Objective To investigate the value of abdominal aortic combined with routine one-stop triple rule-out computed tomography angiography(TRO-CTA)in the examination of patients with acute chest pain.Methods A total of 1 482 patients with nontraumatic chest pain were included in this retrospective study.Of them 414 patients underwent the conventional TRO-CTA scanning while 1 068 patients underwent TRO-CTA that included the abdominal aorta(TRO-CTAwAA)under the request of clinicians.All scanning parameters were the same,except the scanning range for the third phase in TRO-CTA:conventional TRO-CTA covered only the thoracic aorta,while TRO-CTAwAA extended to the entire aorta.Patient etiology was investigated and the detection rates of major vessel abnormalities(aortic dissection,aneurysm,penetrating ulcer,intramural hematoma,vascular occlusion,and thrombosis)between the two groups was compared using chi square tests.The radiation dose(CTDIvol and DLP)and scanning time between the two groups were compared using analysis of variance(ANOVA).Results The TRO-CTAwAA had significantly higher detection rate of major artery abnormalities than the TRO-CTA group(35.1％vs.4.8％,P＜0.001).In the TRO-CTAwAA group,26.5％of the vascular anomalies were detected in both the thoracic and abdominal aortas,and another 8.6％were seen only in the abdominal aorta.With regard to the radiation dose between the two groups,the total DLP was significantly higher in the TRO-CTAwAA group than in the conventional TRO-CTA group(P＜0.001).The two groups did not significantly differ in scanning time(P=0.410).Conclusion TRO-CTA with scan range including the abdominal aorta significantly improves the detection rate for major vessel abnormalities in patients with chest pain without increasing the examination process.

Objective:To investigate symptoms of anxiety and depression among primary and middle school students quarantined in hotels during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:Anxiety and depression symptoms among 726 primary and middle school students quarantined in hotels were investigated with The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)and Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)from September to October 2022 in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.There were 624 students completed investi-gation with response rate of 86％.The positive score of SCARED was ≥23 and DSRSC was ≥ 15.Results:The detection rates of anxiety and depression were 17.9％and 15.4％respectively.The detection rates of anxiety and depression were higherin middle school students than inprimary school students(Ps＜0.05).The scores of general-ized anxiety and social phobia factors were higher in female students than in male students(Ps＜0.05).The scores of dissociative anxiety factor and depression were higher in middle school students than in primary school students(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:During the COVID-19 epidemic,middle school students quarantined in hotels are more likely to have anxiety and depression symptoms than primary school students,and female students are more likely to have anxiety symptoms than male students.

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Runzao zhiyang capsule （RZZY） on gut microbiota and its metabolites short- chain fatty acids （SCFA） in eczema rats， in order to reveal the improvement effect and possible mechanism of RZZY on eczema. METHODS The rats were divided into normal group， model group， desloratadine group （1.5 mg/kg）， and RZZY low-dose and high-dose groups （0.6， 1.2 g/kg）. Except for the normal group， the eczema model was established in other groups by applying the 2，4-dinitrochlorobenzene solution to the hair removal area to sensitize it； they were given relevant drugs intragastrically， once a day， for consecutive 2 weeks. After medication， the skin thickness of rats was measured， and the eczema area and severity index （EASI） scoring and pathology scoring were performed； the structure of gut microbiota was analyzed by 16S rDNA sequencing. The contents of SCFA （including acetic acid， propionic acid， and butyric acid） in feces were determined by gas phase-mass spectrometry. The expressions of signal transduction and activator of transcription 3 （STAT3） in the colon and skin were detected. RESULTS RZZY significantly alleviated skin swelling and ulceration and reduced EASI， skin thickness and pathological score in eczema rats （P＜0.05）. RZZY significantly increased ACE， Sobs and Shannon indexes （P＜0.05） and promoted the microbiota of eczema rats to return to normal structure. RZZY increased the abundance of Firmicutes and Lachnospira， Lactobacillus and Alistipes， while decreased the abundance of Bacteroidetes and Bacteroides. RZZY significantly increased the contents of propionic acid and butyric acid in the feces of eczema rats （P＜0.05）， while significantly down-regulated the expressions of STAT3 protein in the colon and skin （P＜0.05）. C ONCLUSIONS RZZY can improve SCFA levels by regulating gut microbiota， thereby inhibiting STAT3 expression， playing an anti- inflammatory role， and improving skin inflammation in eczema rats.

Objective:To describe the current situation of mental health service utilization of community pa-tients with five mental disorders in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and provide reference for health education and formulating relevant policies.Methods:The multistage stratified sampling method with unequal probability was used to select a total of 12 315 community residents aged 18 and over in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Using Composite International Diagnostic Interview,mood disorders,anxiety disorders,substance use disorders,intermit-tent explosive disorders,and eating disorders,and health service utilization were investigated.Descriptive statistics was completed by single factor analysis method.Results:The lifetime rates of consultation and treatment of any mental disorder were 18.7％and 10.2％,respectively.The highest proportion of patients received treatment by non-medical professionals was 31.4％,followed by psychiatrists in psychiatric hospital or psychologists in general hospitals.Among the patients,1.1％of them received medication,and 2.5％received psychotherapy.Conclusion:The utilization rate of mental health services in community patients with five mental disorders is relatively low.It is necessary to conduct health education for medical help seeking properly.

Objective:To investigate the practicality of TrueFidelity deep learning reconstruction algorithm in low-dose abdominal and pelvic CT angiography (CTA).Methods:The patients who required abdominal and pelvic CTA were prospectively included at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University from June 2020 to March 2021. All patients underwent low-dose CTA with a tube voltage of 80 kV and smart tube current modulation (100-720 mA). Images were reconstructed using the traditional FBP, adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction with a strength of 50% (ASIR-V 50%), TrueFidelity with medium (TF-M) and high (TF-H) strength. The CT value and standard deviation (SD value) of the abdominal aorta, psoas major muscle and subcutaneous fat in the same layer were measured, signal to noise ratio (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) were calculated. We also introduced the measurement of skewness of CT value in psoas major muscle with uniform density. The above indexes of the four groups of reconstructed images were compared. A 5-point scoring method was used to evaluate the granularity, fuzziness and beam-hardening artifacts of all images. Objective measurement indicators, such as CT values, were tested by repeated measure ANOVA with the Bonferroni post hoc test.Results:There were forty-six patients in the study. The volume CT dose index of the scan was low at (1.09±0.31)mGy. There was no significant difference in CT values of vessels and muscles between the four groups ( P>0.05), but there was a significant difference in SD value( P<0.001). The SD value of the FBP group was the largest and that of the TF-H group was the smallest. The difference between SNR and CNR was statistically significant ( P<0.001), and the overall trend was opposite to that of the SD value. There was no significant difference in the skewness between the four groups. The granularity score of the FBP group was the largest, that of the TF-H group was the smallest, and there was a significant difference among the four groups. The score of fuzziness in the TF-H group was slightly higher than that in the other three groups, but there was no significant difference. The beam-hardening artifact score of FBP and ASIR-V 50% group was the worst, and the TF-H group was the best ( P<0.001). Conclusions:Compared with FBP and ASIR-V, TrueFidelity reconstruction algorithm provides better image quality (comprehensively considering image noise, fuzziness, uniformity, and hardening artifacts) in low-dose CT scanning of abdominal and pelvic vessels, and TF-H has the best image quality.

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate of continuous metabolic syndrome score (cMetS) in screening metabolic syndrome (MetS) and to determine the cut-off values in a representative sample of Xinjiang population aged 15 to 18 years old. Methods: A stratified cluster sampling was used to select participants aged 15-18 years from 13 cities in Xinjiang. cMetS was calculated by summing up the Zscores of standardized waist circumference, mean arterial pressure, high-density lipoprotein, triglyceride, and fasting blood glucose by age and gender. Results: Totally 16.3% of subjects were overweight, and 5.2% were obese. The proportion of overweight and obesity in males was significantly higher than that in females (18.1% vs 13.8%)(6.0% vs. 4.1%)(χ2=15.36，7.89，P<0.05). The prevalence of total MetS was 6.1%, with 6.6% and 5.4% for men and women, respectively. There was a correlation between cMetS and MetS components, and the average cMetS value increased with increasing MetS component(P<0.05). The total cut-off value of cMetS was 0.99 (sensitivity 68.0%, specificity 80.7%), and the area under the ROC curve was 84.9%. The cMetS scores for boys and girls were 0.80 and 1.48, respectively. Conclusion Compared with MetS, cMetS shows more accuracy in screening MetS among youth aged 15-18 years in both gender.

Objective:To explore the effect of parental rearing patterns and their consistency on the emotional and behavioral problems of preschool children.Methods:From October to November 2017, 27 987 children aged 3 to 6 years old from 109 kindergartens in 11 cities of Hubei, Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces were selected by using the cluster sampling method. A total of 27 200 valid questionnaires which were completed by subjects' parents were collected. The emotional and behavioral problems of preschool children were collected by "strengths and difficulties questionnaire" and the parental rearing patterns were evaluated by the "Parental Behavior Scale". The differences in emotional and behavioral abnormality rates of preschool children with different characteristics were analyzed; with emotional and behavioral problems as dependent variables and parental support/participation and compulsion/hostility as independent variables, the multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the effect of parental rearing patterns and their consistency on the emotional and behavioral problems of preschool children.Results:The age of children was (4.35±0.96) years old, and 51.4% of children were 13 975 males. There were 24 634 (90.6%) urban children and 17 916 (65.9%) only children. Both parents with strong support/participation accounted for 14.9%, and those with poor support/participation accounted for 11.9%; both parents with strong compulsion/hostility accounted for 15.2%, and those with low compulsion/hostility accounted for 11.3%. The rates of emotional symptoms, conduct behavior, hyperactive behavior, peer interaction, total difficulty score, and abnormal prosocial behavior of preschool children were 9.5%, 9.5%, 18.2%, 24.5%, 11.2%, and 10.2%, respectively. The multivariate logistic regression model analysis showed that after adjusting for gender, only child, living area, family economic status, mother′s age and education level, father′s education level, and other factors, compared with fathers/mothers with strong support/participation and low compulsion/hostility and parents with strong support/participation and low compulsion/hostility, preschool children who had fathers/mothers with poor support/participation and strong compulsion/hostility or parents with poor support/participation and strong compulsion/hostility were more likely to have emotional symptoms, conduct behavior, hyperactive behavior, peer interaction, total difficulty score, and abnormal prosocial behavior ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Parental rearing patterns and their consistency are related to the emotional and behavioral problems of preschool children.

Objective: To analyze the detection rate of sleep problems such as sleep delay and deficiency in preschool children in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China,and to provide the reference for the standard of sleeping mode among preschool students. Methods: From October to November 2017, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 27 200 preschool children in 11 cities in Hubei, Anhui and Jiangsu provinces in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China. Epidemiology of sleep delays, deficiencies and sleep patterns in preschool children was described. Results: The detection rate of sleep problems in preschool children in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River was 15.3%. Taking the length of sleep and bedtime as the main analysis points, it was found that the average sleeping time point of each age group was 21:31, and the detection rate of bedtime delay was 86.5%. The average length of sleep was (10.60±1.12) hours. The detection rate of sleep deprivation in preschool children was 15.7%. Sleep delay was positively correlated with girls, age increase and parents’ higher educational level (P<0.05), and negatively correlated with living in the city, non-only child and bedroom without TV (P<0.01) .The detection rate of sleep deprivation was positively correlated with children of high age group (4yearold group：OR=1.32，95%CI=1.19-1.46；5-year-old group：OR=2.10，95%CI=1.91-2.32；6-year-old group：OR=2.47，95%CI=2.20-2.77)(P<0.01), and negatively correlated with no TV in bedroom (OR=0.91，95%CI=0.84-0.98) and no light in sleep (OR=0.87，95%CI=0.78-0.97)(P<0.05). Conclusion Preschool children sleep delay and sleep deprivation and other sleep problems are more prominent, affected by family environment and other factors.

Objective: To probe into the mechanism and interventional effects of silybin-phospholipid complex on amiodarone-induced steatosis in mice. Methods: Eight-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were divided into three groups (5 mice in each group): a control group (WT) with normal diet, a model group with amiodarone 150mg/kg/d by oral gavage (AM), and an intervention group on amiodarone 150mg/kg/d combined with silybin-phospholipid complex(AM+SILIPHOS. All mice were fed their assigned diet for one week. Then, one week later, serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, triglyceride, total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein were detected of each group. A liver pathological change was observed by oil red O and H&E staining. Ultrastructural pathological changes of hepatocytes were observed to evaluate the intervention effect by transmission electron microscopy. RT-q PCR was used to detect the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha and its regulated lipid metabolism genes CPTI, CPTII, Acot1, Acot2, ACOX, Cyp4a10 and Cyp4a14 in liver tissues. Intra-group comparison was done by paired t-test. One-way ANOVA was used for comparison between groups and semi-quantitative data were tested using Mann-Whitney U test. Results: Oil Red O and H&E staining results of liver tissue in the intervention group showed that intrahepatic steatosis was significantly reduced when compared to model group. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the model group had pyknotic nuclei, mitochondrial swelling, structural damage, and lysosomal degradation whereas the intervention group had hepatic nucleus without pyknosis, reduced mitochondrial swelling and slight structural damage than that of model group. RT-q PCR results showed that the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha, CPTI, CPTII, Acot1, Acot2, ACOX, Cyp4a10 and Cyp4a14 were increased in the model group but the expression of CPTI, Cyp4a14, Acot1 and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha were decreased in the intervention group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Silybin-phospholipid complex can alleviate amiodarone-induced steatosis, and its mechanism may play a role in protecting mitochondrial function and regulating fatty acid metabolism. Thus, silybin-phospholipid complex has potential intervention effect on amiodarone-induced fatty liver.
