1.The Influence of Late Pregnancy Perineal Massage Combined with Hip Training on Labor Outcomes and Psychological Elasticity of Primiparous Pregnant Women

Objective To investigate the effects of perineal massage combined with hip joint exercise on the outcome of delivery and mental resilience of primipara.Methods 90 pregnant women in the third trimester(after 36 weeks)who obtained the knowledge about perineal massage from midwife clinic were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases each.The control group received regular antenatal examination and family self-exercise;the experimental group received perineal massage and hip joint training combined treatment.The delivery outcome,birth experience and maternal mental resilience of the two groups were compared.Results the number of vaginal delivery in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the second stage of labor was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the perineal integrity rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions in delivery experience questionnaire were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions in maternal mental resilience were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)after intervention.Conclusion The perineal massage which conducted by midwives combined with hip movement can effectively improve the quality of delivery,relieve the negative emotions of pregnant women,improve the psychological elasticity level of pregnant women,and improve the delivery outcomes.
2.Effect of case-integrated scenario simulation instruction model on probationary instruction of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To explore the teaching effect of case-integrated scenario simulation instruction model on proba-tionary instruction of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 40 medical students of grade 2021 majoring in clinical medicine,namely,Nanshan Class,from Guangzhou Medical University were selected as participants.The students were randomly divided into two groups,with 22 as an experimental group and 18 as a control group.The former group received the case-integrated based scenario simulation teaching model,while the latter adopted the traditional bedside teaching model.The teaching content was on acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Results There was no statistically significant differ-ence in the total score of gastroenterology between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The experimental group scored significantly higher in the gastrointestinal bleeding-related contents compared to the control group(P<0.05).The post-class survey revealed that the majority of the students in the research group expressed their high-level satisfaction with the new instruction model and demonstrated their greater interests in participation in the new instruction model.Conclusion The case-integrated scenario simulation instruction model demonstrates significant superiority to the traditional bedside teaching model in terms of stimulating learning interests,cultivating medical professionalism,and enlivening classroom atmosphere.It is suitable for practical teaching in gastroenterology and can be widely adopted as routine probationary teaching for undergraduate students.
3.Application of catheter information platform based on failure mode and effect analysis in preventing central venous catheter-related infection in intensive care unit

Objective:To investigate the effect of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) based catheter information platform in preventing catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBSI) in intensive care unit to improve the current status of CRBSI.Methods:In this study, a retrospective cohort study was conducted using the purposive sampling method, and 140 patients with indwelling central venous catheters admitted to the ICU of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from August to December 2021 were set as the control group; the 140 patients with indwelling central venous catheters admitted to the ICU from January to May 2022 were set as the observation group. The control group used electronic forms to record and manage at the bedside after CRBSI cluster nursing measures were given, and the observation group used the catheter information platform based on FMEA to conduct information management on catheter evaluation and maintenance process after CRBSI cluster nursing measures were given. Compared the implementation rate (6 items), implementation time, qualification rate, and incidence of CRBSI in ICU patients between two groups of ICU nurses.Results:The implementation rate of CRBSI cluster nursing measures among ICU nurses in the observation group: strict hand hygiene by nurses was 87%(122/140), maximum aseptic barrier during puncture was 97%(136/140), aseptic operation during catheter maintenance was 91%(128/140), 75% alcohol disinfection of connectors was 84%(118/140), 24-hour change of infusion lines was 95%(133/140), and timely change of patches/dressings was 89%(125/140), they were greater than those in the control group 70%(98/140), 87%(122/140), 71%(100/140), 61%(86/140), 71%(99/140), 69%(96/140), the differences were statistically significant ( χ2 values were 9.67 to 29.07, all P<0.05); the execution time and qualification rate among ICU nurses in the observation group were (9.11 ± 2.83) minutes and 91.4% (128/140), the control group were (10.00 ± 2.84) minutes and 60.7% (85/140), with statistically significant differences ( t value was -2.64, χ2 values was 36.28, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The FMEA-based catheterization information platform can help enhance the efficiency of the implementation of CRBSI clustering nursing measures by ICU nurses, improve the quality of care, and thus reduce the occurrence of CRBSI, and the feasibility of clinical promotion is high.
4.Analysis of the status quo of clinical nurses' disaster nursing ability and its influencing factors

Objective:To explore the current situation of clinical nurses' disaster nursing ability and its influencing factors, and to provide basis for carrying out clinical nurses' disaster nursing education and training.Methods:By convenient sampling method, 322 clinical nurses from Peking University Shenzhen Hospital in September 2020 were selected. The disaster nursing ability assessment tool and general information questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of clinical nurses' disaster nursing ability and its main influencing factors.Results:The total score of disaster nursing ability of clinical nurses was (199.07±34.31) points, which was at the middle and lower level; the scores of each dimension from high to low were as follows: disaster preparedness score was (72.94±12.89) points, coping ability score was (80.00±13.82) points, disaster reduction/prevention capability score was (28.19±6.09) points, recovery/reconstruction ability score was (17.94±3.27) points. Regression analysis showed that the highest degree, clinical department, whether they have autonomously studied disaster nursing related courses after work, and whether they have participated in disaster rescue after work were the main influencing factors of clinical nurses' disaster nursing ability ( t values were -4.715-5.508, P<0.05). Conclusions:The overall level of disaster nursing ability of clinical nurses is at the middle and lower level. It should be combined with clinical nurses' work department, whether clinical nurses have disaster rescue experience and whether they have independently studied disaster nursing related courses, and targeted disaster nursing related training should be carried out to improve their disaster nursing knowledge and skill.
5.Analysis of self-efficacy and influencing factors of male nurses

Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of professional decision-making self-efficacy of male nurses.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 133 male nurses from September to October 2020 in Shenzhen City as the research objects. The Self-efficacy Scale for Career Decision-making was used to conduct self-evaluation, career information collection, career goal selection, career planning formulation, and job-selection problem resolution.Results:Attitudes towards nursing majors, academic qualifications, reasons for applying for nursing majors, monthly family income, whether it is an only child, family residence, work status, number of job changes, mother′s education level, and married or not were the factors that affect male nurses′ professional self-efficacy ( t values were -1.989-12.523, F values were 7.476-325.316, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:Career decision-making self-efficacy has a good guiding role in the career selection, development and planning of male nurses. Medical units should formulate reasonable training methods or related training for new male nurses entering the clinic, so as to increase male nurses′ recognition of their occupations, thereby enhancing them Career decision-making self-efficacy.
6.Construction of hospital intelligent nursing evaluation index system

Objective:To construct a set of hospital intelligent nursing evaluation index system based on the Delphi method.Methods:Through literature analysis and expert interviews, the draft of hospital intelligent nursing evaluation index system was prepared. A total of 30 experts who worked in health management industry, clinical nursing industry, information industry, intelligent industry, science and technology industry and policy research for more than 10 years were selected to conduct two rounds of expert letter consultation from January to October 2018 to establish the evaluation index system.Results:The recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 90.0% (27/30) and 92.6% (25/27) , the expert authority coefficients were 0.815 and 0.878, and the expert coordination coefficients were 0.266 and 0.415, respectively. The significance scores of two rounds of indicators were both greater than 0.3 points, and the coefficients of variation were both less than 0.3. After two rounds of consultation, experts' opinions tended to be consistent, and finally an intelligent nursing hospital evaluation index system consisting of 3 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 69 third-level indicators was established.Conclusions:The evaluation indexes of intelligent nursing hospital based on the effective expert interview method is scientific, which can provide reference and guidance for standardizing the construction of intelligent nursing evaluation in hospitals.
7. Therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on occupational noise-induced deafness

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of occupational noise-induced deafness( ONID). METHODS: A total of 80 ONID patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group by judgment sampling method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine treatment using mecobalamin tablets,vitamin B complex,nerve growth factor and hyperbaric oxygen. The treatment group received routine western medicine as the control group,plus acupuncture,moxibustion and auricular point pressing. The patients in both groups were treated continuously for 30 days. The questionnaire of conscious,the selfconscious symptoms such as tinnitus,headache,dizziness and insomnia were recorded in these two groups before and after treatment. Pure tone audiometry was performed on the patients at the same time. RESULTS: After treatment,the binaural high frequency threshold average( BHFTA) and threshold of weighted value of the left and right ears in the treatment group were better than that in the same group before treatment( P < 0. 05). The difference of the BHFTA and threshold of weighted value of the right ear in the treatment group before and after treatment was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the symptoms of tinnitus,headache,dizziness and insomnia in the two groups were better than those in the same group before treatment. The total improvement rate of tinnitus and dizziness symptoms in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: The treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for ONID can improve the hearing level of patients,effectively alleviate the accompanying self-conscious symptoms,and is suitable for promotion in clinical use.

To study the alterations of mitochondrial biological characteristics during both cellular replicative and premature senescence induced by hydrogen peroxide in human embryonic lung fibroblasts (HEFs).
Methods:
The premature senescence was induced by 400 μmol/L H2O2 once a day at the same time and with 2 hours each time, after four consecutive days the premature senescence models were classified into premature senescence initiation group (PSi) and premature senescence persistence group (PSp). Based on the life span of HEFs, the cell replicative senescence was divided into five groups included young-age (22 PDL), middle-age (35 PDL), replicative senescence (49 PDL), PSi and PSp. The mitochondrial distribution, relative content, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) contents, 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) levels, the relative mitochondrial transcription factor A (TFAM) as well as mitochondrial DNA methyltransferase 1 (mtDNMT1) mRNA levels, mtDNA copy number, the relative TFAM protein level and the total enzyme activity of mitochondrial DNA methyltransferases (mtDNMTs) were detected in five senescence groups.
