Objective:
To understand the impact of left behind experience on the mental health of secondary vocational school students, so as to provide theoretical basis for the psychological health education of secondary vocational school students.
Methods:
From September to December in 2019, a total of 3 401 students from Duyun, Guiding and Pingtang County were selected by multi stage cluster random sampling method. Self designed questionnaire and Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) were used to investigate mental health status. A total of 1 415 left behind students and 1 415 non left behind students were matched by using propensity score matching (PSM). Wilcoxon test and Logistic regression analysis were conducted.
Results:
Before the matching of propensity score, there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of family structure, mother s educational level, family residence, family harmony and children s past health among the students with or without left behind experience ( χ 2=28.17, 52.40, 96.31, 29.75 , 19.10, P <0.05). After the matching, there were no statistically significant differences in the distribution of the above variables among the students with or without left behind experience ( χ 2=0.02-4.32, P >0.05). Before the matching of propensity scores, there were significant differences in the scores of 10 dimensions of SCL-90, including somatization (1.67,1.58), interpersonal sensitivity (2.00,1.89), anxiety (1.90,1.70), obsessive compulsive symptoms (2.20, 2.10), depression (2.00, 1.85), hostility (1.83, 1.67), terror (1.85, 1.71), paranoia (1.83, 1.67), psychotic (1.70, 1.60) and other (1.85, 1.71) dimensions among secondary vocational school students with or without left behind experience ( Z=-5.15 to -2.84, P <0.05). After propensity score matching, there were significant differences in scores remained only in three factors for interpersonal sensitivity [(2.00(1.56,2.67),2.00(1.44,2.56)], paranoia [1.83(1.33,2.50),1.83(1.33,2.33)] and psychoticism [1.70(1.30,2.30),1.70(1.20,2.20)] in SCL- 90 among secondary vocational students with or without left behind experience ( Z=-2.45, -2.12, -2.23, P <0.05).
Conclusion
The impact of left behind experience on the mental health of vocational school students is mainly reflected in interpersonal sensitivity, paranoia, and psychoticism, which should be identified as key areas of psychological education for secondary vocational school students.

Journal of Clinical Medicine in Practice 2024;28(13):103-108
Objective To explore the comorbidity patterns of chronic diseases and their associated factors in the elderly population aged 60 and above in China. Methods Based on the data from the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS), the Apriori algorithm in R4.0.4 software was used to extract frequent itemsets and construct an association rule model between chronic diseases and their associated factors, targeting the information on 14 chronic diseases in people aged 60 and above in the database. Results Among the 13 206 participants, 3 691 cases (27.90%) suffered from at least one chronic disease, while 6 217 cases (47.08%) suffered from two or more chronic diseases. Analysis of association rules showed that the most common comorbidity patterns included heart disease and hypertension, dyslipidemia and hypertension, diabetes and hypertension, as well as "heart disease, arthritis→high blood pressure" "high blood pressure, stomach disease→arthritis" "dyslipidemia, arthritis→hypertension", with support degrees of 8.93%, 8.29%, 5.44%, 3.82%, 3.71% and 3.22%, and confidence degrees of 55.15%, 59.64%, 60.13%, 53.67%, 51.58% and 60.11% respectively. Irregular sleep patterns, urban living backgrounds, and high social participation were strongly associated with hypertension; while irregular sleep patterns, rural residency, and female were highly associated with arthritis. Conclusion Given the universality of hypertension in multiple chronic disease comorbidity patterns, the prevention and screening of hypertension and its complications in the elderly population should be strengthened. For the comorbidity patterns of chronic diseases coexisting with hypertension, special attention should be paid to the daily disease screening and management of the elderly who participate in social activities in cities. At the same time, for elderly women, poor sleep quality, and rural residents, the screening and attention to the comorbidity patterns of chronic diseases with arthritis need to be strengthened.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2023;36(2):95-100
Autologous ozonized blood transfusion(AOBT) is a therapy of re-transfusion of 100-200 mL of autologous blood after shaking and agitation with appropriate amount of oxygen-ozone in vitro. The oxidation of blood through the strong oxidation of ozone can enhance the non-specific immune response of the body, regulate the internal environment and promote health. This therapy has been increasingly applied in clinical practice, while no unified standard for the operation process in terms of ozone concentration, treatment frequency and treatment course had been established. This operation process of AOBT is primarily explored in order to standardize the operation process and ensure its safety and efficacy.

Objective :
To explore the general information, clinical features, imaging findings and outcome of pa- tients with drug-induced cholestatic.
Methods :
The clinical data of patients diagnosed as cholestatic drug-induced liver injury in recent 5 years were analyzed retrospectively, and followed up for at least 6 months.
Results :
There were 105 patients with drug-induced cholestatic liver injury in the hospital,the median age was 55 years old (54. 3% male) ,most of them had no specific clinical symptoms ; there were nearly 80 kinds of drugs involved,the top three were traditional Chinese medicine (34. 3% ) ,antineoplastic drugs (22. 9% ) and antibiotics ( 10. 5% ) . Among the 49 patients with magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography ( MRCP) ,7 ( 14. 3% ) had sclerosing cholangitis-like changes ; most of the patients were combined with multiple liver-protecting and enzyme-lowering drugs ; there were 53 cured (50. 5% ) ,41 improved (39. 0% ) ,7 uncured (6. 7% ) ,and 4 died (3. 8% ) among 105 patients,and the total effective rate was 89. 5%.
Conclusion
Drug-induced cholestatic liver injury mainly oc- curs in elderly patients, involving many kinds of drugs, mainly traditional Chinese medicine.Drugs can also cause changes similar to sclerosing cholangitis,so drug-induced liver injury (DILI) should be used as one of the differen- tial diagnosis of cholestasis and abnormal cholangiography.Liver disease and the number of drugs have no effect on the prognosis of the patients, while low Roussel Uclaf causality assessment method (RUCAM) score and hemoglobin count, short hospitalization time and high white blood cell count are poor prognostic factors.

Objective:To summarize and analyze the risk of pregnancy recurrence of women with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) birth history in families with new DMD gene mutations, clarify the laws of DMD gene mutations and discuss the mode of genetic counseling in such families. Methods:Collected DMD families from January 2013 to December 2017 in Henan Provincial People′s Hospital. Firstly, the 79 exons of DMD gene were analyzed by multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) in DMD patients and their mothers. The families that DMD patients with DMD gene mutations but no mutations in their mothers were selected for this study, and then MLPA combined with STR-gene linkage analysis were used to perform prenatal diagnosis for females in these DMD gene new mutation families. Results:A total of 64 families with new DMD gene mutations were included in this study. All mutations were DMD gene exon deletion mutations. A total of 65 fetuses were conducted prenatal diagnosis, included 26 SRY negative, 39 SRY positive; 63 fetuses′ DMD gene normal and 2 fetues′ DMD gene with exon deletion mutations. The results of postpartum follow-up and prenatal diagnosis were consistent. Conclusions:Exon mutations in newly mutated DMD families were mainly manifested as exon deletion, mainly presented in the 45-55 exon region. For families with new DMD mutations, even if there is no DMD gene mutation in women which had reproductive history of DMD, prenatal diagnosis for DMD during pregnancy was still recommended.
