Objective:To explore the relationship between the level of mindfulness, illness uncertainty, negative coping style and fear of recurrence in patients after radical resection of gastric cancer, and to understand the internal mechanism of how mindfulness affects the fear of recurrence. Methods:This was a cross sectional survey. From January 2019 to March 2021, the convenience sampling method was used to select 227 patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medial University of Chinese PLA as the research objects. The general information questionnaire, Mindfulness Attention and Awareness Scale, Fear of Disease Progression Simplified Scale, Mishel′s Illness Uncertainty Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire were used for questionnaire surveys. The relationship between the level of mindfulness, illness uncertainty, negative coping style and fear of recurrence was explored and the model was tested. Results:The returned questionnaires were 207 with a recovery rate of 91.19%(207/227). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of mindfulness was negatively correlated with illness uncertainty, negative coping style, and fear of recurrence ( r=-0.176, -0.269, -0.480, all P<0.01). Illness uncertainty, negative coping styles were positively correlated with fear of recurrence ( r=0.433, 0.420, both P<0.01). The mediation model test showed that mindfulness had a significant direct effect on fear of relapse (effect value was -0.220), illness uncertainty and negative coping styles had significant partial mediating effect between mindfulness level and fear of recurrence (effect value were -0.036, -0.030). And the chain mediating effect of illness uncertainty and negative coping style was also significant (effect value was -0.006). Conclusions:The level of mindfulness can not only have a direct impact on the fear of recurrence in patients after radical gastrectomy, but also indirectly affect the fear of recurrence through the chain mediating effect of illness uncertainty, negative coping style, and disease uncertainty→negative coping style.

OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between the ANKK1 rs1800497 polymorphism and atypical antipsychotic drug-induced metabolic syndrome (MS). METHODS Totally 94 patients with schizophrenia were included, and ANKK1 rs1800497 genotypes of patients were detected by micro-fluorescence immunoassay; social demographic information, clinical characteristics and other data were collected. The χ2 test was used to compare the correlation between the sex of patients and the occurrence of MS, and the correlation between gene polymorphism and the occurrence of MS and its risk factors.RESULTS Totally 94 patients included 24 cases (25.53%) of GG, 51 cases (54.26%) of GA and 19 cases of AA (20.21%). Among them, there were 45 cases (47.87%) of MS, and the incidence of MS in male was higher than that in female (P<0.05). Genotype analysis showed that ANKK1 rs1800497 polymorphism was not associated with MS (P=0.452). ANKK1 rs1800497 A allele was significantly associated with hyperglycemia (χ2=4.379, P=0.036), while it was not related to abdominal obesity, hypertension, high level of TG and low level of HDL-C (P>0.05), suggesting that for patients with schizophrenia, allele A was a relative risk factor for inducing hyperglycemia [OR=2.008,95%CI(1.039, 3.881)]. CONCLUSIONS ANKK1 rs1800497 polymorphism has no correlation with the induction of MS by atypical antipsychotics, while the schizophrenia patients with A allele are more likely to induce hyperglycemia. The incidence of MS in male patients is significantly higher than that in female patients.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(1):110-112
Objective:
To understand hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection in high school students in Guangxi, and to provide scientific foundation for hepatitis B prevention and control strategies.
Methods:
A selfdesigned epidemiological questionnaire was used among 2 632 participants. Information regarding general demographic characteristics, lifestyle habits, HBV infection history, knowledge of viral hepatitis prevention and control, as well as hepatitis B vaccination. Univariate and multivariate logistics regression analysis was used to analyze associated factors for hepatitis B infection.
Results:
A total of 192 out of 2 632 participants were found HBsAg positive and 2 440 were HBsAg negative. Multivariate analysis showed that family liver disease history and hairdressing injury positively associated with hepatitis B virus infection risk (OR=3.62, 95% CI=2.28-5.73;OR=3.06, 95%CI=1.94-4.83), and hepatitis B vaccination was negatively associated with hepatitis B virus infection risk (OR=0.08, 95%CI=0.05-0.11).
Conclusion
Family history of liver disease, hairdressing injury experiences, as well as low rate of hepatitis B vaccination may associate with relatively high prevalence of hepatitis B virus infection among high school students in Guangxi.

As an important zoonotic pathogen, Staphylococcus aureus has led to serious mastitis and endometritis in infected dairy cows. In this study, a total of 164 strains of S. aureus were isolated from dairy cows in Xinjiang Province, China, and subjected to assays to determine drug susceptibility and biofilm (BF) formation ability. Enterotoxin-related genes were detected, and the transcription levels of genes related to BF formation were determined by using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Moreover, the pathogenicity of isolates with different BF formation abilities was determined by measuring their hemolysis activity, half lethal dose (LD₅₀) and organ bacterial load. The results showed that 86.0% of S. aureus isolates could form BF. Among them, 42.1% of the strains had weak BF formation ability, and most strains with a strong BF formation ability were ica gene carriers. The S. aureus isolates displayed multidrug resistance and their drug resistance was positively correlated with their BF formation ability. Moreover, 96.3% of the S. aureus isolates carried enterotoxin genes. Among them, the detection rates of the novel enterotoxin genes were higher than those of conventional enterotoxin genes. Furthermore, isolates with a strong BF formation ability had higher LD50 but lower hemolysis ability and organ bacterial load than those of the isolates with weak or no BF ability. However, isolates without BF ability produced more severe pathological changes than those of isolates with strong BF formation ability. These findings suggest that higher BF ability and presence of novel enterotoxin genes are important characteristics of S. aureus isolates from dairy cows in Xinjiang Province, China, and such isolates may pose potential threats to food safety.

Cystic echinococcosis (CE) in sheep is a hazardous zoonotic parasitic disease that is caused by Echinococcus granulosus (Eg). At present, serological test is an important diagnostic method for Eg infection in domestic animals. Here, a fusion protein Eg mefAg-1 harboring 8 dominant B-cell epitopes of Eg such as antigen B, tetraspanin 1, tetraspanin 6, reticulon and Eg95 was produced in E. coli and evaluated for CE in sheep by indirect ELISA. Eg mefAg-1 showed in ELISA a high sensitivity (93.41%) and specificity (99.31%), with a coincidence rate of 97.02%. Overall, it is suggested that the Eg mefAg-1 could be a potential antigen candidate for CE serodiagnosis in sheep.
