Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2024;42(9):684-688
Objective:To explore the effect of training program based on service-oriented leadership theory on alleviating the degree of job burnout of clinical nurses, and provide reference for improving the situation of job burnout of nurses. Methods:From January to December 2023, 10 head nurses of a Grade A general hospital were selected by random number table method for training, and 5 nurses were selected from the department of each head nurse by random number table method, a total of 50 nurses were selected as research objects. Through the training program based on the service-oriented leadership theory, the selected head nurses were trained on the service-oriented leadership theory, job burnout and burnout mitigation methods and passed the examination. The training period was 2 months. The general data of 50 nurses were collected, and the job burnout of nurses was investigated by using the Maslach Burnout Inventory before and 6 months after the training of head nurses, and the changes of scores of each dimension were compared by paired t-test. Results:The nurses were (30.4±5.5) years old and their working life was (8.1±6.1) years. The total detection rate of job burnout before training was 100% (50/50), the detection rate of moderate to severe emotional exhaustion was 60% (30/50), and the detection rate after training was 36% (18/50). The detection rate of moderate to severe depersonalization was 72% (36/50) and 40% (20/50) after training. The detection rate of moderate to severe lack of job accomplishment was 86% (43/50) and 54% (27/50) after training. After 6 months of head nurses training, the scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of nurses were significantly lower than those before training, while the scores of personal achievement were significantly higher than those before training, with statistical significances ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The training program based on service-oriented leadership theory can scientifically prevent and alleviate nurses' job burnout after receiving training of administrators, which is helpful to improve the current situation of nurses' job burnout and reduce the degree of nurses' job burnout, and can play a positive role in promoting nurses' physical and mental health.

Objective:To investigate the effects and potential mechanism of vitamin D supplementation on testicular function in aging rats induced by D-galactose.Methods:The aging rats were induced by D-galactose with subcutaneous injection. The animals were randomly divided into 6 groups: aging rats (DG), aging rats with low-dose vitamin D supplementation (LD), aging rats with high-dose vitamin D supplementation (HD), normal control rats(NC), normal rats with low-dose vitamin D supplementation(LN), normal rats with high-dose vitamin D supplementation (HN). The body weight, testicular weight, serum testosterone concentrations and sperm quality of the rats in each group were measured. The testis morphological changes were detected using light microscopy. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and level of malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined with spectrophotometer. The expression levels of Nrf2, GCLC, SOD2 and VDR in testis were detected by western blot. Results:At baseline, compared with NC group, testicular weight, serum testosterone level, SOD activity, Nrf2, GCLC and SOD2 expression levels were significantly decreased in DG group, while MDA level was significantly increased. After vitamin D supplementation, testicular weight, testosterone levels and SOD activity in both of HD and LD groups were significantly increased, while the MDA level was significantly decreased. The expression levels of Nrf2, GCLC, SOD2 and VDR were significantly increased. Conclusion:Vitamin D supplementation may enhance the testicular antioxidant capacity through activating Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway, and improve the testicular function in D-galactose-induced aging rats.
7.Postoperative care of a retrograde cuff avulsion injury of finger skin treated by microsurgical reimplantation
Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2021;39(11):873-875
Sheath avulsion of finger skin is a serious acute occupational hand injury. Most of them are mechanical injuries, which are difficult to deal with clinically, have many complications, and can lead to serious hand deformities and dysfunction. Microsurgical replantation is the main treatment for finger skin retrograde sleeve avulsion injury, but postoperative fine nursing and scientific personalized vocational rehabilitation are the key to affect the surgical effect and patients' return to society and work. In this paper, 16 patients with retrograde sheath avulsion of finger skin were followed up for 6-12 months. The motor function of the injured finger was evaluated by total active motion of patient finger (TAM) , and the effect of postoperative fine nursing measures was analyzed.

This study aimed to explore the link between block copolymers' interfacial properties and nanoscale carrier formation and found out the influence of length ratio on these characters to optimize drug delivery system. A library of diblock copolymers of PEG-PCL and triblock copolymers with additional PEI (PEG-PCL-PEI) were synthesized. Subsequently, a systematic isothermal investigation was performed to explore molecular arrangements of copolymers at air/water interface. Then, structural properties and drug encapsulation in self-assembly were investigated with DLS, SLS and TEM. We found the additional hydrogen bond in the PEG-PCL-PEI contributes to film stability upon the hydrophobic interaction compared with PEG-PCL. PEG-PCL-PEI assemble into smaller micelle-like (such as PEG-PCL4006-PEI) or particle-like structure (such as PEG-PCL8636-PEI) determined by their hydrophilic and hydrophobic block ratio. The distinct structural architectures of copolymer are consistent between interface and self-assembly. Despite the disparity of constituent ratio, we discovered the arrangement of both chains guarantees balanced hydrophilic-hydrophobic ratio in self-assembly to form stable construction. Meanwhile, the structural differences were found to have significant influence on model drugs incorporation including docetaxel and siRNA. Taken together, these findings indicate the correlation between molecular arrangement and self-assembly and inspire us to tune block compositions to achieve desired nanostructure and drug loading.
