-square test showed that there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of the heavenly-stem year,earthly-branch year,yearly circuit,recombinant yearly circuit,predominant qi,and sitian-zaiquan(circuit qi of the first and second half of a year)at birthdate of hospitalized patients with pneumonia of shaoyin-disease syndrome(P<0.05 or P<0.001).And the results indicated that a higher risk of suffering from pneumonia of shaoyin-disease syndrome existed in the population born in the heavenly-stem ji year and earthly-branch chou year,in the yearly circuit being deficient earth circuit,in the recombinant yearly circuit being wind,in the predominant qi being taiyin damp earth,and in the sitian-zaiquan being taiyin damp earth and taiyang cold-water.Conclusion There is a correlation between the incidence of pneumonia of shaoyin-disease syndrome and the circuit-qi indicators of the date of birth of the patients,and the pathogenesis of circuits and qi at birth date is probably related with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and cold interweaved with dampness.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6.Effects of total glucosides of paeony on inflammatory injury in autoimmune thyroiditis rats based on TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway

		                        			Aim To investigate the effect of total glu-cosides of paeony on inflammatory injury and TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway in autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT)rats.Methods The experiment was divided into control group,model group,total glucosides of pae-ony(TGP),TLR4 inhibitor group and TGP+TLR4 ag-onist group,with 10 animals in each group.Except for the control group,the rats in other groups were subcu-taneously injected with thyroglobulin and Freund's ad-juvant to induce the AIT rat model.After six weeks of administration,thyroid histopathological changes were observed using hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining;ser-um levels of TPOAb,TgAb,TSH,T3,T4,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-1 β and IL-1 β were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway mRNAs and proteins expression in thyroid tis-sues were detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot.Re-sults Compared with the control group,the thyroid follicular epithelium of rats was significantly damaged,and the serum levels of TPOAb,TgAb,TSH,T3,T4,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-1 β and IL-1 β increased(P<0.01).The expression of TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 path-way mRNAs and proteins increased in the model group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the damage of thyroid follicular epithelium was alleviated,and the serum levels of TPOAb,TgAb,TSH,T3,T4,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-1 β and IL-1 β were reduced(P<0.01),the expression of TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 path-way mRNAs and proteins were down-regulated in the TGP group and TLR4 inhibitor group(P<0.01).Compared with TGP group,the damage of thyroid follic-ular epithelium was aggravated,and the levels of serum TPOAb,TgAb,TSH,T3,T4,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-1 β and IL-1 β were elevated(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the pro-tein expressions of TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway mR-NAs and proteins were up-regulated in TGP+TLR4 ag-onist group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions TGP may play a protective role in thyroid by inhibiting the TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway and improving the inflammatory injury of thyroid tissues.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
7.Correlation between apparent diffusion coefficient of sacroiliac joint and SPARCC score in ankylosing spondylitis patients with different grade sacroiliac joint inflammation

		                        			Objective To observe the correlation between apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)of sacroiliac joint and spondyloarthritis research consortium of Canada(SPARCC)score in ankylosing spondylitis(AS)patients with different grade sacroiliac joint inflammation.Methods MR examinations of sacroiliac joint were prospectively performed in 35 AS patients(AS group)and 30 healthy controls(HC group).The grade of sacroiliac joint inflammation and SPARCC score in AS group were evaluated according to MRI findings,and the patients were then further divided into bone marrow oedema(BMO)subgroup(n=19)and non-BMO subgroup(n=16)according to whether BMO presented under articular surface or not,and ADC of sacroiliac joint(ADCsacroiliac)were measured.Receiver operating characteristic curve was drawn,the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated to evaluate the efficacy of ADCsacroiliac for assessing AS sacroiliac joint inflammation grade.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between ADCsacroiliac and SPARCC score in AS patients with different grade sacroiliac joint inflammation.Results ADCsacroiliac in BMO subgroup and non-BMO subgroup was(4.85±1.44)×10-4 and(4.30±0.64)×10-4 mm2/s,respectively,being not significantly different(P>0.05)but both higher than that in HC group([3.32±1.36]×10-4 mm2/s,both P<0.05).The sensitivity of ADCsacroiliac for assessing grade of sacroiliac joint inflammation in AS patients was 49.44%,51.94%,73.06%and 60.50%,with specificity of 75.00%,78.92%,83.33%and 66.67%,respectively,and AUC of 0.613,0.712,0.837 and 0.645,respectively.ADCsacroiliac was moderately-highly positively correlated with SPARCC score of AS patients with Ⅱ and Ⅲgrade sacroiliac joint inflammation(r=0.580,0.933,both P<0.05),but no obvious correlation was detected between ADCsacroiliac and SPARCC score of AS patients with Ⅰ or Ⅳ grade sacroiliac joint inflammation(both P>0.05).Conclusion ADCsacroiliac was positively correlated with SPARCC scores of AS patients with Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade sacroiliac joint inflammation,which could be regarded as a reliable quantitative parameter for monitoring sacroiliac joint BMO.

		                        			Hip fracture in the elderly is characterized by high incidence, high disability rate, and high mortality and has been recognized as a public health issue threatening their health. Surgery is the preferred choice for the treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture. However, lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) has an extremely high incidence rate during the perioperative period, and may significantly increase the risk of patients′ death once it progresses to pulmonary embolism. In response to this issue, the clinical guidelines and expert consensuses all emphasize active application of comprehensive preventive measures, including basic prevention, physical prevention, and pharmacological prevention. In this prevention system, basic prevention is the basis of physical and pharmacological prevention. However,there is a lack of unified and definite recommendations for basic preventive measures in clinical practice. To this end, the Orthopedic Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association and Nursing Department of the Orthopedic Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care organized relevant nursing experts to formulate Expert consensus on perioperative basic prevention for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with hip fracture ( version 2024) . 		                        			The incidence of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fracture (OTLVF) in the elderly is gradually increasing. The kyphotic deformity caused by various factors has become an important characteristic of OTLVF and has received increasing attention. Its clinical manifestations include pain, delayed nerve damage, sagittal imbalance, etc. Currently, the definition and diagnosis of OTLVF with kyphotic deformity in the elderly are still unclear. Although there are many treatment options, they are controversial. Existing guidelines or consensuses pay little attention to this type of fracture with kyphotic deformity. To this end, the Lumbar Education Working Group of the Spine Branch of the Chinese Medicine Education Association and Editorial Committee of Chinese Journal of Trauma organized the experts in the relevant fields to jointly develop Clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fractures with kyphotic deformity in the elderly ( version 2024), based on evidence-based medical advancements and the principles of scientificity, practicality, and advanced nature, which provided 18 recommendations to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
10.Research advances on treatment of recurrent IgA nephropathy after kidney transplantation

		                        			IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is one common type of glomerulonephritis caused by a deposition of immune complexes in mesangium and partial capillary loops. It is also an important risk factor for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Kidney transplantation (KT) has been an ultimate treatment for IgAN patients progressing into ESRD. However, there is still a high risk of recurrence after transplantation. Currently no effective treatment is available for recurrent IgAN.
