1.The clinical value of shear wave elastography and salivary gland ultrasound scoring in salivary gland lesions of Sj?gren′s syndrome

		                        			Objective:To evaluate the value of shear wave elastography (SWE) and salivary gland ultrasound scoring(SGUS) system in the diagnosis of salivary glands lesions in patients with Sj?gren′s syndrome(SS) and to compare the diagnostic efficiency of the two methods.Methods:From June 2019 to November 2020, Fifty-eight patients with suspected SS were selected from the Affiliated Changzhou No.2 People′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. According to the 2002 American-European Consensus Group classification standard, the enrolled patients were divided into two groups: SS group (47 cases) and non-SS group(11 cases). According to symptom duration, SS group was divided into the ≤5 years group (29 cases) and the >5 years group (18 cases). Meanwhile, 40 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study as normal control group. The diagnostic value of salivary gland ultrasound scoring system and Young′s modulus in SS were analyzed.Results:The differences in Young′s modulus of parotid gland and submandibular gland between SS group and non-SS group (or control group) were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The ultrasound score of SS group was significantly higher than that of non-SS group and control group (all P<0.05). SGUS and Young′s modulus were not significantly different between different course groups (all P>0.05). The areas under ROC curve of the mean Young′s value in parotid and submandibular gland and the SGUS were 0.801, 0.829 and 0.676, respectively. The comparison of the area under the curve between the Young′s modulus of the parotid and submandibular glands and the ultrasound score was statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions:SWE and Ultrasonography scoring system have certain value in the diagnosis of salivary gland lesions in SS, and can provide important reference information for clinical diagnosis from different perspectives. The diagnostic efficiency of SWE for salivary glands lesions in patients with SS is better than that of SGUS scoring system.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint ,Chemical Pattern Recognition Analysis and Content Determination of the Leaves of Toricellia angulata from Different Regions

		                        			OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the quality control of the leaves of Toricellia angulata . METHODS :HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Agela Promosil C 18 column with 0.2% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile(gradient elution )as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,and column temperature was 35 ℃. The sample size was 10 μL. HPLC fingerprint of 10 batches of the leaves of T. angulata was established and similarity evaluation was conducted by using Similarity Evaluation System of TCM Chromatographic Fingerprint(2004 edition). The chromatographic peak was identified by comparing with the chromatogram of reference substance. Cluster analysis ,PCA and PLS-DA were used to identify chemical patterns ,and the quality differential markers were screened. The contents of hyperoside and isoquercitrin were determined by the same HPLC. RESULTS :The similarities of HPLC fingerprint of 10 batches of the leaves of T. angulata with control fingerprint were 0.923-0.983. A total of 11 common peaks were identified ,and the peaks 4 and 5 were hyperoside and isoquercitrin ,respectively. Results of cluster analysis ,PCA and PLS-DA showed that 10 batches of leaves of T. angulata could be divided into two categories ,Y10 was clustered into one category ,and others were clustered into one category. PLS-DA analysis showed that 6 common peaks (peaks 4,3,10,2,6 and 11) with variable importance projection (VIP)greater than 1 were selected. Average contents of hyperoside and isoquercitrin in 10 batches of the leaves of T. angulata were 0.47-6.97,0.21-1.87 mg/g,respectively. CONCLUSIONS :Established HPLC fingerprint and the method for content determination are stable and reliable ,and can be used for the quality control of the leaves of T. angulata from different areas. 3.Isolation and Identification of Secondary Metabolites from Cordyceps cardinalis

		                        			OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the secondary metabolites of Cordyceps cardinalis for providing reference for the further exploration of the active substance of C. cardinalis and the natural product library of Cordyceps. METHODS: The compounds from C. cardinalis fermentation broth were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, C18 reverse phase silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, TLC and so on. The structures of isolated compound were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS spectra. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of C. cardinalis fermentation broth as 5-methyl-1, 3-benzenediol (compound 1), 4-hydroxy-17R-methylincisterol (compound 2), 5α, 8 α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (compound 3),3β,5α,6β-trihydroxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien (compound 4), uridine (compound 5), oosporein (compound 6). CONCLUSIONS: Six compounds are isolated from C. cardinalis strain, among which compound 1 and compound 2 are isolated from the genus Cordyceps for the first time.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Feasibility study of low concentration iso_osmolar contrast agent and low tube voltage for rabbit hepatic computed tomography perfusion scanning

		                        			Objective To investigate the feasibility of low-c oncentration iso_osmolar contrast agent together with low tube voltage and iterative reconstruction algorithm in rabbit liver computed tonography (CT) perfusion imaging.Methods A total of 15 bealthy New Zealand rabbits were scanned twice of liver CT perfusion scans each with 24 hours interval.The first scan (routine group) was acquired at 100 kV and 100 mAs with ultravist (370 mg/ml),while the second (double low group) was acquired at 80 kV and 100 mAs with iodixanol (270 mg/ml) at 24 hours after the first scan.The obtained images were reconstructed with filtered back projection (FBP) and adaptive iterative dose reduction (AIDR-3D)algorithms in the controlled and experimental groups,respectively.The perfusion parameters including hepatic artery perfusion(HAP),portal vein perfasion(PVP),hepatic perfusion index(HPI),and total liver perfusion(TLP) and image quality as image quality score,average CT value of abdomen aorta,signalto-noise ratio(SNR),carrier-to-noise ratio(CNR),and figure of merit(FOM) were compared used pair ttest or Mann-Whitney U-test between the two groups wherever appropriate.The effective radiation dose and iodine intake were also recorded and compared.Results The image quality and perfusion parameters had no significantly different between the two groups except for FOM.The effective radiation dose and iodine intake were 38.79% and 27.03% lower in the double low group.Conclusions Low concentration iso _osmolar contrast agent (iodixanol,270 mg/ml) together with low tube voltage (80 kV) helps to reduce radiation dose and iodine intake without compromising perfusion parameters and image quality in liver CT perfusion imaging.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Design and development of centralized management and sharing system of medical equipment

		                        			Objective To solve the problems in medical equipment utilization,supervision,management,clinical safety and etc.Methods A centralized management and sharing system of medical equipment was developed with functional requirements analysis,C/S architecture and programming.Results The system eliminated the needs for manual accounting and allocation,enhanced medical equipment usage rate and improved equipment borrowing procedure.Conclusion The system contributes to dynamic management and efficacy evaluation of medical equipment,so as the working efficiency can be increased while the costs can be decreased for manpower and materials.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6.Biological characteristics of mycobacteriophage Leo and its bactericidal effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis

		                        			To investigate the biological characteristics of mycobacteriophage Leo and its bactericidal effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis for cocktail therapy ,we observed mycobacteriophage plaques after amplifying phage by double‐layer agar plate method .The morphological characteristics were observed by electron microscopy .Mycobacteriophage Leo DNA was extracted and then digested by restriction enzyme to identify the nucleic acid type .Leo was amplified in different multiplicity of infection (MOI) to find the optimal MOI and the minimum MOI .One step growth experiment was carried out to find the latent period and burst size of Leo .The frequency of Mycobacterium smegmatis mutation treated with mycobacteriophage Leo was inspected by the endpoint titration test .The effect of temperature and alcohol on Leo survival was surveyed .The ability of Leo to crack host bacteria at different pH values was examined .The effect of Leo on Mycobacterium tuberculosis was determined by bacteri‐cidal assay .Results showed that the Leo plaque was round and transparent with a diameter of 1 .5 nm .Leo has an isometric head (70 ± 3 .0 nm in diameter) and a flexible tail (211 ± 31 .7 nm in length) .Its genome could be digested by restriction en‐zyme of Hind Ⅲ and Bgl Ⅰ .The optimal MOI and the minimum MOI of Leo were 0 .000 01 and 0 .000 1 ,respectively .The mutation frequency was 10-7 .The latent period was 150 min ,and the burst size was 74 .Leo could not only crack host bacteria in solid medium at pH 7 .4 but also at pH 5 .0 .After 72 hours ,the amount of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Leo group was less than that in control group (P<0 .05) .In conclusion ,Leo has a bactericidal effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and could be a candidate of phage cocktails .
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
7.Development and application of quality control system of ECG monitor

Based on the platform of PowerBuilder and SQL Server and using scientific management process as the standard, the informa-tized system was developed to cover all aspects of ECG monitor quality control. This informatized system, which closely accorded with related laws and regulations, had graded authority, clear responsibilities, multi functions and easy operation. 8.Proteomic study of myocardial mitochondria with ischemia/reperfusion injury and pinacidil postconditioning in isolated rat hearts

		                        			AIM:To investigate the protective effect of pinacidil postconditioning on rat myocardium suffering ischemia/reperfusion injury by mitochondrial proteomics .METHODS: Langendorff apparatus was used to establish the model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury .Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:pinacidil post-conditioning group (Pina group) and ischemia/reperfusion injury group (I/R group).After 20 min of perfusion with K-H solution, the perfusion was suspended for 40-min (global ischemia) follow by 60 min of reperfusion in I/R group.In Pina group at the end of 40 min global ischemia , the isolated hearts were perfused with K-H solution containing pinacidil ( 50μmol/L) for 2 min followed 58-min perfusion with regular K-H solution.Total proteins extracted from the mitochondria were applied to the two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE).The differentially expressed protein spots over 2 times were evaluated by a software .Then they were subjected to in-gel digestion , and analyzed by spectrometry .RESULTS:The expression levels of NDUFA10, NDUFS2 and NDUFV2 were elevated but those of IDHA and ECH 1 were decreased in Pina group compared with I/R group.Interestingly, 2 spots in the 2-DE map were identified as ATPase subunit δ.The ex-pression levels of one spot was elevated , while the other was decreased .CONCLUSION:Pinacidil postconditioning may decrease the degree of increased expression levels of NDUFA 10, NDUFS2 and NDUFV2, promote the expression of IDHA and ECH1, and induce the phosphorylation of ATPase subunit δ, which may be related to the protective mechanism of pinacidil postconditioning .
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
9.Research on intelligent quality control platform of ECG monitor

10.Clinical Observation of Scalp and Body Acupuncture plus Psychological Intervention for Post-stroke Depression

		                        			Objective To observe the effect of scalp-body acupuncture plus psychological intervention in treating post-stroke depression.Method Seventy-eight patients with post-stroke depression were divided into a treatment group (40 cases) and a control group (38 cases). In addition to ordinary neurological treatments, the treatment group also received scalp-body acupuncture plus psychological intervention while the control group also received Fluoxetine hydrochloride (Prozac). The interventions were given once a day, 4 weeks as a treatment course, for 2 courses in total. Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) and neurological impairment severity scale (NISS) were observed before intervention, after 1 treatment course and at the end of the intervention.Result After intervention, the HAMD and NISS scores dropped significantly in both groups, and the treatment group was markedly better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rates of anti-depression and recovery of neurological function in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp-body acupuncture plus psychological intervention can produce a content efficacy in improving depression and recovering neurological function.
