1.Functional principle and typical fault analysis of medical multi-functional electric bed circuit

In order to deeply learn the circuit principle and typical fault analysis methods of medical electric bed,motivate and improve the independent maintenance ability of medical engineers,the functions and structures of commonly used medical multi-function electric beds were introduced.Based on the control circuit boards of 3 brands of medical multifunctional electric bed used in Nanjing BenQ Hospital,the electrical schematic diagram was drawn,the working principle was analyzed,the common faults were analyzed,and the causes and solutions of the faults were found,so as to ensure the normal operation of various brands of electric beds in the hospital,effectively control the maintenance cost,and improve the maintenance efficiency and service level.

Objective:The role of the medical instruments in clinical diagnosis and treatment is getting more and more important, especially the application of new technologies and equipment promote and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and the advantages bring the gospel to the patients. However, due to the limitations of technologies, tools, design and lack of materials, the medical instruments introduced to the hospital existing defects. Meanwhile, operation staff’s inadequate knowledge poses potential hazard to the health care’s quality. Methods: So now days when referring to the medical quality control, we should and must concern about the quality control of medical equipment to improve health care quality control standards. The essay comes forward preliminary method to carry out medical equipment quality control system established work with the dissecting of the present health care quality situation. Results:These jobs are the basic, whether to carry out the job and promote health care quality management depend on the practice of competent departments and professionals. But most hospitals are reusing and repurchasing and ignoring the medical equipment control quality, these situations need to be correct immediately. Conclusion:Otherwise, the development of medical technologies will increased the risk and damage to the improvement of health care, even the price of life.
3.Delayed gastric emptying after abdominal surgery on analysis of 32 cases

Objective To investigate the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of the delayed gastric emptying after abdominal surgery.Methods From January 2005 to December 2012,the clinical data on diagnosis and treatment of 32 cases of delayed gastric emptying after abdominal surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results Delayed gastric emptying occurred in 32 cases after 5-8 days after the surgery,which accounted for 40.63% of gastric surgery.Blood loss was 100-300 mL in 15 cases,9 cases' blood loss was more than 350 mL,accounting for 75%.Thirty cases were cured by conservative treatment,accounting for 93.75%,2 cases on the 20th day after surgery and the 31 th day after surgery to accepted surgery again,accounting for 6.25%.Conclusion The delayed gastric emptying after surgery is closely related to surgical site,methods and surgical sub-injury.Non-occurrence of surgical treatment is the main method to cure this disease.
4.Design and manufacture of medical shipping refrigerated box.

OBJECTIVETo develop a set of low temperature medical shipping refrigerated box for storage and shipping for biologicals in field environment.
METHODSSemiconductor cooling device (SCD) and phase change energy storage materials (PCESM) were adopted as the means for refrigeration and coolness storage, coolness was produced by SCD and stored by PCESM while power source present, and low temperature state for biologicals was keep by PCESM.
RESULTSThe problem for biologicals storage and shipping in low temperature state for medical experiment and clinic was resolved.
CONCLUSIONMedical shipping refrigerated box can be used not only in medical, but also in other field such as food storage and shipping, etc.

5.Study on Curing Time Controlling of Materials Based on Isocyanate and Its Application in Transmitting Apparatus for the Wounded

Obiective To study controUing method for curing time of the materials based on isocyanate, and perfect making means and operating rules of transmitting apparatus for the wounded, Methods According to the controlling principles of the rate of chemical reaction, the influencing factors' were studied such as catalyzer, ambient temperature, mixture level of materials and materials volume by experiment. Results By the results of experiments, ambient temperature hasn't an effector impact on eufing time of isocyanate, catalyzer and mixture level of materials only have a little effect or impact on initial reaction time, but materials volume is an important factor of all. Conclusion By the means of experiments, the curing time of isocyanate is only influenced by the volume of materials, and the character is very useful to transmitting apparatus for the wounded in field battle or on-site emergency rescue.
6.Design and Application of Field Assistant Film Development Equipment

Objective To meet an emergency of film development by automatic-manual X-ray film development machine when malfunction or power failure occurs.Methods The field dark room was made along with development and fixing baths.The film was developed artificially.Results Satisfactory films for limbs and chest were developed.Conclusion The equipment is easy to load,spread and operate.It can be used not only as assistant field film development equipment,but also as training equipment for field hygiene unit that isn't allotted automatic-manual X-ray film development machine.
7.Discussion of the Financial Management Specification of Medical Device Account in Hospital

Methods The stock and consumption statistics situation of the medical equipment and consumable material from technical angle were elaborated,as well as the equipment maintenance of the administrative regulations. Results The regulations can be used to inquire,count,report conveniently,and acquire the use of supplies and equipment maintenance in details. Conclusion It will enable the work of medical engineering disciplines to have foresightedness,regularity,independency and determinism.
8.Design of Field Medical Card Based on RFID

Objective To develop field medical card based on RFID for storage of casualty information and the sharing in evacuation. Methods Making use of radio frequency identification technology (RFID technology),TEKLOGIX 7527C palm script RFID reader from Canada was adopted with software of Visual Studio 2005 and C# to design and produce the card. Results The basic information of combatants can be entered into the card,and the casualty and cure information could be inquiry,revision and update at any time through the RFID technology. Conclusion After trial in large -scale military exercise,the effect is satisfied.
9.Experimental study of ultrasound sensor based on fiber grating

Optic fiber-grating sensor has many unique advantages and is one of the widely-applied sensors in recent years. The response of FBG sensor to ultrasound was investigated. Results showed that the sensor output intensity was basically linear to the acoustic power. So the optic fiber-grating sensor can be applied to noninvasive detection of internal ultrasound.
10.Design and application of field X-ray film development tent

Objective To develop the darkroom(tent) needed for X-ray film developing in the field conditions.Methods Three layers of colored cloth in red,black and army green were used for light-proving.Methods as field tent was used to support ground and create space.Results Tested in comprehensive field medical support drilling,this tent could develop film in 10 minutes despite the high temperature in the tent.The result was accepted by doctors.Conclusion It is waterproof,windproof and lightproof,and can develop satisfactory films in practical drill.
