1.Mechanisms of Guizhi Fuling Pills Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Endometriosis with Homotherapy for Heteropathy Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking

		                        			Objective To investigate the mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and endometriosis(EMT).Methods TCMSP was utilized to obtain the active ingredients and related targets of the constituent Chinese medicines of Guizhi Fuling Pills.GeneCards,PharmGKB,and TTD databases were used to screen PCOS and EMT disease targets,respectively.The Venn R diagram was drawn after obtaining the intersecting targets of drugs and diseases using the Venn R package in R software,the drug-active ingredient-potential target interactions network diagram was made in Cytoscape,the intersecting target protein-protein interactions(PPI)network diagram was drawn in the STRING platform,and Cytoscape was used to optimize the PPI network and screen the core targets.R language was applied for Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analysis,and AutoDockTools was for molecular docking.Results A total of 85 active ingredients and 191 corresponding targets of Guizhi Fuling Pills were obtained,and 77 potential targets of Guizhi Fuling Pills for the treatment of PCOS and EMT.The core active ingredients of Guizhi Fuling Pills for PCOS and EMT were quercetin,β-sitosterol,kaempferol,hederagenin,baicalein,and the core targets were AKT1,EGFR,IL-6,TNF,and TP53.GO functional analysis yielded 2 020 biological process,34 cellular components,126 molecular functions,and KEGG enrichment analysis yielded 165 signaling pathways.Molecular docking showed that the core components in the formula docked well with the targets.Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Pills may regulate the signaling pathways of lipid and atherosclerosis,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,and chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation through quercetin,β-sitosterol,kaempferol,hederagenin,and baicalein,and act on AKT1,EGFR,IL-6,TNF,and TP53,thus treating PCOS and EMT with homotherapy for heteropathy.

		                        			Surgical operation is the main treatment of oral and maxillofacial tumors.Dysphagia is a common postoperative complication.Swal-lowing disorder can not only lead to mis-aspiration,malnutrition,aspiration pneumonia and other serious consequences,but also may cause psychological problems and social communication barriers,affecting the quality of life of the patients.At present,there is no systematic evalua-tion and rehabilitation management plan for the problem of swallowing disorder after oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery in China.Combining the characteristics of postoperative swallowing disorder in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors,summarizing the clinical experience of ex-perts in the field of tumor and rehabilitation,reviewing and summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad,and through joint discussion and modification,a group of national experts reached this consensus including the core contents of the screening of swallowing disorders,the phased assessment of prognosis and complications,and the implementation plan of comprehensive management such as nutrition management,respiratory management,swallowing function recovery,psychology and nursing during rehabilitation treatment,in order to improve the evalua-tion and rehabilitation of swallowing disorder after oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery in clinic.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Effect of Herbal Cake-Separated Moxibustion on the Expression of PI3K/AKT/mTOR in Atherosclerotic Rabbits

		                        			Objective To investigate the anti-atherosclerotic mechanism of herbal cake-separated moxibustion.Methods Twenty-four New Zealand purebred male rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,herbal cake-separated moxibustion group and Atorvastatin group,with 6 rabbits in each group.Except for the normal group,the rabbits in the other groups were fed with high-fat diet mixed with Propylthiouracil(PTU)method to construct an atherosclerosis model.At the same period of modeling,corresponding intervention was given.After 12 weeks,the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were detected.The pathological changes of rabbit aortic tissue were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining.The levels of serum tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 10(IL-10)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The contents of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K),phosphorylated protein kinase B(p-AKT)and phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin(p-mTOR)in myocardial tissue were detected by Western Blot.Results Compared with the normal group,the serum levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.001),the aortic vascular endothelial structure was significantly damaged,the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were increased(P<0.001),the serum level of IL-10 was decreased(P<0.01),and the protein expression levels of PI3K,p-AKT and p-mTOR in myocardial tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the above indexes in the herbal cake-separated moxibustion group and the Atorvastatin group were significantly improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001).Compared with the Atorvastatin group,the contents of TG and LDL-C in the herbal cake-separated moxibustion group were increased(P<0.01),and other indicators did not change significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion The mechanism of anti-atherosclerosis of herbal cake-separated moxibustion may be related to the activation of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and the regulation of the expressions of inflammatory mediators TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Scoping review of progress in cohort studies of autism spectrum disorder.

		                        			Objective: To understand the status of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) cohort studies and explore the feasibility of constructing ASD disease-specific cohorts based on real-world data (RWD). Methods: ASD cohort studies published by December 2022 were collected by literature retrieval from major Chinese and English databases. And the characteristics of the cohort were summarized. Results: A total of 1 702 ASD cohort studies were included, and only 60 (3.53%) were from China. A total of 163 ASD-related cohorts were screened, of which 55.83% were birth cohorts, 28.22% were ASD-specific cohorts, and 4.91% were ASD high-risk cohorts. Most cohorts used RWD such as hospital registries or conducted community-based field surveys to obtain participant information and identified patients with ASD by scales or clinical diagnoses. The contents of the studies included ASD incidence and prognostic risk factors, ASD comorbidity patterns and the impact of ASD on self-health and their offspring's health. Conclusions: ASD cohort studies in developed countries have been in the advanced stage, while the Chinese studies are still in their infancy. RWD provides the data basis for ASD-specific cohort construction and offers new opportunities for research, but work such as case validation is still needed to ensure the scientific nature of cohort construction.

5.Study of standardizing nomenclatures for organs at risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma via the contouring content-based image retrieval method

		                        			Objective:Based on the AAPM TG-263, a Content-Based Standardizing Nomenclatures (CBSN) was proposed to explore the feasibility of its standardization verification for organs at risk (OAR) of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods:The radiotherapy structure files of 855 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) receiving intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) from 2017 to 2019(15 of whom showed clinical anomalous structures) were retrospectively collected and processed. The Matlab self-developed software was used to obtain the image position, geometric features, first-order gray histogram, and the Gray-level Co-occurrence Matrix′s texture features of the OAR contour outlined by the doctor to establish the CBSN Location Verification model and CBSN Knowledge Library. Fisher discriminant analysis was employed to establish a CBSN OAR classification model, which was evaluated using self-validation, cross-validation, and external validation, respectively.Results:99%(69/70) of the simulated anomalous structures were outside the 90% reference range of the CBSN Knowledge Library and the characteristic parameters significantly differed among different OARs (all P<0.001). The accuracy rates of self-validation, cross-validation and external verification of the CBSN OAR classification model were 92.1%, 92.0% and 91.8%, respectively. Fourteen cases of clinical abnormal structures were successfully detected by CBSN with an accuracy rate of 93%(14/15). In the simulation test, the accuracy of the left and right location verification reached 100%, such as detecting the right eye lens named Len_L. Conclusion:CBSN can be used for OAR verification of NPC, providing reference for multi-center cooperation and standardized radiotherapy of NPC patients.

7.Evaluation of drug-drug interactions between yimitasvir phosphate capsules with sofosbuvir tablets, omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets, and rosuvastatin calcium tablets

		                        			Objective:To evaluate the drug-drug interactions and the tolerability of combined medication between yimitasvir phosphate capsules with sofosbuvir tablets, omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets, and rosuvastatin calcium tablets in healthy volunteers.Methods:A randomized, open, and continuous administration design was used in trial 1 (yimitasvir phosphate capsules with sofosbuvir tablets). 28 subjects were randomly divided into two groups. A non-randomized, open design was used in trial 2 (yimitasvir phosphate capsules with omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets), and included 42 subjects divided into three groups. The open design method was used in trial 3 (yimitasvir phosphate capsules with rosuvastatin calcium tablets), and included 14 subjects. The plasma concentrations of yimitasvir phosphate, sofosbuvir and their main metabolites GS-331007, omeprazole and rosuvastatin were validated by a liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by Phoenix winNonlin software.Results:(1) in trial 1, after single and co-administration, the 90% CI of sofosbuvir C max and AUC 0-tau geometric mean ratio (GMR) were 152.0% (118.0% ~ 197.0%) and 230.0% (184.0% ~ 287.0%), with an increase of 52.0% and 130.0% compared to single dose of sofosbuvir, respectively. The 90% CI of GS-331007 C max GMR was 74.0% (67.5% ~ 81.2%) and reduced by 26% compared to single dose of sofosbuvir. (2) in trial 2, the 90% CI of C max GMR after yimitasvir single or co-administration at the same time, with a 4-hours interval, or with a 12- hours interval were 68.9% (44.5% ~ 106.7%) , 64.0% (43.8% ~ 93.6%) and 56.4%(38.9% ~ 81.9%), and the 90% CI of AUC 0-t GMR were 68.6% (46.5% ~ 101.2%), 68.3% (47.6% ~ 98.0%) and 60.5% (41.8% ~ 87.5%), respectively. Compared with single dose of yimitasvir, the C max and AUC 0-t were decreased by 31.1% and 31.4%, 36.0% and 31.7%, 43.6% and 39.5%, respectively. (3) In trial 3, after single and co-administration, the 90% CI of rosuvastatin C max and AUC 0-72 GMR were 172.4% (153.6% ~ 193.5%) and 158.0% (144.3% ~ 172.9%), respectively, with an increase of 74.9% and 60.5% compared to single dose of rosuvastatin. There were no serious adverse events and adverse events leading to withdrawal from the trial. 8.Surgical site infection after abdominal surgery in China: a multicenter cross-sectional study

		                        			Objective:Surgical site infection (SSI) can markedly prolong postoperative hospital stay, aggravate the burden on patients and society, even endanger the life of patients. This study aims to investigate the national incidence of SSI following abdominal surgery and to analyze the related risk factors in order to provide reference for the control and prevention of SSI following abdominal surgery.Methods:A multicenter cross-sectional study was conducted. Clinical data of all the adult patients undergoing abdominal surgery in 68 hospitals across the country from June 1 to 30, 2020 were collected, including demographic characteristics, clinical parameters during the perioperative period, and the results of microbial culture of infected incisions. The primary outcome was the incidence of SSI within postoperative 30 days, and the secondary outcomes were ICU stay, postoperative hospital stay, cost of hospitalization and the mortality within postoperative 30-day. Multivariable logistic regression was used to analyze risk factors of SSI after abdominal surgery.Results:A total of 5560 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were included, and 163 cases (2.9%) developed SSI after surgery, including 98 cases (60.1%) with organ/space infections, 19 cases (11.7%) with deep incisional infections, and 46 cases (28.2%) with superficial incisional infections. The results from microbial culture showed that Escherichia coli was the main pathogen of SSI. Multivariate analysis revealed hypertension (OR=1.792, 95% CI: 1.194-2.687, P=0.005), small intestine as surgical site (OR=6.911, 95% CI: 1.846-25.878, P=0.004), surgical duration (OR=1.002, 95% CI: 1.001-1.003, P<0.001), and surgical incision grade (contaminated incision: OR=3.212, 95% CI: 1.495-6.903, P=0.003; Infection incision: OR=11.562, 95%CI: 3.777-35.391, P<0.001) were risk factors for SSI, while laparoscopic or robotic surgery (OR=0.564, 95%CI: 0.376-0.846, P=0.006) and increased preoperative albumin level (OR=0.920, 95%CI: 0.888-0.952, P<0.001) were protective factors for SSI. In addition, as compared to non-SSI patients, the SSI patients had significantly higher rate of ICU stay [26.4% (43/163) vs. 9.5% (514/5397), χ 2=54.999, P<0.001] and mortality within postoperative 30-day [1.84% (3/163) vs.0.01% (5/5397), χ 2=33.642, P<0.001], longer ICU stay (median: 0 vs. 0, U=518 414, P<0.001), postoperative hospital stay (median: 17 days vs. 7 days, U=656 386, P<0.001), and total duration of hospitalization (median: 25 days vs. 12 days, U=648 129, P<0.001), and higher hospitalization costs (median: 71 000 yuan vs. 39 000 yuan, U=557 966, P<0.001). Conclusions:The incidence of SSI after abdominal surgery is 2.9%. In order to reduce the incidence of postoperative SSI, hypoproteinemia should be corrected before surgery, laparoscopic or robotic surgery should be selected when feasible, and the operating time should be minimized. 10. Content Determination of Nine Constituents in Different Medicinal Parts of Pimpinella thellungiana

		                        			 Objective:To develop a method to quantify nine constituents in different medicinal parts of Pimpinella thellungiana, in order to compare the content difference of the nine constituents, namely protocatechuic acid,gallic acid,neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide,isochlorogenic acid A,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide and isochlorogenic acid C. Method:The analysis was performed on an Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile and mixed acid solution (0.1% phosphoric acid-0.1% glacial acetic acid) as mobile phase for gradient elution. The handover detection wavelengths were at 265 and 325 nm. The column temperature was 20℃, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The experiment data was analyzed using the software of Markerlynx XS. Result:The nine constituents of protocatechuic acid,gallic acid,neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid, luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide,isochlorogenic acid A,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide and isochlorogenic acid C had a good degree of separation and a good linearity in their respective linear ranges(r>0.999 8). The average recoveries ranged from 99.11% to 100.76%,and the RSD ranged from 0.9% to 2.0% 。The results showed that the contents of the nine constituents had significant differences in different medicinal parts of P. thellungiana. The average contents of the nine constituents were the highest in leaves,which was followed by stem,and the lowest was in root.
