ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Kinesio taping on salivation after stroke. MethodsFrom October, 2019 to January, 2021, 40 patients with salivation after stroke were randomly divided into control group (n = 20) and experimental group (n = 20). Both groups received routine medicine, routine rehabilitation for dysphagia and rehabilitation nursing, while the experimental group received Kinesio taping in addition, for three weeks. They were assessed with Functional Oral Intake Scale (FOIS), Water Swallow Test (WST) and Teacher Drooling Scale (TDS) before and after treatment. ResultsOne case dropped in the experimental group. The scores of FOIS, TDS and WST improved in both groups after treatment (|Z| > 2.000, P < 0.05), and improved more in the experimental group than in the control group (|Z| > 3.045, P < 0.01). ConclusionKinesio taping may relieve the salivation of patients with dysphagia after stroke.

Objective:To investigate the infection incidence of women with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) A9 in Quzhou, and to analyze its clinical significance in cervical cancer screening by combining with liquid-based cytology(TCT).Methods:A total of 9 010 patients were collected from January 2017 to May 2018 in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Quzhou.HPV detection was performed by Cervista method. In combination with TCT, cervical biopsy was carried out under vaginal microscopy. Results:Among 9 010 patients, 1 401 patients were HPV positive, and the A9 group had the highest rate for inspection(6.98%). The experiment data of the A9 group indicated that the portions of cervical intraepithelial lesions in liquid-based cytology NILM, ASC-US, LSIL, ASC-H, HSIL, SCC were 5.96%, 80.10%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, respectively. Its coincidence rate with histology increased as liquid-based cytology increased, associated with high-grade lesions.Conclusion:A9 group infection is the most important cause of cervical intraepithelial lesions in Quzhou.High-risk HPV test, especially A9 group infection combined with TCT, can effectively improve the accuracy of cervical cancer screening.

Methods: A Hypersil C18 column was used as the chromatographic column, the flow rate was 0. 8 ml·min-1 . For nitidine chloride and 5-ethoxychelerythrine, the mobile phase A consisted of acetoni-trile,the mobile phase B consisted of 0. 1% formic acid-triethylamine (pH 4. 5),and the DAD detection wavelength was at 273 nm. For bergeninum and ardisiacrispin A, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(25∶75), the temperature of drift tube was set at 95℃, and the gas flow (N2) was set at 2. 5 SLPM·min-1. Results:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area for nitidine chloride and 5-ethoxychelerythrine within the range of 0. 021-0. 426 μg (r=0. 999 5) and 0. 075-1. 494 μg (r=0. 999 8), respectively. The average recovery was 99. 22%(RSD=0. 64%) and 98. 61%(RSD=0. 46%), respectively.
