Ferroptosis is a unique iron-dependent cell death pattern,a novel death phenotype distinct from apoptosis,va-rious forms of necrosis, and autophagy.Numerous active ingredients extracted from traditional Chinese medicine have been found to exert anti-cancer effects by inducing ferroptosis in various cancers. An increasing number of studies have found that the regulation of ferroptosis can influence the sensitivity of tumor cells to drugs and even reverse drug resistance. When combined with chemo-therapy drugs such as cisplatin,5-FU and gemcitabine, some natural products enhance cancer cells'sensitivity to chemothera-peutic drugs by inducing ferroptosis. This paper mainly summarizes traditional Chinese medicine and its natural products that can exert anti-cancer effects by inducing ferroptosis, providing new insights for cancer treatment and drug resistance reversal.Addition-ally,it contributes to exploring the potential advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, thereby expanding its scope of applica-tion.

This article reports a case data of primary malignant melanoma of the penis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University. A 56-year-old patient was admitted to the hospital 1 month after the discovery of a penile mass. Physical examination: An irregular cauliflower-like mass about 1.5 cm×2.0 cm in size was seen below the external urethral orifice, covered with yellow necrotic tissue, and tenderness was positive. Several nodes were palpable in the left and right groin areas, tenderness positive. Laboratory examination showed no abnormality. The CT examination of head, chest, abdomen and pelvis showed no obvious abnormality. The biopsy of the penile mass showed malignant melanoma of the penis. The pathological results of biopsy of the right inguinal lymph node considered local inflammation. Combined with the patient's medical history, physical examination, imaging examination and lymph node biopsy results, a diagnosis of primary penile malignant melanoma was made. Partial penile resection was performed, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was malignant melanin invasion of the epidermis with ulceration. There was no local recurrence and metastasis during the 9-month follow-up.

The technique of prenatal diagnosis before embryo implantation has been greatly developed in assisted reproduction, especially for the people with abnormal genetic material to provide the technical possibility of eugenics and eugenics. As an emerging sequencing technology, single-cell sequencing can analyze the genome and transcriptome of cells from the level of a single cell, and reflect the heterogeneity between cells, thus helping to reveal the mechanism of the occurrence and development of diseases. Through prenatal diagnosis before embryo implantation and high-throughput sequencing of single cells obtained from embryo biopsy, euploidy of embryonic chromosomes can be effectively detected, and SNPs and chromosomal copy number variation, insertion, deletion and other variations can also be better detected. It can conduct the comprehensive detection and research of genomic polymorphism and mutation of individual and other species. In this paper, the single-cell sequencing technology and relevant methods was introduced, and the application scenarios of single-cell sequencing in genetic reproduction diagnosis were summarized. The applications of the technology in the field of genetic reproduction were described, and the future directions of the technology were discussed.

Chinese Journal of Burns 2020;36(11):1075-1077
A 25-year-old man with extensive burn due to industrial dust explosion was admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University on 16th October, 2018. Four days after the first skin grafting and vacuum sealing drainage surgery, the patient developed signs of uncontrolled severe inflammation and shock. However, several atypical manifestations interfered the diagnosis of septic shock. After giving emergency treatment including fluid resuscitation, broad-spectrum antibiotics, and administration of vasopressor agents, the patient′s condition was alleviated, but quickly relapsed and deteriorated, with acute pulmonary edema appeared in the evening of the same day. Finally, the condition was reversed by completely removing the negative pressure devices on upper limbs and thorough dressing change. This case suggests that the diagnosis and treatment of infection in patients with extensive burn need comprehensive analysis. Timely intervention of the wound is the key to control the exacerbation of sepsis. In addition, the possibility of pulmonary edema in patients with sepsis should be on high alert.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(8):1200-1202
Objective:
To understand prevalence and determinants of prior HIV testing among male students who have sex with men (MSM) in Guangzhou, and to provide a reference for improving their HIV set.
Methods:
Students who were MSM were recruited in Guangzhou from May 2017 to April 2018. Data on socio-demographic characteristics, sexual behavior, AIDS prevention service access and HIV testing history were collected. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression was conducted to explore determinants with HIV testing.
Results:
The median age of 223 students who were MSM was 22 years old (interquartile: 20-23). About 65.47% (146/223) of them had a history of HIV testing. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression showed individuals who sought sexual partners online (OR=3.24, 95%CI=1.32-7.98), had anal sex in the last 6 months (OR=2.73, 95%CI=1.26-5.93), and had received AIDS prevention services(OR=2.87, 95%CI=1.51-5.34) were more likely to have a history of HIV testing.
Conclusion
Prior HIV testing among student MSM in Guangzhou was relatively low. Intervention should be tailored targeting student MSM who seek sexual partners offline, have only oral sex in the past 6 months, and receive no AIDS prevention services in the past year to expand the coverage of HIV testing.
