		                        			Objective:
To assess the awareness and associated factors of wild mushroom poisoning among students in Guizhou Province, so as to provide a scientific foundation for wild mushroom poisoning prevention and control among students.

		                        			Methods:
By a multi stage stratified cluster random sampling method, 1 162 students from Guizhou Province were selected in May 2024. The questionnaire survey was administered to evaluate knowledge regarding wild mushroom poisoning. Data were analyzed employing the χ 2 test and Logistic regression model.

		                        			Results:
Among the nine questions assessing awareness of wild mushroom poisoning, only three had the awareness rate exceeding 70%. Binary Logistic regression analysis revealed that students who "actively learn about the prevention of wild mushroom poisoning" ( OR=0.48, 95%CI =0.26-0.92) and "spread knowledge about wild mushroom poisoning to others" ( OR=0.47, 95%CI =0.33-0.69) scored higher on the wild mushroom poisoning knowledge questions ( P <0.05). Conversely, students with a habit of consuming wild mushrooms ( OR=1.52, 95%CI =1.15-2.02) scored lower ( P < 0.05 ). 42.3% of the students suggested that scientific dissemination and publicity about wild mushrooms should be intensified.

ObjectiveTo investigate the inhibitory effects and mechanisms of Xiayuxue Tang (XYXT) on hepatocellular carcinoma cells through the regulation of succinate metabolism and succinylation modification. MethodsXYXT-medicated serum was prepared. The effects of different concentrations of succinate on the proliferation of HepG2 and MHCC97H cells were observed using the cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, and the experimental concentrations for subsequent tests were determined. Further CCK-8 assays were performed to evaluate the effects of XYXT-medicated serum of different concentrations (5%, 10%, and 15%) on cell proliferation. Flow cytometry, scratch test, and Transwell assay were employed to analyze the effect of 10% XYXT-medicated serum on the cell cycle, migration, invasion, and apoptosis. The changes in succinate metabolism and succinylation modification were examined based on succinate content assays, succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity detection, and western blot. The expressions of Yes-associated protein 1 (YAP1) and sirtuin 5 (SIRT5) were detected via Real-time PCR and western blot. Molecular docking was applied to validate the binding between XYXT’s main components and target proteins. ResultsCompared with the control group, 1-2 mmol·L-¹ succinate significantly promoted HepG2 and MHCC97H cell proliferation (P<0.01). XYXT-medicated serum (5%, 10%, and 15%) markedly inhibited the proliferation of both cell lines compared with the blank group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Treatment with 10% XYXT-medicated serum arrested the cell cycle at the stage prior to DNA synthesis (G0/G1) (P<0.01), suppressed migration (P<0.01) and invasion (P<0.05, P<0.01), and promoted apoptosis of HepG2 and MHCC97H cells (P<0.01). Co-treatment with XYXT and succinate reversed the inhibitory effects of XYXT on proliferation, migration, and invasion of HepG2 and MHCC97H cells (P<0.05, P<0.01). The proportion of cells at G0/G1 phase decreased (P<0.01), and the apoptosis rate decreased (P<0.01). In terms of succinate metabolism, compared with the blank serum group, the 10% XYXT-medicated serum reduced succinate levels of HepG2 and MHCC97H cells (P<0.05, P<0.01), enhanced SDH activity (P<0.01), and downregulated succinylation modification. In terms of YAP1/SIRT5 pathway, compared with the blank serum group, the 10% XYXT-medicated serum significantly downregulated the mRNA and protein expressions of YAP1 in HepG2 and MHCC97H cells (P<0.05, P<0.01) while significantly upregulated the mRNA and protein expressions of SIRT5 (P<0.05, P<0.01). Molecular docking confirmed that there was a good binding ability between YAP1 and SIRT5, as well as between XYXT's main active components and YAP1 and SIRT5. ConclusionXYXT suppresses hepatocellular carcinoma cells by modulating the YAP1/SIRT5 signaling axis to intervene in succinate metabolism and succinylation modification.

		                        			Objective:
To investigate the association between screen time (ST) during leisure time and anxiety-depression symptoms among middle school students, so as to provide a basis for formulating relevant intervention measures.

		                        			Methods:
From November to December 2023, a stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 2 542 students from junior and senior high school in Taiyuan City. A self designed questionnaire, the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7), and the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) were used to investigate ST and anxiety/depression symptoms among middle school students. The Logistic regression model was used to explore the association of ST with symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as with anxiety and depression comorbiditles (CAD).

		                        			Results:
The detection rates of anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms, and CAD were 13.69%, 15.77%, and 10.11%, respectively. The median ST was 2.00 h/d [interquartile range ( IQR =2.38) for weekly averages], with 0.33 h/d ( IQR =1.67) on work days and 5.00 h/d ( IQR=5.50) on rest days. Logistic regression analysis indicated that the total ST of mobile phones during rest days ( OR =1.07, 1.10, 1.11) and the averages ST of mobile phones over a week ( OR = 1.20 , 1.22, 1.29), as well as the total ST of all screen types during rest days ( OR =1.04, 1.04, 1.05) and the averages ST of all screen types over a week ( OR =1.08, 1.09, 1.21) were positively correlated with anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms, and CAD (all P <0.01).

		                        			Conclusions
Among middle school students in Taiyuan City, screen time is positively correlated with symptoms of anxiety or depression and the comorbidity of anxiety and depression, especially smartphone screen time and weekend screen use. Therefore, measures should be implemented to reduce unnecessary screen time among middle school students, especially the use of mobile phones, in order to mitigate the occurrence of anxiety and depression.

Objective:To determine the erythromycin resistance of Bordetella pertussis isolates and their ptxP1 and ptxP3 phenotypic composition and compare clinical manifestations of children with pertussis caused by the two types of strains. Methods:This was a cross-sectional study, the pertussis cases diagnosed using bacterial culture from January 2019 to December 2022 in Beijing Children′s Hospital and the First People′s Hospital of Wuhu were collected.Any suspected Bordetella pertussis colonies were identified by the slide agglutination test. The susceptibility of isolates to erythromycin was detected by the E-test and K-B test. The ptxP gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction and sequenced to determine its genotype. t-test, Mann-Whitney U-test, Chi-square test and Fisher′s exact test were use to statistical analysis. Results:A total of 192 strains of Bordetella pertussis were identified, including 188 (97.9%) erythromycin-resistant strains.Among the 188 strains, 30.3%(57/188) belonged to the ptxP1 genotype and 69.7%(131/188) belonged to the ptxP3 genotype. In children aged below 1 year old, the incidence of paroxysmal cough caused by infection with the ptxP3 strain was higher than that with the ptxP1 strain (57.1% vs.29.4%, P<0.05), and children infected with the ptxP3 strain were more likely to develop apnea or asphyxia (23.8% vs.17.6%), post-tussive vomiting (44.4% vs.32.4%), whooping cough (72.0% vs.50.0%) and pneumonia or bronchitis (85.7% vs.73.5%) compared to those infected with the ptxP1 strain, but the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05). In children aged 1 year old and above, the white blood cell count of children infected with the ptxP1 strain was higher than that of infections with the ptxP3 strain [13.5(9.9, 24.5)×10 9/L, 10.3 (7.0, 16.4)×10 9/L, P<0.05], and children infected with the ptxP1 strain were more likely to contract other pathogen infections than those infected with the ptxP3 strain (17.4% vs.4.4%, P>0.05). Conclusions:ptxP3 erythromycin-resistant Bordetella pertussis has become the main pathogen of pertussis.Infants with pertussis caused by the ptxP3 erythromycin-resistant strain show more significant manifestations and a higher possibility of severe symptoms than those infected with the ptxP1 erythromycin-resistant strain.

The control group was given routine health education, while the intervention group was given group educational nursing intervention based on harmonious nursing theory. The Primary Prevention of Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction-self-care Ability Scale was used to evaluate and compare the primary prevention self-care ability of pelvic floor dysfunction among pregnancy 1-4 weeks between the two groups before and after pregnancy intervention. Pelvic floor muscle strength was measured and pelvic floor function exercise compliance was evaluated during outpatient follow-up at 42-49 days postpartum (hereinafter referred to as postpartum 42 days) to evaluate and compare the rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor skills exercise between the two groups at 42 days postpartum. Results:Finally, the control group was (29.97 ± 3.68) years old involved 38 cases, and the intervention group was (29.79 ± 3.66) years old involved 38 cases. There was no significant difference in self-care ability score of primary prevention of pelvic floor dysfunction between the two groups before intervention ( P>0.05). After pregnancy intervention, the scores of self-care knowledge, self-care responsibility, self-care skills, self-regulation and total score of the intervention group were (58.13 ± 6.46), (11.73 ± 1.18), (10.16 ± 0.86), (29.21 ± 2.74) and (109.21 ± 8.92) points, respectively, which were higher than the control group (47.76 ± 4.25), (11.05 ± 1.09), (8.82 ± 1.78), (27.34 ± 2.18), (94.97 ± 6.46) points, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( t values were - 8.26 - - 2.63, all P<0.05). In the intervention group, the maximum value of the fast muscle stage and the mean value of the slow muscle stage of the comparison of pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups 42 days after delivery were 48.25(44.75, 53.45)μV and 31.00 (27.33, 34.23) μV, respectively, which were higher than the control group 36.80 (32.25, 44.28) μV and 22.40 (19.28, 25.88) μV, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( Z = - 4.98, - 5.37, both P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the average value of the pre-resting stage and the average value of the post-resting stage between the two groups ( P>0.05). Comparison of pelvic floor functional exercise compliance between the two groups showed that in the intervention group, the proportion of good compliance was 73.7% (28/38), and the proportion of general compliance was 26.3% (10/38), while in the control group, the proportion of general compliance was 86.8% (33/38) and the proportion of good compliance was 7.9% (3/38). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2 = 34.46, P<0.01). Conclusions:Application of the theory of harmonious nursing group educational nursing intervention was carried out on the first gestation women, can effectively improve the first gestation women during pregnancy pelvic floor functional exercise primary prevention self-care ability level, strengthen puerperal women pelvic floor muscle, improve the puerperal pelvic floor functional exercise adherence, coordination and optimization of the first gestation women early for pelvic floor functional rehabilitation nursing process.

Purpose To investigate the expression of TRPS1 in synovial sarcoma(SS)and its significance. Methods Twenty-one cases of synovial sarcoma diagnosed by SS1 8(18q11)(SYT)fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)or SS18-SSX immunohistochemistry were collected. The expression of TRPS1 was detected by immunohistochemistry EnVision two-step staining, and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results There were 21 cases of synovial sarcoma, including 9 females and 12 males, aged 17-79 years, with a median age of 50 years and an average age of 47.1 years. The tumors occurred in the lung(3 cases),legs(3 cases),kidney(3 cases),feet(2 cases),psoas major muscle(2 cases),rectum(1 case),tho-racic cavity(1 case),ankle canal(1 case),inguinal area(1 case),knee(1 case),palm(1 case),nasal cavity(1 case),and forearm(1 case). The maximum diameter of the tumor was 1.2-13 cm.Grossly, the tumor section was grayish-white,grayish-yellowish solid, and the lesion with hemorrhage was dark red.Microscopically, there were monophasic fibrous SS(16/21,76.2%),poorly differential SS(small cell)(3/21,14.3%),and biphasic SS(2/21,9.5%).Immunophenotypi-cally,tumor cells expressed SS18-SSX(18/18,100%),TLE1(12/12,100%),BCL2(18/18,100%),partially expressed EMA(10/16,62.5%),CK(12/18,66.7%),CD99(4/10,40.0%),SMA(3/16,18.6%),S-100(3/19,15.8%),and desmin(0/21).The proliferation index of Ki67 ranged from 3%-80%,with an average of 39.9%.FISH test showed that all 11 cases were positive for SS18(18q11)split-ting.All 21 cases of SS expressed TRPS1 to varying degrees and intensities(21/21,100%),of which 19 cases(19/21,90.5%)had a positive range of>50%.There were 19 cases(19/21,90.5%)with a positive intensity of 2+or above. All the 21 patients underwent surgical resection of the tumor, and 20 patients received follow-up visits.3 patients treated with postop-erative combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,18 pa-tients treated with postoperative chemotherapy, and 7 patients showed different degrees of recurrence or metastasis, and 9 pa-tients who received follow-up visits died(45%,9/20).Con-clusion Although TRPS1 is regarded as a highly sensitive and specific marker of breast tumor origin,it is also highly expressed in synovial sarcoma, and it is necessary to be vigilant at its pit-falls in the pathological diagnosis.
