		                        			Objective To explore the CT manifestations and clinical features of checkpoint inhibitor-related pneumonitis(CIP).Methods Chest CT images and clinical data of 34 patients with CIP in Ningbo No.2 Hospitael were collected to retrospectively analysis.According to the site of tumor occurrence,22 patients were divided into lung cancer group and 12 patients in other malignant tumor group,and the differences in CT manifestations between two groups were compared.Results Cough(70.59%)and dyspnea(52.94%)were the common clinical symptoms.CIP occurred earlier and over a greater time span in lung cancer group 114.5(41.50,281.50)d than in other maligment tumor group 144(55.75,226.25)d.Eosinophil count was significantly higher only in other maligment tumor group(P=0.009).After hormonal therapy 18 patients improved,8 were stable and 8 progressed or even died.CT signs were prevalent in ground glass shadow(70.59%)and solid shadow(76.47%),and the imaging pattern was dominated by organic pneumonia pattern(47.6%),which was not related to type of primary tumor,and some of them could show nodular granulomatous reaction.Compared to lung cancer group,the other maligment tumor group was more likely to exhibit symmetrical infiltration(58.33%)distribution.Conclusion The clinical features of CIP are nonspecific,compared with other patients with primary malignancies,lung cancer patients are more likely to develop CIP,which is difficult to relieve after treatment,and are easy to develop severe disease.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Zinc finger protein-36 deficiency inhibits osteogenic differentiation of mouse bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells and preosteoblasts by activating the ERK/MAPK pathway

		                        			Objective To explore the role of zinc finger protein 36 (ZFP36) in regulating osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and preosteoblasts. Methods ZFP36 expression was observed in primary mouse BMSCs and mouse preosteoblasts (MC3T3-E1 cells) during induced osteogenic differentiation. Zfp36-deficient cell models were constructed in the two cells using RNA interference technique and the changes in differentiation capacities of the transfected cells into osteoblasts were observed. Transcriptome sequencing was used to investigate the potential mechanisms of ZFP36 for regulating osteoblast differentiation of the two cells. U0126, a ERK/MAPK signal suppressor, was used to verify the regulatory mechanism of Zfp36 in osteogenic differentiation of Zfp36-deficient cells. Results During the 14-day induction of osteogenic differentiation, both mouse BMSCs and MC3T3-E1 cells exhibited increased expression of ZFP36, and its mRNA expression reached the peak level on Day 7 (P<0.0001). The Zfp36-deficient cell models showed reduced intensity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) staining and alizarin red staining with significantly lowered expressions of the osteogenic marker genes including Alpl, Sp7, Bglap and Ibsp (P<0.01). Transcriptome sequencing verified the reduction of bone mineralization-related gene expressions in Zfp36-deficient cells and indicated the involvement of ERK signaling in the potential regulatory mechanism of Zfp36. Immunoblotting showed that pERK protein expression increased significantly in Zfp36-deficient cells compared with the control cells. In Zfp36-deficient MC3T3-E1 cells, inhibition of activated ERK/MAPK signaling with U0126 resulted in obviously enhanced ALP staining and significantly increased expressions of osteoblast differentiation markers Runx2 and Bglap (P<0.05). 5.Robotic urologic surgery using the KangDuo-Surgical Robot-01 system: A single-center prospective analysis.

		                        			BACKGROUND:
		                        			The KangDuo-Surgical Robot-01 (KD-SR-01) system is a new surgical robot recently developed in China. The aim of this study was to present our single-center experience and mid-term outcomes of urological procedures using the KD-SR-01 system.
		                        		
		                        			METHODS:
		                        			From August 2020 to April 2023, consecutive urologic procedures were performed at Peking University First Hospital using the KD-SR-01 system. The clinical features, perioperative data, and follow-up outcomes were prospectively collected and analyzed.
		                        		
		                        			RESULTS:
		                        			A total of 110 consecutive patients were recruited. Among these patients, 28 underwent partial nephrectomy (PN), 41 underwent urinary tract reconstruction (26 underwent pyeloplasty, 3 underwent ureteral reconstruction and 12 underwent ureterovesical reimplantation [UR]), and 41 underwent radical prostatectomy (RP). The median operative time for PN was 112.5 min, 157.0 min for pyeloplasty, 151.0 min for ureteral reconstruction, 142.5 min for UR, and 138.0 min for RP. The median intraoperative blood loss was 10 mL for PN, 10 mL for pyeloplasty, 30 mL for ureteral reconstruction, 20 mL for UR, and 50 mL for RP. All procedures were successfully completed without conversion, and there were no major complications in any patient. The median warm ischemia time of PN was 17.3 min, and positive surgical margin was not noted in any patient. The overall positive surgical margin rate of RP was 39% (16/41), and no biochemical recurrence was observed in any RP patient during the median follow-up of 11.0 months. The surgical success rates of pyeloplasty and UR were 96% (25/26) and 92% (11/12) during the median follow-up of 29.5 months and 11.5 months, respectively.
		                        		
		                        			CONCLUSION
		                        			The KD-SR-01 system appears feasible, safe, and effective for most urological procedures, based on our single-center experience.

		                        			The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is a common sports injury that has a significant impact on knee function and patients′ mobility. With the popularity of national fitness campaign in China, the incidence of ACL injury is increasing year by year. Currently, there still lacks clinical standards or guidelines on how to choose appropriate treatment methods, surgical plans and rehabilitation protocols for ACL injury. In order to timely reflect the new treatment concept of ACL injury, standardize its diagnosis and treatment and improve the curative effect, the Sports Medicine Society of Chinese Research Hospital Association and the Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Trauma organized domestic orthopedic and sports medicine experts to formulate the "clinical evidence-based guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury (2022 version)" based on the level of evidence-based medicine and in compliance with the principle of scientificity, practicability and advancement. 7.Study on the diagnostic value of benign and malignant thyroid nodules based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology combined with thyroid ultrasound imaging and data system (TI-RADS) grading

		                        			Objective:To study the diagnostic value of the artificial intelligence (AI) diagnostic system, ACR TI-RADS classification and AI+ ACR TI-RADS combined diagnostic performance in benign and malignant thyroid nodules and its guiding significance for surgical treatment.Methods:From Nov. 1, 2021, to Feb. 26, 2022, 349 patients with 605 thyroid nodules who received surgical treatment in Department of Thyroid (Hernia) Surgery, Department of General Surgery, the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital, were selected. There were 95 males and 254 females, male: female=1:2.67, aged 16-78 years, and the nodule diameter was 0.2-5.6 cm. SPSS 26.0 and R studio software were used for data processing. AI diagnostic system, ACR TI-RADS grading and AI+ ACR TI-RADS combined diagnostic efficacy were statistically analyzed, respectively. ROC curve analysis was performed in parallel.Results:The AUC value of AI+ ACR TI-RADS combined diagnosis was 0.900, greater than 0.857 of AI diagnostic system and 0.788 of ACR TI-RADS, and the difference was statistically significant ( Z= 7.631, both P<0.001) . The sensitivity of the combined diagnosis was 95.32%, the specificity was 84.61%, the accuracy was 92.56%, the positive predictive value was 94.69%, the negative predictive value was 86.27%, the missed diagnosis rate was 4.68%, and the misdiagnosis rate was 15.38%, which were better than the other two diagnostic methods. With an excellent coincidence rate with postoperative pathological results ( Kappa=0.804, P<0.001) . 8.Analysis of epidemiology and clinical pathological characteristics of 9662 cases of thyroid cancer

		                        			Objective:To investigate the epidemiological and clinicopathological characteristics of thyroid cancer.Methods:Data of 13 673 thyroid cancer patients admitted to the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the admission criteria, 9 662 patients were screened out, including 2 768 males and 6 894 females, with an average age of 43.98±11.28 years. According to the year of diagnosis and treatment, the incidence of thyroid cancer, the changing trend of age of new cases, the average length of hospitalization, the pathological classification of the tumor, the size of the primary tumor, multifocal tumor, and the rate of lymph node metastasis were statistically analyzed. The surgical methods were summarized and discussed.Results:① Characteristics of population economics: the ratio of males to females were 1.00:2.49, the number of cases increased year by year, and the rate of increase of female was higher than that of male. The average age of onset of the patients was (43.98±11.28) years old, and the incidence rate of the young population increased by 6.0%, showing a younger trend. The mean length of hospital stay was (7.21±2.85) d, and the length of hospital stay decreased. ② Clinicopathological features: There were 9 513 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) (98.46%) , 45 cases of follicular thyroid carcinoma (FTC) (0.47%) , 58 cases of medullary carcinoma (MTC) (0.60%) and 18 cases of poorly differentiated thyroid carcinoma (PDTC) (0.19%) . There were 2 cases (0.02%) of undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma (ATC) and 26 cases (0.26%) of a particular type. The tumor size was (1.10±0.85) cm, among which the microcarcinoma (D ≤1 cm) accounted for 64.5% and showed an increasing trend year by year, with the fastest growth rate. There were 3 809 cases of multifocal carcinoma (39.4%) , and the proportion of multifocal carcinoma increased year by year in recent 3 years. The central region and lateral region lymph node metastasis rates were 33.0% and 13.0%, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that the differences were statistically significant except for pathological types ( P<0.05) . ③ Surgical methods: in the first 3 years, 2 224 patients (84.2%) underwent normative primary resection, which increased to 94.9% in the last 3 years. In the first 3 years, 2 033 patients (77.0%) underwent central lymph node dissection, which increased to 91.8% in the last 3 years. In the first 3 years, 188 cases (50.5%) underwent normative lateral cervical dissection, which increased to 71.6% in the last 3 years. Conclusions:The incidence of thyroid cancer is increasing year by year, showing a younger trend; Papillary carcinoma accounts for 98.5% of thyroid cancer. The proportion of microcarcinoma and multifocal carcinoma is increasing. 9.Myocardial remodeling assessed by MR feature tracking in hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy after surgical myectomy

		                        			Objective:To investigate the changes of strains based on feature tracking in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) after surgical myectomy and the potential factors that influenced post-myectomy global strains.Methods:A total of 27 patients with HOCM who underwent septal myectomy in Fuwai Hospital from June 2014 to July 2017 were retrospectively collected. They all received cardiac MR (CMR) cine acquisitions before and after surgery. Their preoperative and postoperative strain parameters, including radial strain (RS), circumferential strain (CS), and longitudinal strain (LS) of the global left ventricle, septum, and lateral wall, were assessed by feature tracking. Comparisons of pre-myectomy and post-myectomy imaging parameters were performed using paired-samples t-test or Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-ranks test. Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were utilized to find the correlated factors of postoperative global strains. Results:Compared with preoperative strains, postoperative global LS, septal LS, lateral RS, lateral CS, and lateral LS increased statistically (all P<0.05); postoperative global RS, global CS, and septal CS decreased (all P<0.05); no statistically significant difference was observed in septal RS ( P=0.165). Age at surgery ( r=0.428, P=0.026) and preoperative myocardial maximum ventricular wall thickness ( r=-0.587, P=0.001) were both linearly related to postoperative global RS; the further multivariate stepwise linear regressions showed that only preoperative myocardial maximum ventricular wall thickness might be correlated with postoperative global RS (adjusted R 2=0.287, P=0.002). Only myocardial maximum ventricular wall thickness was linearly related to global CS ( r=0.679, P<0.001) and global LS ( r=0.588, P=0.001), respectively; univariate linear regression revealed that preoperative myocardial maximum ventricular wall thickness might be correlated postoperative global CS (adjusted R 2=0.337, P=0.001) and postoperative global LS (adjusted R 2=0.281, P=0.003), respectively. Conclusions:Cardiac surgery definitely relieves left ventricular outflow tract obstruction and generally improves longitudinal and lateral strains, but a negative impact may occur in global and septal CS and RS. 10.Role of eye rubbing in the occurrence and development of keratoconus

		                        			Keratoconus is a progressive and bilateral corneal disease with the characteristics of the protrusion of the dilated and central thinning cornea.Keratoconus often causes myopia and irregular astigmatism, and corneal edema and scarring in the late stage, leads to significant vision loss, and brings patients psychological pressure and economic burden.Eye rubbing is an important risk factor of keratoconus.Many studies suggest that eye rubbing is related to the occurrence and development of keratoconus.Different frequency and intensity of eye rubbing have different effects on the cornea.In susceptible population, eye rubbing causes severer damage to the cornea and more serious consequences.Eye rubbing damages the cornea by direct mechanical action, raising corneal temperature and intraocular pressure and releasing inflammatory factors resulting in cell apoptosis.Avoiding eye rubbing is of great significance in delaying the development of keratoconus.Reducing the rubbing time and frequency of patients with keratoconus by treating the primary disease causing eye rubbing and distracting them can reduce the occurrence and slow down the progression of keratoconus, and the life quality of patients can be improved.In this review, the role of eye rubbing in the etiology of keratoconus was elucidated to provide reference for the treatment and prevention of keratoconus.
