1.Visualization Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in Treatment of Radioactive Iodine Refractory Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma

		                        			Objective To explore research hotspots and future development trends in radioactive iodine refractory differentiated thyroid carcinoma (RAIR-DTC) treatment from 2004 to 2024. Methods Literature on RAIR-DTC treatment published from January 2004 to May 2024 was retrieved from the Web of Science (WOS) database. CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Microsoft Office Excel were used for visual analysis of publication volume, countries, institutions, authors, keywords, and co-citation networks. Results A total of 677 articles were included in the analysis. National and institutional co-occurrence analysis revealed that the United States, along with the MD Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas, was the most productive and influential in this field. Author and citation co-occurrence analysis highlighted the substantial contributions of Schlumberger M and Brose MS to the field. The exploration of high-frequency keywords and keyword clustering indicated tyrosine kinase inhibitors and disease prognostic factors were current research hotspots. Keyword burst analysis suggested that future research trends would focus on optimizing clinical benefits through reliable data provided from high-quality clinical trials and achieving personalized, precise treatment management. Conclusion Targeted drugs hold remarkable potential for RAIR-DTC treatment, and emphasizing predictive factors for disease prognosis offers valuable guidance for medical practice.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Longitudinal extrauterine growth restriction in extremely preterm infants: current status and prediction model

		                        			Objective:To study the current status of longitudinal extrauterine growth restriction (EUGR) in extremely preterm infants (EPIs) and to develop a prediction model based on clinical data from multiple NICUs.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018, EPIs admitted to 32 NICUs in North China were retrospectively studied. Their general conditions, nutritional support, complications during hospitalization and weight changes were reviewed. Weight loss between birth and discharge > 1SD was defined as longitudinal EUGR. The EPIs were assigned into longitudinal EUGR group and non-EUGR group and their nutritional support and weight changes were compared. The EPIs were randomly assigned into the training dataset and the validation dataset with a ratio of 7∶3. Univariate Cox regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were used in the training dataset to select the independent predictive factors. The best-fitting Nomogram model predicting longitudinal EUGR was established based on Akaike Information Criterion. The model was evaluated for discrimination efficacy, calibration and clinical decision curve analysis.Results:A total of 436 EPIs were included in this study, with a mean gestational age of (26.9±0.9) weeks and a birth weight of (989±171) g. The incidence of longitudinal EUGR was 82.3%(359/436). Seven variables (birth weight Z-score, weight loss, weight growth velocity, the proportion of breast milk ≥75% within 3 d before discharge, invasive mechanical ventilation ≥7 d, maternal antenatal corticosteroids use and bronchopulmonary dysplasia) were selected to establish the prediction model. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the training dataset and the validation dataset were 0.870 (95% CI 0.820-0.920) and 0.879 (95% CI 0.815-0.942), suggesting good discrimination efficacy. The calibration curve indicated a good fit of the model ( P>0.05). The decision curve analysis showed positive net benefits at all thresholds. Conclusions:Currently, EPIs have a high incidence of longitudinal EUGR. The prediction model is helpful for early identification and intervention for EPIs with higher risks of longitudinal EUGR. 3.Analysis of the suspected cases of measles and rubella in Pudong New Area of Shanghai, 2013‒2022

		                        			ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemic characteristics of measles and rubella in Pudong New Area of Shanghai from 2013 to 2022, and to provide data support for the elimination of measles and rubella. MethodsEnzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect IgM antibodies in serum samples. The sequence of 630 nucleotides at the C-terminal of N gene of measles virus was amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and the phylogenic tree was constructed. ResultsA total of 1 529 suspected cases of measles were detected from 2013 to 2022, among which the positive rate of measles IgM antibody was 33.55% (513/1 529). The highest positive rate (20.73%) was from March to May , and the positive rate of rubella IgM antibody was 6.80% (104/1 529). The positive rate of both IgM was higher in males than that in females (P<0.05). The IgM against measles was mainly detected in 0‒ years old (63.16%, 96/152) and 20‒ years old (45.61%, 161/353). The IgM against rubella was mainly detected in 10‒20 years old (27.27%, 18/66). The IgM antibody could be detected more easily from 4 to 28 days after eruption, and the IgM antibody positive rate of measles/rubella from 2020 to 2022 was significantly lower than previous years (2013‒2019). There were 2 D8 genotype strains, and the rest were H1a gene subtypes. ConclusionThe positive rate of IgM antibodies against measles/rubella in Pudong New Area of Shanghai decreased significantly. People aged 0‒ years and 20‒ years old are more susceptible to measles, and rubella is concentrated in 10‒ years old. It is necessary to strengthen the vaccination of school-age children, in order to achieve the goal of eliminating measles. The age group with high risk of exposure should be checked for vaccination status to ensure the enhanced immunization, and the surveillance of imported measles cases should be strengthened. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Epidemiology of rubella and its viral genetic characterization in China, 2021-2022

		                        			Objective:To understand the epidemiology of rubella and the genetic characteristics of the virus circulating during the period 2021-2022, providing basic scientific data for rubella prevention and control in China.Methods:National rubella incidence data for the period 2021-2022 were obtained from the Infectious Disease Surveillance System module and the Surveillance Report Management module of the China′s Disease Prevention and Control Information System. Positive rubella virus(RuV)isolates were obtained from the National Measles/Rubella Laboratory Network. Two nucleotide (nt) fragments [F1-480 (8 633-9 112 nt) and F2-633 (8 945-9 577 nt)] located in the E1 gene were amplified and determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and the target gene (E1-739) was obtained after collating and splicing. The sequences obtained in this study were used to construct a phylogenetic tree with the reported reference strains for genotype and lineage identification. Additionally, the phylogenetic analysis was performed to assess their genetic relatedness of RuV strains prevalent in China during 2018-2020 from GenBank database.Results:In 2021-2022, the rubella incidence in China was 0.06/100, 000 (2021: 840 cases; 2022: 784 cases), with cases primarily concentrated in the western and southern provinces. Age distribution analysis showed that rubella cases in 2021-2022 was mainly in children under 5 years of age (2021: 34.17%, 287/840; 2022: 42.09%, 330/784), with the highest proportion in children aged 0-2 years. Further analysis of the immunization history of cases revealed that in the 8-23 months age group, a significant proportion of cases had received only one dose of rubella containing vaccine (RCV); cases in the 2-14 years age group were mainly among children who had received two or more doses of RCV; however, cases over 15 years of age were primarily found in individuals who had not received RCV or had unknown immunization history. National virological surveillance data showed that totally 22 RuV virus isolates were obtained, from 6 provinces in China during 2021-2022, which belonged to lineage 1E-L2 (11 strains) and 2B-L2c (11 strains). And these viruses displayed high genetic homology with RuV prevalent from 2018 to 2020.Conclusions:The incidence of rubella in China was maintained at a low level during 2021-2022, and the prevalent RuV strains were lineage 1E-L2 and 2B-L2c.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Application of mind map in self-management mode of elderly patients after mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repair

		                        			Objective To discuss the application of mind map in self-management of elderly patients after receiving mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repair(M-TEER).Methods A total of 66 patients,who underwent M-TEER at Nanjing Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from August 2021 to October 2022,were enrolled in this study.Using the envelope concealment method,a total of 66 data analysis samples were included in the analysis.There were 33 patients each in the study group and control group.Routine health education was adopted for the patients of the control group,while the responsible nurse conducted health education for the patients of the study group under the guidance of the mind map that was designed by a multidisciplinary specialized nurses.Results There was a significant difference in postoperative medication compliance between the study group and the control group(P<0.05),i.e.the degree of compliance,including taking medicine on time,insisting on taking medicine and taking medicine as prescribed,in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group.The postoperative 6-min walking test,which was regarded as one of the indicators of cardiac functions,in the study group was remarkably better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative quality of life(including daily activity ability,frailty degree,social support,and incidence of hospitalization for heart failure within one year after treatment)in the study group was strikingly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mind map in self-management of elderly patients after receiving M-TEER can effectively improve the medication compliance of the patients after discharge,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of hospitalization due to heart failure.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6.Whole-tumor apparent diffusion coefficient histogram for identifying histological grade of alveolar soft part sarcoma

		                        			Objective To observe the value of whole-tumor apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)histogram for identifying histopathological grade of alveolar soft part sarcoma(ASPS).Methods Forty-three ASPS patients,including 27 cases of high-grade ASPS(high-grade group)and 16 cases of low-grade ASPS(low-grade group)were retrospectively enrolled.Patients'survival data were collected,MRI manifestations of ASPS were recorded,and the whole-tumor ADC histogram parameters were obtained and compared between groups.The correlations of whole-tumor ADC histogram parameters being different between groups with tumors'histological grading were analyzed,and the efficacy of whole-tumor ADC histogram parameters for identifying high-grade and low-grade ASPS were assessed.Results The 5-year survival rate of ASPS patients in low-grade group was 82.05%,higher than that(51.28%)in high-grade group(P<0.05).The percentage of distant metastasis,tumor≥5 cm,as well as of tumors with features such as peritumoral edema and intra-tumoral septum in high-grade group were all higher than in low-grade group(all P<0.05).The 5th,10th,25th,50th,75th,90th and the mean values of ADC in high-grade group were all lower than those in low-grade group(all P<0.05)and negatively correlated with pathohistological grade of ASPS(from-0.547 to-0.385,all P<0.05).The aeras under the receiver operating characteristic curves of the above parameters ranged from 0.734 to 0.822,which were fairly good for identifying high-grade and low-grade ASPS.Conclusion Whole-tumor ADC histogram parameters could be used to effectively identify high-grade and low-grade ASPS.

8.Optimal Ratios and Their Spectral-efficacy Relationship of Baitong Decoction in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

		                        			Objective To explore the optimal ratio of Baitong decoction based on efficacy,clarify its spectrum-effect relationship,and identify its potential quality markers.Methods An ulcerative colitis(UC)model in mice was established using dextran sulfate sodium.The efficacy of Baitong decoction with varying drug ratios was assessed by evaluating the apparent score,pathological score and inflammatory factor changes of UC in each group of experimental animals.The fingerprints of Baitong decoction with different ratios were established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the relationship between the content of each substance and its efficacy was analyzed by partial least squares regression to determine the potential quality markers of Baitong decoction.Results Baitong decoction was most effective in relieving ulcerative colitis when the mass ratio of Fuzi,Ganjiang and Congbai was 1∶2∶2.The fingerprinting identified 14 common peaks across 7 ratios,with 9 peaks were found to be associated with the remission of ulcerative colitis by partial least squares regression analysis.Conclusion The optimal ratio of Fuzi,Ganjiang and Congbai for treating UC is 1∶2∶2.The spectrum-effect relationship analysis suggested that the quality markers of Baitong decoction may be the substances represented by peak 2(benzoylaconine),3,5,6,8(mesaconine),9(aconitine),10(hypaconitine),13(10-gingerol)and 14.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
9.Preparation and identification of rabbit anti-cyclin dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) antibodies.

		                        			Objective To prepare and identify rabbit anti-cyclin dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) antibody. Methods The recombinant pET21a (+)/CDK6 was successfully constructed, then the recombinant plasmid was transformed into E.coli BL21 (DE3) competent cells and was induced by isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) for protein expression, which was detected by SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis. The expressed protein was purified by nickel-chelating nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) agarose and then analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Japanese white rabbits were immunized with purified CDK6 protein for many times every two weeks. The blood was collected at 0, 2, 4 and 6 weeks after immunization, and serum was separated from blood. The titer was detected by indirect ELISA. Western blot analysis, immunofluorescence assay and immunohistochemistry were employed to determine the specificity. Results High purity CDK6 protein and high specificity of rabbit anti-CDK6 antibody were successfully prepared. The titer of CDK6 rabbit serum antibody reached 1:30 000 after immunization, which could specifically recognize the CDK6 protein expressed in cervical cancer cell line and cervical cancer tissues. 10.Practice and discussion of cultural integration in multi-campus hospitals

		                        			The multi-campus mode is an important way to give full play to the advantages of public hospitals and promote the expansion of high-quality medical resources and balanced regional layout. The authors summarized the practical experience of the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine in promoting multi-campus cultural integration, including vertical dimensional initiatives including raising cultural construction to a strategic level, improving the working mechanism of cultural construction, and building a distinctive cultural identity system; horizontal dimensional initiatives including creating equal status and intergroup cooperation conducive to cultural integration, building a variety of forms of the main cultural communication platform, and building a unified and diverse cross-campus communication bridge. Through cultural integration, the internal cohesion of the hospital was enhanced and the influence of the hospital brand was improved.
