Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.

Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics of human respiratory syncytial virus (HRSV) among acute respiratory infection (ARI) cases in 16 provinces of China from 2009 to 2023.Methods:The data of this study were collected from the ARI surveillance data from 16 provinces in China from 2009 to 2023, with a total of 28 278 ARI cases included in the study. The clinical specimens from ARI cases were screened for HRSV nucleic acid from 2009 to 2023, and differences in virus detection rates among cases of different age groups, regions, and months were analyzed. Results:A total of 28 278 ARI cases were enrolled from January 2009 to September 2023. The age of the cases ranged from<1 month to 112 years, and the age M ( Q1, Q3) was 3 years (1 year, 9 years). Among them, 3 062 cases were positive for HRSV nucleic acid, with a total detection rate of 10.83%. From 2009 to 2019, the detection rate of HRSV was 9.33%, and the virus was mainly prevalent in winter and spring. During the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the detection rate of HRSV fluctuated between 6.32% and 18.67%. There was no traditional winter epidemic peak of HRSV from the end of 2022 to the beginning of 2023, and an anti-seasonal epidemic of HRSV occurred from April to May 2023. About 87.95% (2 693/3 062) of positive cases were children under 5 years old, and the difference in the detection rate of HRSV among different age groups was statistically significant ( P<0.001), showing a decreasing trend of HRSV detection rate with the increase of age ( P<0.001). Among them, the HRSV detection rate (25.69%) was highest in children under 6 months. Compared with 2009-2019, the ranking of HRSV detection rates in different age groups changed from high to low between 2020 and 2023, with the age M (Q1, Q3) of HRSV positive cases increasing from 1 year (6 months, 3 years) to 2 years (11 months, 3 years). Conclusion:Through 15 years of continuous HRSV surveillance analysis, children under 5 years old, especially infants under 6 months old, are the main high-risk population for HRSV infection. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the prevalence and patterns of HRSV in China have changed.

Overexpression of Krüppel like factor 2 (Klf2) or Klf7 inhibits adipocyte formation. However, it remains unclear whether Klf2 regulates klf7 expression in adipose tissue. In this study, oil red O staining and Western blotting were employed to study the effect of Klf2 overexpression on the differentiation of chicken preadipocytes. The results showed that Klf2 overexpression inhibited the differentiation of chicken preadipocytes induced by oleate and the expression of pparγ, while promoted klf7 expression in chicken preadipocytes. Spearman correlation analysis was used to study the correlation between the expression data of klf2 and klf7 in the adipose tissue of both human and chicken. The results showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between the expression of klf2 and klf7 in adipose tissues (r > 0.1). Luciferase reporter assay showed that overexpression of Klf2 significantly promoted the activity of chicken klf7 promoter (-241/-91, -521/-91, -1 845/-91, -2 286/-91, -1 215/-91; P < 0.05). In addition, the activity of klf7 promoter (-241/-91) reporter in chicken preadipocytes was significantly positively correlated with the amount of klf2 overexpression plasmid transfected (Tau=0.917 66, P=1.074×10-7). Moreover, Klf2 overexpression significantly promoted the mRNA expression of klf7 in chicken preadipocytes (P < 0.05). In conclusion, upregulation of klf7 expression might be one of the pathways that Klf2 inhibits chicken adipocyte differentiation, and the sequence from -241 bp to -91 bp upstream chicken klf7 translation start site might mediate the regulation of Klf2 on klf7 transcription.

To explore the effects of Kruppel⁃like factor 7 (KLF7) on the proliferation , migration and cycle of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell line Eca109.

		                        			Methods:
Bioinformatics analysis was used to study the expression pattern of KLF7 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with prognosis and pathological grade. The expression pattern of KLF7 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells was studied by real⁃time PCR , Western blot and cellular immunofluorescence in vitro. The KLF7 overexpression in Eca109 cells was carried out by transfection of the plasmid of pcDNA⁃3. 10⁃KLF7 , and the effects of KLF7 on the proliferation and migration of ESCC cells were detected by CCK⁃8 assay , plate clone formation assay and Transwell assay , and the cell cycle was studied by Flow cytometric analysis.

		                        			Results:
KLF7 was expressed in the tissues and cells of esophageal cancer, and its expression was significantly associated with the pathological grade of esophageal cancer patients ( P <0. 05) , however, there was no significant associaition of KLF7 expression with the survival rate of patients. The expression level of KLF7 in esophageal cancer cells ( Eca109 and EC9706) was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal epithelial cells (Het⁃1A , P < 0. 05) . In addition , the expression of KLF7 was higher in the cytoplasm and nucleus of Het⁃1A cells , while only in the nucleus of esophageal cancer cells (Eca109 and EC9706) Additionally , the overexpression of KLF7 in Eca109 cells changed the cell cycle , promoted cell proliferation and migration , and up⁃regulated the expression levels of CCND1 and P53 (P < 0. 05) .

		                        			Conclusion

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and transabdominal sonography in antenatal placental adhesive disorders,to provide a theoretical basis for choosing different delivery ways. Methods 75 patients were assessed the placenta structure with MRI and transabdominal sonography. The patients were divided into two groups according placenta in the anterior and posterior uterus(41 cases in anterior group,34 cases in posterior group).Observed relationship between placenta and myometrium, compared imaging finding with pathological or clinical results. Results The sensitivity in diagnosis of placenta in the anterior uterine group was 75.0% with MRI and 95.0% for transabdominal Sonography (P< 0.05).The specificity was 90.1 % with MRI and 80.9 % for transabdominal sonography (P>0.05).The sensitivity in diagnosis of placenta in the posterior uterine group was 95.8% with MRI and 66.7 % for transabdominal Sonography(P<0.05).The specificity was 90.0% with MRI and 70.0% for sonography (P<0.05).There were significantly difference the imaging feature of uterine bulging, increased subplacental vascularity and dark intraplacental bands on T2-weighted images in placenta accrete group and nonplacenta accretegroup (P>0.05).Conclusion Both sonography and MRI have fairly good sensitivity and imaging features for prenatal diagnosis of placenta accrete.Especially,MRI is an excellent tool for diagnosis of placenta accrete in the posterior uterine.

Objective To explore the expression of HR and Her?2 in breast cancer primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis. Methods Four hundred and twenty?eight female patients with unilateral breast cancer combined with axillary lymph node metastasis treated in the Affiliated Suqian Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2011 to January 2016 were selected in this study. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ER,PR,Her?2 and Ki67 in primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis. Results The positive rates of ER expression were 75. 9% ( 325/428 ) and 70. 3% ( 301/428 ) respectively in primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis. The positive rates of PR expression were 61. 4% ( 263/428) and 56. 1% ( 240/428 ) respectively in primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis. The rates of Her?2 overexpression were 20. 1% ( 86/428) in primary tumor and the positive rate of Her?2 in axillary lymph node metastasis was 22. 7%( 97/428 ) . The positive rates of Ki67 expression were 45. 6%( 195/428 ) and 39. 7%(170/428) respectively in primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis. The expression of ER,PR,Her?2 and Ki67 in primary and axillary lymph node metastasis showed no statistical significance ( P>0. 05 ) . The molecular typing of primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis were not consistent in 31 patients ( 31/428,7. 24%) ,including 14 cases of primary tumor Luminal A,9 cases of Her?2 overexpression in axillary lymph node metastasis and 5 cases of triple negative breast cancer. Primary tumor Luminal B was detected in 10 cases, while 6 cases of Her?2 overexpression in axillary lymph node metastasis and 4 cases of triple negative breast cancer. Primary tumor Her?2 was overexpressed in 4 cases, while 1 case of Luminal A,3 cases of Luminal B in axillary lymph node metastasis. There were 3 cases of primary tumor triple negative breast cancer, while 2 cases of Luminal B in axillary lymph node metastasis and 1 case of Her?2 overexpression. Conclusion The expressions of ER, PR, Her?2 and Ki67 in primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis of some breast cancer were different. Immunohistochemistry for primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis of stage II?III breast cancer patients should be routinely carried out. Based on molecular typing of primary tumor and axillary lymph node metastasis, individualized treatment plan can be developed,so that patients will benefit from it.
