Objective: To analyze physical fitness of students aged 6-22 years old from seven ethnic groups in Yunnan Province, and to provide reference for physical fitness intervention measures. Methods: The nationality, gender, grade, body shape, vital capacity, exercise quality of students were derived from the 2019 Yunnan Student Physical Health Survey Database. Comprehensive physical fitness score was calculated according to the National Student Physical Fitness Standards(revised in 2014). t test, ANOVA, and χ 2 test were used to analyze physical fitness score and level among students with different ethnic groups, gender, and school stages. Results: The average comprehensive score of physical fitness among students from 7 ethnic groups in Yunnan Province was (70.02±9.69）, with the pass rate being 88.91%. The proportion of excellent was 0.93%, good was 17.90%, pass 70.09 %, and failed was 11.09%. Physical fitness score was highest in BMI (94.99 points), followed by 50 meter running (74.13 points), sitting forward bend (72.63 points), endurance running (70.43 points), standing long jump (67.77 points), sit ups ( 65.71 points) , 1 minute skipping rope (65.25 points), vital capacity (62.97 points), pull up (29.04 points). Physical fitness score and pass rate and evaluation level varied significantly by ethnicity and school stage( F =293.53，452.85， χ 2/ χ 2 trend =466.65， 412.57 ； 1 553.22 ，1 045.36， P <0.01). Conclusion The excellent rate of physical fitness among students in Yunnan Province is relatively low. Physical fitness promotion requires specific guidance and training based on ethnicity and school stage.

Objective:To explore the effect of positive group psychological counselling on self-efficacy and stigma of patients with ulcerative colitis so as to provide a basis for clinical intervention.Methods:By the convenient sampling method, a total of 100 patients with ulcerative colitis who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group ( n=50) and the observation group ( n=50) . The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given positive group psychological counselling. Inflammatory Bowel Disease Self-Efficacy Scale (IBD-SES) and Social Impact Scale (SIS) were used to evaluate the effect of the intervention. Results:After intervention, scores of stress and emotion management, medical care management, disease management and maintenance management during remission period in the IBD-SES between the two groups had statistically significant differences ( P<0.05) . There was statistically significant difference in the score of social isolation dimension in SIS between the two groups after intervention ( P<0.05) . There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of social exclusion, economic discrimination and intrinsic shame ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:Positive group psychological counselling can improve the self-efficacy of patients with ulcerative colitis, but the effect on the stigma needs further large samples and long-term research.

Objective To provide data evidence for early diagnosis of bone and joint damage derived from brucellosis by analyzing its clinical and imaging characteristics.Methods Patients with brucellosis accepted in Ji'nan Infectious Disease Hospital form December 2013 to December 2014 were selected.Patients with bone and joint damage confirmed through imaging were further studied,their epidemiological and clinical characters,CT and MRI characteristics,treatment and outcome were summarized.Results Total of 97.8％ (45/46) patients had a clear contact history,most of them worked in poultry farming,taking up to 67.4％ (31/46).July to October was its peak time for attacking,taking up to 58.7％ (27/46).The clinical manifestations of patients were joint pain,swelling and activities obstacles.In the CT images,there was obvious bony destruction,characterized by multiple round or large areas of low density insect damage sample spots.There was osteosclerotic bone lesions or osteophyte formatted in edge.The paravertebral soft tissue was swelling,and the vertebral body deformation was not obvious,and there was vertebra small joint damage occasionally.In the MRI images,there was vertebral ligaments damage,or soft tissue damage,or osteoproliferation at the edge of the vertebral bodies.There was abnormal signal T1W1 or T2W1 signal,and FS-T1W1 showed high signal,while FS-T2W1 showed slightly high signal.The diagnosis rate of CT,MRI and CT combined MRI for bone and joint damage derived from brucellosis was 76.1％ (35/46),84.8％ (39/46) and 91.3％ (42/46),respectively.The main therapeutic drugs were doxycycline and rifampicin,and the clinical effective rate was 91.3％ (42/46).Conclusion The epidemiological characters,CT and MRI characteristics of bone and joint damage derived from brucellosis have certain representativeness,and the comprehensive investigation is beneficial for clinical diagnosis.

Objective To study and explore the application effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide in acute severe asthma.Methods 100 emergency patients with severe asthma were selected as study subjects,the patients were divided into two groups by following the principles of randomized single blind,each group had 50 cases.The control group received aminophylline treatment,the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation therapy.The clinical curative effect,relieve symptoms,condition of arterial blood gas and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96％,which of the control group was 80％,the difference was statistically significant (x2 =6.061,P ＜ 0.05).The remission time of cough [(5.60 ± 1.35) d],expectoration [(3.54 ± 1.25) d],shortness of breath[(1.93 ± 0.87) d],wheezing [(6.09 ± 1.26) d] and other symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [(7.39 ± 1.72) d,(5.17 ± 1.54) d,(3.26 ± 1.08) d,(8.43 ±1.95) d](t =5.789,5.811,6.781,7.127,all P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the arterial blood gas and lung function in the observation group were significantly improved (all P ＜ 0.05),which were better than those in the control group after treatment (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of patients with severe asthma is significant,it can improve the symptoms,pulmonary ventilation function and arterial blood gas.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the antibacterial activity of silver sulfadiazine (SD-Ag), mupirocin, and clotrimazole used alone or in combination against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) isolated from burn wounds.

METHODSEighteen MRSA isolates from wound excretion of 18 burn patients hospitalized in our unit from July to December 2011 were collected continuously and non-repetitively. (1) Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), 50% MIC (MIC50), and 90% MIC (MIC90) of SD-Ag, mupirocin, and clotrimazole used alone, those of SD-Ag and mupirocin used in combination, and those of SD-Ag, mupirocin, and clotrimazole used in combination to MRSA were determined by checkerboard agar dilution method. (2) Fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) index was calculated to determine the combined effect of SD-Ag plus mupirocin, and SD-Ag plus mupirocin and clotrimazole. Synergy with FIC index less than or equal to 0.5 or additivity with FIC index more than 0.5 and less than or equal to 1.0 was regarded as effective, and indifference with FIC index more than 1.0 and less than or equal to 4.0 or antagonism with FIC index more than 4.0 was regarded as ineffective. The effective ratio was compared with overall ratio (assumed as 0) by unilateral binomial distribution test.

RESULTSThe MIC, MIC50, and MIC90 of SD-Ag, mupirocin, and clotrimazole used alone against 18 MRSA isolates were respectively 8, 8, 16 µg/mL; 2, 16, 64 µg/mL; 2, 2, 2 µg/mL. MIC of antimicrobial agents used in combination decreased from 3.1% to 50.0% as compared with that of individual agent used alone. Compared with those of single application of SD-Ag and mupirocin, MIC50 of SD-Ag and that of mupirocin both decreased 75.0%, and MIC90 of them decreased 87.5% when SD-Ag and mupirocin were used in combination. Compared with those of single application of SD-Ag, mupirocin, and clotrimazole, MIC50 of SD-Ag, mupirocin, and clotrimazole respectively decreased 75.0%, 87.5%, and 50.0%; MIC90 of them respectively decreased 87.5%, 96.9%, and 50.0% when SD-Ag, mupirocin, and clotrimazole were used in combination. Among the 18 MRSA isolates, the combined effect of SD-Ag and mupirocin was synergic in 9 isolates, additive in 7 isolates, indifferent in 2 isolates, and antagonistic in 0 isolate; the combined effect of SD-Ag, mupirocin, and clotrimazole was additive in 16 isolates, indifferent in 2 isolates, and antagonistic in 0 isolate. There were statistically significant differences between effective ratio and overall ratio of 18 MRSA isolates treated with combined antimicrobial agents (P values all above 0.01).

CONCLUSIONSFor burn wounds at middle and late stages infected with Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus aureus and Fungus, low dose of SD-Ag or combination of above-mentioned antimicrobial agents can effectively control infection and decrease the adverse effect of antimicrobial agents on wound healing.

Host genetic, environmental and viral factors are classified as three categories that determine clinical outcomes of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. The objective of this study was to detect the associations between polymorphisms rs346473 and rs346482 in Rho GTPase-activating protein 24 (ARHGAP24) gene and disease progression of HBV infection in Han Chinese population. These two SNPs were found by our DNA pooling using Affymetrix Genome-Wide Human Mapping SNP6.0 Array in HBV carriers, and verified by using TaqMan 7900HT Sequence Detection System with 758 progressed HBV carriers versus 300 asymptomatic HBV carriers (AsC) in a discovery phase and 971 progressed HBV carriers versus 328 AsC in a replication phase. Multivariable logistic regression revealed that individuals with genotype TT at variant rs346473 displayed remarkable correlations with disease progression of HBV infection both in the discovery phase (OR, 2.693; 95% CI, 1.928-3.760; P=6.2×10(-9); additive model) and the replication phase (OR, 1.490; 95% CI, 1.104-2.012; P=9.0×10(-3); additive model). These two SNPs were in strong linkage disequilibrium with D'=0.99 and r (2)=0.951, and haplotype TT disclosed an increased susceptibility to HBV progression (OR, 1.980; 95% CI, 1.538-2.545; P=8.1×10(-8)). These findings suggest that polymorphism rs346473 in the ARHGAP24 gene might be a part of the genetic variants underlying the susceptibility of HBV carriers to disease progression.

Objective To investigate the dynamic expressions and clinical significance of CD141, CD31 and CD95 on circulating endothelial cells (CEC) in febrile and polyuria phases of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). Methods Expressions of CD141, CD31 and CD95 in the peripheral blood of patients with HFRS in febrile and polyuria phases were detected by flow cytometry. Comparisons among groups were done by one-factor analysis of variance. Results The percentages of CD141+ CD31+ cells in the peripheral blood cells from patients with HFRS in febrile and polyuria phases were 9.47% ±1.98 % and 8. 26% ±1.55 %, respectively, which were both higher than that (7.05%±1.45%) in healthy controls (F=8. 42; P=0. 000 and P=0. 029, respectively), and that in febrile phase was higher than that in polyuria phase (P = 0. 048). The mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) of CD95 on CEC of HFRS patients in febrile and polyuria phases were both significantly higher than that in healthy controls (F=19. 93; P=0. 000 and P=0. 000 respectively), and that in febrile phase was higher than that in polyuria phase (P=0. 049). In the febrile phase of HFRS,the MFI of CD95+ on CEC in patients with all clinical types were all higher than that in healthy controls (F= 17. 36; all P=0. 000), and that in severe (critical) type was the highest and higher than those in mild type and moderate type (P=0. 002 and P=0. 009, respectively). Conclusion The proportion of CEC and expression of CD95 on CEC are possibly related with the phase and severity of HFRS.
