		                        			At present,precise radiotherapy has been widely used through the development with many years,but the existing technique still is limited by the limitation of tolerance dose of normal tissues,which cannot achieve the optimal goal of treating tumor.Flash radiotherapy(Flash-RT)is one kind of radiotherapy technique that uses the beam with ultra-high dose rate(UHDR)to conduct irradiation,which can furthest treat tumors while significantly reduce radiation injury of normal tissues.But until now,the biological mechanism,key physical parameters and triggering mechanism of Flash-RT are still unclear,and its principle and clinical translational application are still in the stage of research.This review clarified the technological advance and clinical translational application of Flash-RT research through summarized the relevant research of Flash-RT.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Applied Research of Extractive Reference Substance for the Quality Analysis of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus Formula Granules

		                        			Objective To analyze the quality of 22 batches of Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus Formula Granules from 12 different manufacturers by using water-extraction reference substance of Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus(ZBM ERS ST)and water-extraction reference substance of Fritillariae hupehensis bulbus(HBBM ERS ST)as references.Methods Ethyl acetate-methanol-triethylamine-water(17∶1∶1∶0.5)was used as the developing solvent for high-performance thin-layer chromatography(HPTLC)fingerprint analysis.The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint analysis was performed on a Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with the gradient mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.03%diethylamine solution.The column temperature was set at 25℃and evaporative light-scattering detector was used.The determination was conducted according to standard test method for measurement of Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus Formula Granules(Guangdong PFKL00117).Results The results of HPTLC and HPLC analysis showed that there are significant differences among the 22 batches of Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus Formula Granules.There were 4 batches of Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus Formula Granules from 3 manufacturers among them showed fingerprint characteristics of Fritillariae hupehensis bulbus.The total amount of peimine and peiminine in the remaining 18 batches of Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus Formula Granules was 0.291-3.179 mg·g-1,which were quite different.Conclusion Currently,the quality of Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus Formula Granules on the market varies greatly.Standardized water-extract reference substance has better applicability for the analysis of the quality of Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus Formula Granules than the control medicinal materials.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Practice and benefit of national standardized management of type 2 diabetes in Yulin City

		                        			【Objective】 To investigate the practice and benefit of national standardized management of type 2 diabetes in Yulin City. 【Methods】 We recruited the adult type 2 diabetes patients who sought medical help at our hospital from May 2020 to October 2022 as subjects. We collected their basic information (sex and age); measured height, weight, waist and hip circumference, and blood pressure; calculated body mass index (BMI); and detected blood glucose, c-peptide, HbA1c, biomarkers, urinary microalbumin, sensory nerve conduction velocity of lower limbs, ABI, and subcutaneous and visceral fat at the time of MMC recruited and the end of six months. T test and Mann-Whitney U rank sum test were used for measurement data and χ2 test or Fisher’s exact probability method for counting data to analyze the data. 【Results】 After 6 months, the levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, HbA1c, and visceral and subcutaneous fat in all the patients decreased, but the level of fasting c-peptide increased compared with the baseline (all P<0.05). Secondly, compared with the baseline, the control rate of HbA1c (35.21% vs. 13.71% ) and the comprehensive control rate (13.97% vs. 7.26% ) were both significantly increased at six months (P<0.05). Thirdly, after 6 months, the levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, HbA1c, TG, TC, and UA were decreased more, while the fasting c-peptide and postprandial c-peptide were increased more in the patients of the HbA1c standard group (HbA1c<7% ) than those of the non-standard group. 【Conclusion】 The multiple benefits of blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid and islet function can be achieved by taking type 2 diabetes patients into MMC. Meanwhile, the rates of HbA1c control and comprehensively reaching the standard are significantly increased. 4.Control rate of blood glucose and its influencing factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Yulin City

		                        			【Objective】 To investigate the control rate of blood glucose and its influencing factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Yulin area. 【Methods】 We selected the adult type 2 diabetes patients who visited our hospital from May 2020 to December 2021 as the subjects. Then we collected their basic information (gender, age, household income, type of medical insurance payment, education level, and duration of disease), measured their height and weight, calculated their body mass index (BMI), detected HbA1c, and measured their subcutaneous and visceral fat. The Chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression methods were used to analyze the influencing factors. 【Results】 The total attainment rate of HbA1c (HbA1c<7%) among 877 adults with type 2 diabetes was 13.34%. The Chi-square test showed that statistical differences in the attainment rate of HbA1c among different ages, family annual income, type of medical insurance, and duration of disease. Further unconditional multivariate Logistic regression analysis model results showed that the HbA1c attainment rate in 18-44 years old group was 0.418 times higher than that in ≥60 years old group (95% CI=0.219-0.799, P=0.008). The HbA1c compliance rate of patients with employees’ medical insurance was 1.744 times that those with residents’ medical insurance (95% CI=1.131-2.782, P=0.013). The HbA1c attainment rate of diabetic patients with an annual family income of 30 000 yuan to 100 000 yuan was 1.873 times (95% CI=1.074-3.266, P=0.027), and with an annual family income of more than 100 000 yuan was 2.649 (95% CI=1.299-5.404, P=0.007) times than that of diabetic patients with less than 30 000 yuan. 【Conclusion】 The blood glucose control rate in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Yulin area is lower compared with the level of the nation and other regions. 		                        			The 18 kDa translocator protein (TSPO), previously known as the peripheral benzodiazepine receptor, is predominately localized to the outer mitochondrial membrane in steroidogenic cells. Brain TSPO expression is relatively low under physiological conditions, but is upregulated in response to glial cell activation. As the primary index of neuroinflammation, TSPO is implicated in the pathogenesis and progression of numerous neuropsychiatric disorders and neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson's disease (PD), multiple sclerosis (MS), major depressive disorder (MDD) and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). In this context, numerous TSPO-targeted positron emission tomography (PET) tracers have been developed. Among them, several radioligands have advanced to clinical research studies. In this review, we will overview the recent development of TSPO PET tracers, focusing on the radioligand design, radioisotope labeling, pharmacokinetics, and PET imaging evaluation. Additionally, we will consider current limitations, as well as translational potential for future application of TSPO radiopharmaceuticals. This review aims to not only present the challenges in current TSPO PET imaging, but to also provide a new perspective on TSPO targeted PET tracer discovery efforts. 6.Investigation and analysis of the effects of single and combined supplement intervention on anemia related indexes in rural children in Qinghai Province

		                        			Objective   To analyze the effects of different supplements on anemia related indexes in rural children.   Methods   A stratified method was adopted, and six villages (towns) in and around Qinghai Province were selected as intervention sits for the present study. A total of 304 children from 2 to 6 years old at each intervention site meeting the inclusion criteria were screened and divided into three groups (A, B, and C), who were intervened for 3 months. Serum vitamin A, vitamin D and hemoglobin levels were measured before and after the intervention.   Results   The hemoglobin level of 304 children before intervention was (118.65±16.07) g /L, and the prevalence of anemia was 9.54%. The vitamin A value, vitamin D value and hemoglobin value were increased after three months of the intervention. The changes of vitamin A value, vitamin D value and hemoglobin value in rural children in group C were significantly higher than those in groups A and B. The increase in vitamin A value in rural children aged 3 years was significantly higher than that in other age groups, and the increase in hemoglobin in rural children of 1 year old was significantly higher than that in other age groups. The increase in vitamin A value of rural children of other ethnic groups (mainly Tibetans) was significantly higher than that of Han and Hui nationalities, and the increase of hemoglobin value in Hui rural children was significantly higher than that in Han and other ethnic groups. Conclusion   Vitamin A combined with iron dextran tablets was effective in preventing anemia in rural children.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
8.Aging and aging related neurodegenerative disease models and drug screening based on Caenorhabditis elegans:research progress

		                        			Caenorhabditis elegans is a very important model organism in life sciences. C. elegans has been widely used in research on life sciences, especially in drug screening and the mechanism of drugs, thanks to some of their prominent characteristics, including a short life,short generation cycle, and easy culture and observation. Aging is a complex process, which is the result of multiple factors. There are mainly three types of anti-aging signal pathways in C. elegans, including insulin-insulin-like growth factor-1 signal pathway, diet-restricted signaling pathway and mitochondrial respiratory chain/ATP synthesis pathway. In this paper, we reviewed the aging models based on the above three signaling pathways and the progress in anti-aging drugs based on the above aging models. In addition, a number of C. elegans models of aging-related neurodegenerative diseases can be obtained by using transgenic or chemical mutagenesis. Thus, this paper reviewed the transgenic models of C. elegans associated with neurodegenerative diseases, including theα-synuclein transgenic model of Parkinson disease, theβ-amyloid deposition model of Alzheimer disease, and the polyQ of Huntington disease, and summa?rized the effective drugs based on the above disease models. 9.Differentiation of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells into Hair-cell Like Cells in Vitro

		                        			Objective To induce human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs) to hair-cell like cells in the inner ear, using a two-step neural differentiation method.Methods The hUC-MSCs were obtained from human umbilical cords by tissue adherence culture,whose surface antigen CD29, CD34, CD44, CD45, CD90, HLA-ABC, and HLA-DR could be identified by flow cytometry.In the neural stem cells induced phase, the NSE positive cells were analyzed by microscope and immunohistochemistry.In the second stage, the expression of hair-cell like cells markers (Math1, MyosinⅦa, Brn3c) were tested by qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence method.Results The control group and the protocol group had little NSE after differentiation while the protocol B group presented a neurobiological structure and demonstrated a higher NSE positive ratio after 5 days' neural stem cells induction (P<0.05).Compared to the control group, the mRNA and protein level of Math1, MyosinⅦa, and Brn3c exhibited a significant increase in the differential group,which induced for 4 weeks in the hair-cell like cells in the inner ear's induced phase(P<0.05).Conclusion The two-stage induction (hUC-MSCs-neural stem cells-hair-cell like cells) could produce more MyosinⅦa,Brn3c and Math1,which may provide an appropriate way to treat sensorineural deafness.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
10.Analysis of serum carcinoembryonic antigen for advanced non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy curative effect

		                        			Objective To explore clinical value of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) rate in early evaluation of imaging tumor efficacy and prognosis of disease control for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) before and after the second course of chemotherapy, and provide the basis for clinical adjustment chemotherapy regimens.Methods Patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were randomly collected in January 2007-September 2014 during the pathological diagnosis of 130 cases for advanced NSCLC, who had an elevated serum CEA level, including pre-chemotherapy and prochemotherapy, were collected.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) was used to evaluate efficacy of CEA change in evaluation of early disease control (DC).SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze the relationship between CEA change and prognosis.Results After two chemotherapy cycles, the area under the ROC curve was 70.6%.When the cut-point of the change rates of CEA levels was 2.05% , the Youden index reaches the maximum.Adenocarcinoma group and squamous cell carcinoma patients after 2 courses of CEA change rate evaluation, which area under the ROC curve was 72.0% (95% CI :61.4% ~ 82.5%), and 70.1% (95% CI:45.8% ~94.5%).Survival was analyzed with the Kaplan-Meier method, which showed the change rates of CEA levels were all the influencing factors of progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with advanced NSCLC(P < 0.05).While the change rates of CEA levels were not predictive overall survival (OS) (P =0.715).Conclusions It prompts effective chemotherapy, and patients have the extended PFS, when CEA levels before and after chemotherapy dropped to a certain degree.
