Objective To analyze the influencing factors of plastic bronchitis in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and put forward targeted prevention suggestions. Methods The clinical data of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were admitted to Chengdu Third People's Hospital from September 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed . According to whether plastic bronchitis occurred, they were divided into plastic group (n=118) and non-plastic group (n=184), and the differences between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Univariate and multivariate logistics regression analysis equations were used to analyze the independent influencing factors of plastic bronchitis in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Results Among the 302 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection , 118 cases were diagnosed with plastic bronchitis. Analysis showed that the children’s age, duration of fever, hospital stay, pleural effusion rate, number of bronchoscopic lavage, allergy history, endoscopic mucosal erosion rate, WBC, NE%, LY%, CRP, LDH, PCT and D-D were the single factors influencing the occurrence of plastic bronchitis in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Binary logistics regression analysis revealed that age (OR=2.137, P=0.033, 95% CI: 1.132-16.603), allergy history （OR=3.028, P=0.014, 95% CI: 1.261-864), NE% (OR=2.395, P=0.031, 95% CI: 1.087-5.274), CRP (OR=3.864, P=0.004, 95% CI: 1.563-3.864), PCT (OR=4.125, P=0.001, 95% CI: 1.793-3.864), and D-D (OR=3.920, P=0.002, 95% CI: 1.632-3.864) were independent risk factors for plastic bronchitis in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection (P<0.05). Conclusion Age, allergy history, NE%, CRP, PCT and D-D are independent risk factors for plastic bronchitis in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection . It is necessary to take clinical intervention measures to reduce the occurrence risk.

Consequently, anti-inflammatory treatment emerges as a fundamental strategy for preventing and managing DED. This review summarizes the classic inflammatory factors involved in the development and progression of DED, including interleukins, tumor necrosis factor, matrix metalloproteinases, chemokines, and cell adhesion molecules. It also discusses the relevant inflammatory signaling pathways: the MAPKs pathway, NF-κB pathway, Wnt pathway and TLR pathway. Additionally, this review addresses the mechanisms of action and alterations in relevant biomarkers associated with current first-line recommended anti-inflammatory therapies, including corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and traditional Chinese medicine approaches to inflammation management. This comprehensive overview aims to enhance understanding of the inflammatory mechanisms underlying DED while exploring future therapeutic prospects.

Objective: To explore the associations between caregivers nutrition literacy and pediatric nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), so as to provide scientific evidence for the key contents of family intervention measures. Methods: In September 2022, a study involving 1 609 thirdgrade students and their caregivers from six schools in Yinzhou, Haishu, and Zhenhai Districts of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, was conducted. Venous blood samples were collected to measure lipid profiles and investigate the prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) among the children. Family Food Environment Questionnaire was used to assess the nutrition literacy levels of the caregivers. Generalized linear regression analysis was employed to explore the correlation between caregivers nutrition literacy levels and the prevalence of NAFLD in children. Results: Among the surveyed students, 191 were in the NAFLD group, whereas 1 418 were in the nonNAFLD group. The median nutrition literacy score of caregivers in the NAFLD group and nonNAFLD group all were 11.00 (9.00,12.00), which was not significantly different (Z=-0.40, P=0.71). The generalized linear regression results revealed that the level of nutrition literacy of caregivers had no significant effect on childrens Triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index and Triglyceride-glucose-Waisttoheight ratio (TyG-WHtR) [β(95%CI) were 0.001(-0.005-0.006) and 0.000(-0.014-0.014), P>0.05]. Conclusions The nutrition literacy level of caregivers has no significant correlation with the direct incidence of NAFLD in children. As for family intervention measures, it is necessary not only to improve the nutrition literacy level of caregivers but also to effectively apply nutritional knowledge in practice to optimize health management.

Objective: To compare the changes in the concentration of relevant growth factors released from platelet-rich plasma (PRP) stored at -80℃ by cryopreservation and at 4℃ by refrigerated lyophilization over 2 years, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for prolonging PRP storage duration. Methods: PRP (n=15) was separated using a blood cell separator and stored under -80℃ cryopreservation (F-PRP group) and 4℃ refrigerated freeze-drying conditions (FD-PRP group). The contents of growth factors (PDGF-AA, PDGF-BB, EGF, TGF-β1, and VEGF) in both groups were measured by ELISA at 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 months. Results: PDGF-AA and VEGF maintained good stability in both groups for up to 24 months. PDGF-BB and TGF-β1 showed high stability in the first 12 months but their stability decreased gradually from 12th to 24th months. EGF demonstrated good stability in the first 6 months, and its stability gradually decreased from the 9th to 24th months. Comparing the F-PRP and FD-PRP groups, the concentrations of the five growth factors in the FD-PRP group were either not statistically different or higher than those in the F-PRP group at all time points. Specifically, the concentrations of EGF were significantly higher in the FD-PRP group at all time points. Conclusion: Both -80℃ freezing and 4℃ freeze-drying enable long-term preservation of PRP. Freeze-drying imposes less stringent storage requirements and facilitates growth factor compared to frozen storage.

Neurological diseases are common and frequent in clinical practices， which are the main reasons that affect the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients seriously. Tianma Goutengyin （TGY） is from the New Significance of Patterns and Treatment in Miscellaneous Diseases， which was compiled by a famous doctor， HU Guangci. TGY is widely used in clinical practice and has the effects of calming the liver and calming the wind， clearing heat and activating the blood， tranquilization， and nourishing the liver and kidneys. Clinical studies have confirmed that modified TGY can be used either alone or in combination with acupuncture or western medicine to treat dementia， headache， vertigo， hypertension， insomnia， Parkinson's disease， stroke， epilepsy， and other common neurological diseases， with significant curative effect， few side effects， and high safety. The main active constituents of single flavor drugs in the composition of TGY mainly include gastrodin， gastrodia elata blume polysaccharides， p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol， rhynchophylline， baicalein， leonurine， stachydrine， geniposide， 2，3，5，4，-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-Ο-β-D-glucoside， pinoresinol diglucoside， pachymic acid， β-ecdysteroid， avicularin， etc. It has been found that TGY and these constituents have the effects of ferroptosis inhibition， anti-apoptosis， anti-inflammation， and oxidation resistance， and they can regulate neurotransmitters and autophagy， reduce cerebral edema reduction， lower blood lipid and blood pressure， and improve blood circulation through multiple targets and pathways. This paper reviewed the clinical application of and the mechanism of the whole prescription and single flavor drugs of TGY in the treatment of neurological diseases， so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of TGY and offer ideas for the follow-up mechanism research of this prescription.

Objective:To confirm the potential etiological factors of congenital aortic stenosis(AS)by genetic analysis on prenatal diagnostic results of the fetus with AS.Methods:Amniocentesis for chromosomal G-band karyotyping combinated with single nucleotide polymorphism array(SNP-array)analysis was conducted on the amniotic fluid collected from a 25-week pregnant woman diagnosed as"fetus AS";chromosome karyotyping was also performed on the peripheral blood of the fetal parents.Results:The fetal karyotype analysis showed a chimeric Y-chromosome isobaric double-adherent granules.The SNP-array analysis results revealed a 11.2 Mb duplication in the Yp11.31q11.21 region and a 14.8 Mb deletion in the Yq11.21q11.23 region.Both the parents presented a normal karyotype,suggesting it was a newfound mutation.After extensive genetic counseling,the pregnant woman and her family chose to terminate the pregnancy locally.Conclusion:The chromosomal karyotype of the chimeric Y-chromosome isobaric double-adherent granules may be a contributing factor to the AS phenotype in the male fetus.The combined use of chromosomal karyotyping and SNP-array analysis on the amniotic cells is instrumental in the early diagnosis of the disease.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of combined use of artificial bone materials in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF).Methods:One hundred and eighty-four consecutive patients with OVCF admitted to Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients had single-level fracture and treated with PVP. According to whether artificial bone materials were used, the patients were divided into experimental group ( n=95) and control group ( n=89). The experimental group was treated with bone cement mixed with artificial bone materials, and the control group was treated with bone cement. The following indices were observed in the two groups before surgery and at 3 days, 3 months, 12 months (final follow-up) after surgery: visual analogue scale (VAS) score, Oswestry disability index (ODI), Cobb angle of kyphosis, and the percentage of anterior vertebral height, the amount of bone cement injected, postoperative complications and adjacent vertebral fractures were recorded. Measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation ( ± s), and t-test was used for comparison between groups; Chi- test was used for comparison between groups for count data. Results:All patients successfully completed the operation and were followed up for 12-20 months, with a mean follow-up of (14.24±2.51) months. The VAS score at 3 days, 3 months after operation and final follow-up (experimental group: 2.00±0.71, 1.89±0.71, 1.41±0.49; control group: 2.13±0.73, 1.81±0.60, 1.44±0.50) and ODI index at 3 months after operation and the final follow-up [experimental group: (21.56±4.68)%, (23.22±4.11)%; control group: (22.46±3.74)%, (22.39±4.05)%] were significantly improved compared with those before operation [VAS, experimental group: 7.66±0.86, control group: 7.81±0.89; ODI, experimental group: (70.11±8.24)%, control group: (68.97±8.59)%], and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the amount of bone cement injected between the two groups ( P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the Cobb angle of kyphosis and the percentage of anterior vertebral height at each time point ( P>0.05). The incidence of bone cement leakage in the experimental group was 15.8% (15/95), slightly lower than that in the control group [22.5% (20/89)], but the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05). As of the final follow-up, the incidence of adjacent vertebral fracture in the experimental group was 8.4% (8/95), which was lower than that in the control group (19.1%, 17/89), and the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.05). Conclusion:The application of bone cement mixed with artificial bone materials in PVP for OVCF, can achieve good clinical efficacy, and reduce the incidence of adjacent vertebral fractures.

Objective:To explore the effects of Jianpi Bushen Jiedu Prescription on the proliferation and migration of hepatocellular carcinoma cells; To discuss its possible mechanism.Methods:Using human highly metastatic liver cancer cell line (HCCLM3) as the research object, they were randomly divided into control group and TCM group (100, 200, 400, 800, 1 600, 3 200 μg/ml Jianpi Bushen Jiedu Prescription) and Western medicine group (2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40 μmol/L sorafenib) using a random number table method. Cell viability was detected using cell counting reagent (CCK-8) method; HCCLM3 cells were divided into control group and TCM (Jianpi Bushen Jiedu Prescription 800 μg/ml) group and combined group (Jianpi Bushen Jiedu Prescription 800 μg/ml +sorafenib 20 μmol/L). Western blot method was used to detect the protein expressions of kinase/signaling transducer and transcriptional activator (JAK2/STAT3) pathway related proteins (p-JAK2, JAK2, p-STAT3, STAT3) in each group.Results:Compared with the control group, viability and mobility of HCCLM cell in TCM group and Western medicine group decreased ( P<0.01 or P<0.05); compared with the control group, the protein expressions of P-JAK2, JAK2, P-STAT3 and STAT3 in the TCM group and the combined group decreased ( P<0.05), and the JAK2 protein expression in the combined group was lower than that in the TCM group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen Jiedu Prescription can inhibit the proliferation and migration of HCC cells by regulating JAK2/STAT3 pathway.
