Objective:To compare the effect of immediate and delayed post-space preparation on apical sealing ability between 2 root canal obturation techniques.Methods:60 freshly extracted single-rooted human premolars were collected and instrumented by M3-Pro instruments.The specimens were randomly divided into 6 groups and respectively treated by AH-Plus sealer with warm vertical compac-tion(WVC)followed by delayed post-space preparation(PSP)(A1);AH-Plus sealer with WVC followed by immediate PSP(A2);AH-Plus sealer with WVC,control group(A3);iRoot SP sealer with single cone(SC)followed by delayed PSP(B1);iRoot SP sealer with SC followed by immediate PSP(B2);iRoot SP sealer with SC,control group(B3).In group A1,A2,B1 and B2,gutta percha was removed by 1# starter drill and post-space was prepared by 2# finishing drill leaving 5 mm of apical filling.In control groups(A3 and B3),only apical 5 mm of the specimens was obturated.Dye leakage was measured as the linear penetration(LP)of the stain.The SPSS one-way analysis of variance test was used for statistical analysis.Results:The LP(mm)of group A1,A2,A3,B1,B2 and B3 was 3.986±0.500,3.382±0.806,2.178±0.554,3.844±0.877,3.416±0.579 and 1.897±0.217 respectively.Among A1,A2 and A3 groups,P＜0.05.The LP of group A1 was higher than that of group A2(P＜0.05).Among group B1,B2 and B3,P＜0.05,but be-tween group B1 and B2,P＞0.05.Between group A1 and B1,P＞0.05.Between A2 and B2,P＞0.05.Conclusion:Apical sealing is affected by PSP with the 2 root obturation techniques.Delayed PSP may have negative effect on apical sealing compared with immediate PSP,especially in the specimens compacted by AH-Plus sealer with WVC.

Objective To overview the methodological quality,report quality and evidence quality of the Meta-Analyses/Systematic Reviews(MAs/SRs)of acupuncture for post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods A search was conducted for MAs/SRs on PSCI using English or Chinese from inception to 20 February 2022 published in four Chinese databases:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM;and three English databases:PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library.The MAs/SRs were evaluated for methodological quality using AMSTAR 2 and for reporting quality using PRISMA,and the quality of evidence was assessed using the GRADE system.Results A total of 18 MAs/SRs were included in this study,of which 89%showed the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture for PSCI.According to AMSTAR 2,1 study was of low methodological quality and 17 studies were of critically low quality;according to PRISMA,1 study was of high quality,16 studies were of moderate quality and 1 study was of poor quality;GRADE showed that of the 71 outcomes included,however,there was no evidence of high quality outcomes,with 10 of moderate quality,17 of low quality,and 44 of very low quality.Conclusion Acupuncture may be effective and safe in the treatment of PSCI,but in current acupuncture for PSCI is generally of low quality and should be interpreted with caution.

Objective To investigate the level of uncertainty in illness, anxiety and depression for mothers with premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU), and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods Totally 100 mothers with premature infants hospitalized in NICU were into the experiment group. They were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire, the Parent,s Perception Uncertainty Scale-Family (PPUS-FM), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS). Results The total score of uncertainty in illness was (82.840±29.132) points;the total score of anxiety was (43.360±13.033) points;the total score of depression was (60.740±16.847) points. The total score of uncertainty in illness, unclear, complexity, lack of information and unpredictability were positively correlated with the total score of anxiety and depression (r=0.186-0.399, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions Mothers with premature infants hospitalized in NICU show a high level of uncertainty in illness, anxiety and depression, and they are interacted with each other. Therefore, in addition to nursing preterm infants, nursing staff should attach importance to their mothers′ psychological needs, help them reduce the uncertainty in illness so as to relieve the anxiety, depression and promote their health in body and mind.

OBJECTIVE:To isolate and purify three principal degraded impurities of mitiglinide calcium (impurity A,B,C) and identify their structures,establish HPLC method for content determination of impurity A,B,C. METHODS:Mitiglinide calci-um was used as raw material and reacted with acid;3 impurities were then separated by HPLC and their structures were elucidated by IR,MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,LC-ESI-MS and ORD. 3 impurities of 3 batches of mitiglinide calcium were determined,and the determination was performed on Agilent Extend-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol/L sodium acetate solution-ace-tonitrile-triethylamine(60:40:0.1,pH=3.0)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and sam-ple size was 20 μl. The response tests of 3 impurities and mitiglinide calcium were conducted. RESULTS:After treated with acid, impurity A,B,C had been obtained,and their purity were 99.05%,98.87%,99.98%,respectively after isolation and purifica-tion;after identifying the structure, 3 impurities were S-2-bezylsuccinic acid, S-2-bezylsuccinic acid-4-methyl ester, methyl (2S)-2-benzyl-3-(cis-hexahydroisoindolin-2-ylcarbonyl) propionate;methodological study of content determination of impurities were all up to the requirement. The linear range of impurity A,B,C were 0.387 5-3.875,0.395-3.95 and 0.392 5-3.925 μg/ml(all r were 1.000 0). The response value of impurity A,B,C and mitiglinide calcium were 2.316 1,2.636 1,2.617 8 and 2.620 4,re-spectively. CONCLUSIONS:The structures of 3 principal degraded impurities of mitiglinide calcium have been identified and con-firmed;the content of them can be determined by HPLC main component self-comparison method.

Objective To observe the effect of Chaihushugansan combined with fluoxetine on interleukin -6 ( IL-6 ) , interleukin -1β( IL-1β) , tumor necrosis factor ( TNF-α) in the treatment of patients with postpartum depression.Methods 83 patients from November 2013 to July 2015 in Jiaxing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital were randomly divided into 41 patients of observation group and 42 patients of control group.The control group were treated with fluoxetine treatment, the obsercation group received Chaihushugansan on the basis of control group.The Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and adverse reactions were followed up and recorded.Results The HAMD and HAMA score in observation group post-treatment were (8.31 ±2.05,9.03 ±2.08)points, which were lower than (13.96 ±2.16, 13.61 ±2.14) points in control group (P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and IL-1βlevels in observation group post-treatment were (6.59 ±3.20,5.01 ±2.83)pg/mL, which were lower than (10.64 ±3.86,9.31 ±3.42)pg/mL in control group (P<0.05).The serum TNF-αand hs-CRP levels in observation group post-treatment were ( 9.16 ±2.01 ) pg/mL, ( 3.62 ±1.06 ) mg/L, which were lower than ( 12.30 ±2.37 ) pg/mL, (5.29 ±1.14)mg/L in control group (P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate in observation group was 7.32%, significantly lower than 23.81% in control group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Chaihushugansan combined with fluoxetine has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of postpartum depression, could significantly reduce the IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α levels, with fewer side effects, it is better than fluoxetine alone.

Objective:To study the status and relationship of mental health,internet addiction disorder,nociceptive behavior and sleep quality among college students,and to provide evidence for healthcare. Methods:A total of 2 868 college students were chosen from Lanzhou University and surveyed with questionnaires on the status of mental health, internet addiction disorder, nociceptive behavior and sleep quality. Results:Sleep quality and health risk behaviors in girls were better than boys (P<0.05) . Psychological state in medical students was best. Sleep quality score in engineering students was the highest. Health risk behaviors in science students had highest score. Internet addiction behavior in engineering students had the highest score. Mental health score in three or more students was less than that in junior students,while sleep quality and internet addiction behavior score was higher (P<0.01) . Conclusion:Mental health has a negative influence on nociceptive behavior and internet addiction disorder,while it has a positive effect on sleeping quality. A negtive correlation lies between sleeping quality and nociceptive behavior or internet addiction disorder. The departments should pay attention to the status of mental health,internet addiction disorder,nociceptive behavior and sleep quality among college students,and the appropriate prevention is necessary.

Objective To evaluate the feeding effect of semi-demand feeding and abdominal massage on the feeding process, feeding performances and clinical safety (including the time of returning to birth weight, feeding tolerance, apnea). Methods A total of 120 preterm infants that met inclusion criteria of the study were randomly assigned to three groups, and each group had 40 cases. Control group:received standard feeding care. Semi-demand feeding group: received 5-10 minutes of oral motor intervention every time before feeding(including oral stimulation and non nutritional sucking), then decided feeding methods according to its consciousness behavior state. Semi-demand feeding combined abdominal massage group: received both semi-demand feeding and abdominal massage before feeding. Observed and recorded the three groups′ transition time, whether there were statistically significant differences in feeding performance and clinical safety. Results The feeding transition time was (11.55± 4.69), (10.98±3.85), (8.50±3.87)d in control group, semi-demand feeding group and semi-demand feeding combined abdominal massage group, and there were significant differences (F=6.088, P=0.003). In terms of feeding performance, the feeding efficiency were (7.27 ± 2.65), (9.74 ± 2.63), (9.52 ± 2.13) ml/min, the feeding proficiency were (66.31 ± 14.51)%, (76.64 ± 12.46)%, (82.26 ± 10.65)%, the volume transfer were (63.99 ± 11.02)%, (80.16 ± 14.41)%, (84.97 ± 11.16)% in control group, semi-demand feeding group and semi-demand feeding combined abdominal massage group, and there were significant differences (F=12.189, 16.383, 31.959, all P < 0.01).Among the clinical safety, the time of restoration of birth weight were (10.55 ± 1.99), (9.28 ± 1.77), (10.05 ± 2.46) d in control group, semi-demand feeding group and semi-demand feeding combined abdominal massage group, and there were significant differences(F=3.759, P=0.026). The incidence of feeding intolerance were 50.0%(20/40), 40.0%(16/40), 22.5%(9/40), and there were significant differences(χ2=6.613, P=0.037). The incidence of apnea were 37.5%(15/40), 20.0%(8/40), 15.0%(6/40), and there were significant differences(χ2=6.093, P=0.048). Conclusions The combined intervention methods could accelerate the feeding process, improve feeding performance as well as reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance and apnea. Hence, semi-demand feeding combined abdominal massage is a recommended choice for clinical use.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of breastfeeding for premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit ( NICU ) . Methods Totally 100 premature infants hospitalized in NICU were evaluated by the general information questionnaire, parents′ perception uncertainty scale-family (PPUS-FM), self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS ) and self-rating depression scale ( SDS ) . The variables may influence breastfeeding were collected.Results Premature infants in NICU were divided into the pure breastfeeding group ( 49 cases) and the non-breastfeeding group ( 51 cases) . Through the comparison, we found that the differences in gestational age, birth weight, mother′s maternity leave time, whether mothers have the breastfeeding plan, whether they know the importance of breastfeeding for premature infants, whether they accept the guidance and help of breastfeeding, whether they have confidence in breastfeeding, lover′s attitude to breastfeeding, nipple condition, the time of milking in 30 minutes after child birth and milking time within 24 h, anxiety score, depression score and uncertainty in illness (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that: uncertainty in illness (OR=1.083,P=0.044), depression (OR=1.059,P=0.023), lover′s attitude to breastfeeding (OR=0. 099,P=0.022), accept assistance and guidance of breastfeeding (OR=0.055,P=0.038) and milking in 30 minutes after child birth ( OR=0. 020, P=0. 007 ) were important influencing factors of breastfeeding for premature infants in NICU. Conclusions The uncertainty in illness, depression, lover′s attitude to breastfeeding, accept assistance and guidance of breastfeeding, and began milking in 30 minutes may affect the breastfeeding in premature infants. Nurses should take timely risk assessment and interventions to effectively improve infant′s breastfeeding measures, and promote the health of maternals and children.

Objective To evaluate the effect of oral stimulation and abdominal massage on the progress and performance of oral feeding and length of hospital stay in premature infants. Methods A total of 80 premature infants were randomly assigned into experimental group, and control group. The infants in the experimental group ( n=40) received oral stimulation and abdominal massage in addition to the routine care. The infants of control group ( n=40) received routine care of NICU including intermittent feeding, oral support, and postural support, etc.. The corrected gestational ages were compared between two groups when infants of two groups achieved starting oral feeding and full oral feeding. The progress of oral feeding, performance of oral feeding and length of hospitalization were calculated. Results The progress of oral feeding and length of hospitalization were (3.38±1.84)d and (30.25±17.32)d that all were lower than those of control group; the efficacy of feeding, feeding effects and milk volume intake were (6.30±0.94)ml/min, (81.45±21.61)%, (78. 97±18.99)%, which were higher than those of control group (t=-6.317,-2.862,8.543,2.698,2.641;P<0.05) . Conclusions The oral stimulation combined with abdominal massage is beneficial for the difficulty of oral feeding in premature infants.

Objective To investigate the use of feeding support and influencing factors of oral feeding among premature infants. Methods Totally 103 premature infants with oral feeding problems hospitalized during June to December 2014 were enrolled. The postmenstrual age and feeding support were observed at the time of initiation oral feeding and full oral feeding. Moreover, the progress and performance of oral feeding, the daily increase in weight, the time of body weight regain, the time of assisted ventilation and length of hospital stay and so on were calculated. Results There were 96 premature infants using feeding support at the time of initiation oral feeding and 58 premature infants at the time of full oral feeding. Logistic regression analysis showed that birth gestational age(OR=2.195, P<0.01), birth weight(OR=1.003, P<0.01), severity of illness(OR=0.121, P<0.01) and feeding tolerance(OR=0.007, P<0.01)were important factors of oral feeding among premature infants. Conclusions The premature infants with small gestational age at birth, low birth weight, severity of illness, and feeding intolerance are high risk populations of oral feeding. Nurses should take timely risk assessment and interventions to reduce the occurrence of stopping oral feeding.
