Regional odontodysplasia (ROD) is a rare localized dental developmental anomaly. The typical clinical manifestations of ROD are abnormal tooth eruption, abnormal development of enamel and dentin. The radiographic characteristic is "ghost teeth". Its etiology still remains unknown. The care and treatment of a patient with ROD needs a multidisciplinary approach. And the treatment should be taken after the assessment of each individual case of ROD. This paper reviews the definition, etiology, epidemiological features, clinical manifestations, imaging features, dental microstructure and treatment strategies of ROD to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective:To analysis the mid-stage prognosis of transapical aortic valve implantation(TA-TAVI) using J-Valve? system for the treatment of high-risk aortic regurgitation(AR) patients. Methods:Data of 25 patients with aortic regurgitation who had underwent transapical aortic valve implantation using J-Valve? system were collected in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of ZheJiang University from September 2016 to June 2020 . Analysis and summarize their postoperative all-cause mortality, the incidence of adverse events and the improvement in cardiac function. Results:There were 25 patients, including 19 males, the age rage from 59-83 years, the average age was(72.3±27.11) years. The levels of aortic regurgitation was evaluated by transthoracic echocardiography preoperatively, showed that severe AR accounted for 88%. The New York Heart Association(NYHA) of grade 3 or above was 92%. The most common comorbidity was hypertension, accounted for 68%. Coronary heart disease and history of cardiac surgery was 5 and 3 relatively in this study. The Society of Thoracic Surgeons score before surgery was 1.511%-27.674%, the average of STS score was 4.27(2.914-6.033)%. Successful J-Valve implantation was obtained in all 25 cases, no conversion to thoracotomy. After surgery, 2 patients required permanent pacemaker implantation, 1 patient needed continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) due to acute kidney injury, 1 occurred moderate or above paravalvular leak. The results showed good therapeutic effects in early-stage, low incidences of adverse events. The continued improvement of cardiac function and ventricular reverse remodeling could be observed in mid-stage.Conclusion:In this study, we can summarize that high-risk patients with aortic regurgitation treated with transapical aortic valve implantation using J-Valve? system can acquire great perioperative safety and mid-stage prognosis.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the bell-bottom flap in the treatment of multiple little toes with syndactyly deformity of the 4th and 5th toes. Methods:Forty cases (22 males and 18 females) of multiple little toes with syndactyly deformity of the 4th and 5th toes were treated in the Plastic Surgery Department of Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2014 to May 2020. The age of patients ranged from 6 months to 36 months, with an average of 11 months. There were 46 feet, among which 19 cases had a complete fusion, and 27 cases had an incomplete fusion. During the operation, the polydactyly was removed, the fibula-deviation deformity of little toes was corrected with the articular surface formation and joint capsule repaired. The bell-bottom flap was used to reconstruct the webbed of the toe, and the wound surface on the side was closed with three flaps made up of the residual skin soft tissue of multiple little toes. Meanwhile, the soft tissue length at the distal end of the little toe was extended, and the toenail fold and palmar flexion transverse lines were reconstructed to form a similar appearance to the normal. Results:All the flaps in all 46 feet survived with no flap necrosis, skin grafting, or infection. After 6 to 36 months of follow-up (averagely, 20 months), the width, depth, and slope of the reconstructed toe webbed were normal or close to normal, the fibula deviation of the small toe was corrected entirely, the deformity of the short toe was improved in varying degrees, no toe scar contracture, and the appearance of nail fold was consistent with that of the normal small toe.Conclusions:Bell-bottom flap is a good method to correct the deformities of small toe polysyndactyly, which can reconstruct the well-formed webbed, no skin grafting, with the shape of small toenail fold and small toe naturally, and the radians of palmar flexion line naturally.

Arginine kinase (AK) is a key enzyme in energy metabolism of invertebrates and plays an important regulatory role in the life activities such as growth and development, nutrition utilization, immune resistance and stress response. Arginine kinase of Bombyx mori (BmAK) is related to the energy balance and anti-NPV process, but there is little research on its molecular structure and enzymatic properties. We cloned the ORF sequence of BmAK gene, and analyzed chromosomal localization, genomic structure, mRNA structure, secondary and tertiary structure. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that AK was highly conserved in evolution. Soluble recombinant BmAK was obtained by prokaryotic expression, and purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The circular dichroism spectroscopy showed that BmAK contained α-helix structures, and its α-helix structures were relatively stable in the pH range between 5 and 10. Enzyme activity analysis showed that the optimum temperature of BmAK was 30 ℃ and the optimum pH of BmAK was 7.5. The optimal temperature of BmAK was 25 ℃. Between 15 ℃ and 30 ℃, the structure and activity of BmAK was relatively stable. The structure of BmAK was relatively stable at pH 7.0. Our findings reveal the structure and function of BmAK to develop novel green safe and environmentally friendly insecticides.

Objective To analyze the correlation of family function with parenting self-efficacy (PSE) in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) family. Methods Cohort study was carried out. From August, 2015 to February, 2016, caregivers of ASD children (n=142) and healthy children (n=131) were enrolled into investigation group (n=173) and control group (n=131). They were assessed with Family Assessment Device (FAD) and Tool to Measure Parenting Self-efficacy (TOPSE). Results There were significant differences in the scores of FAD and TOPSE between two groups (P<0.05). The scores of FAD were lower in the high income, urban ASD families than in the low income, rural ASD families (P<0.05). The scores of FAD negatively correlated with the scores of TOPSE in the ASD families (r=-0.152 to -0.257, P<0.05). Conclusion The family function and level of PSE of the ASD families was obviously inferior to the healthy families, and the worse the family function is, the lower the level of PSE will be. Individualized and family-centered intervention strategies should be developed to provide a good family environment for the rehabilitation of children with ASD.
