Heart failure(HF)is a highly morbid syndrome that seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and generates an enormous socio-economic burden. In addition to cardiac myocyte oxidative stress and apoptosis, which are considered mechanisms for the development of HF,alterations in cardiac energy metabolism and pathological autophagy also contribute to cardiac abnormalities and ultimately HF.Silent information regulator 1(Sirt1)and adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)are nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)-dependent deacetylases and phosphorylated kinases, respectively. They play similar roles in regulating some pathological processes of the heart through regulating targets such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1α(PGC-1α),protein 38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs),and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR).We summarized the synergistic effects of Sirt1 and AMPK in the heart, and listed the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)that exhibit cardioprotective properties by modulating the Sirt1/AMPK pathway,to provide a basis for the development of Sirt1/AMPK activators or inhibitors for the treatment of HF and other cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).

Objective:To explore the cognition and attitude of urological nurses towards patients′ sexual health education, and to provide basis for the development of urological patient sexual health education. Methods:The research was based on the phenomenology research method. Qualitative research were used to conduct semi-structured personal in-depth interviews with 18 nursing staff who are from 5 tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai, Shandong, Hainan, Anhui and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region using a purposive sampling, data were analyzed by claizzi phenomenological data 7-step analysis method. Results:After refining, two categories and five themes were obtained, including vague concepts (confusion of concepts, lack of roles, lack of theoretical knowledge), neglect and avoidance (respect for patients′ wishes, low priority). Conclusions:Urological nurses have low ability to evaluate the needs of patients′ sexual health education, and the content of sexual health education was one-sided, the form was single, and the degree of preparation was low, so they can not provide personalized and standardized health education for patients. We should carry out education in multiple ways for urological nurses, develop a tool for assessing the needs of urological patients′ sexual health education in China as soon as possible, formulate a standardized and personalized sexual health education standard, and provide comprehensive, systematic and consistent sexual health education for patients, so as to improve the sexual health level of urological patients.

【Objective】 As the main active ingredient of Tibetan medicine Hongjingtian (Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma), salidroside (Sal) has a good anti-apoptotic potential. Currently, there are some conflicting results on the anti-apoptotic mechanisms of Sal. Here we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to provide the preclinical evidence of its anti-apoptotic properties in preventing and treating hypoxic-ischemic cerebral damage(HICD).
【Methods】 The literature on the anti-apoptotic potential of Sal in the treatment of HICD from
January 1, 1980 to November 9, 2021 was searched online using Chinese databases including
Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), and Wanfang Database, and English databases including PubMed and Web of Science. The quality of the included articles was evaluated by the Cochrane Collaboration network bias risk assessment criteria, and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.
【Results】 A total of 40 articles were finally included. Among the 40 articles, 30 were about in vivo animal experiments and 17 about in vitro cell experiments, and 7 of them included both animal and cell experiments. After analysis, it was found that Sal had significant effects on disease-related indicators of HICD (P < 0.05), such as cerebral infarctsize and brain water content. As to in vivo studies, Sal mainly affects the expressions of apoptotic factors through antiinflammation, anti-oxidation, activation of complement pathway, and regulation of signal transduction and autophagy, thus exerting anti-apoptotic potential in treating HICD. While for in vitro studies, Sal plays the anti-apoptotic role in HICD models mainly through anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, reduction of Ca2+ overload, regulation of mitochondrial function, signal transduction, and C3 complement.
【Conclusion】 Sal can take anti-apoptotic effects to prevent and treat HICD through mechanisms such as anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, enhanced autophagy, complement and signal transduction, regulation of mitochondrial membrane potential, and reduction of Ca2 +
overload.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and limitations of dual-energy virtual non-con-trast images of dual-source CT in common benign liver diseases. Methods Dual-source CT was performed on 226 upper abdomen pathogenesis patients. The conventional non-contrast (CNC) scan was performed with single-energy mode, the arterial phase and portal phase scans were performed with dual-energy mode. The virtual non-contrast (VNC) images were derived from the portal data using liver virtual non-contrast software. 117 patients with common benign liver diseases were retrospectively analyzed in CNC and VNC. The lesion detectability, effective radiation doses for single-energy mode and dual-energy mode were compared. Results Among 117 patients, there were 28 (73.6%) hemangiomas, 58 (85.3%) calcifications or stones in VNC, but the hemangiomas, calcifications or stones in CNC were 37 (97.3%) and 68 (100%), respectively. The hemangiomas, calcifications or stones in VNC and CNC were significantly different (P < 0.05). The detection of cyst and hepatic steatosis on VNC images were similar as CNC(P > 0.05). The CTDIvol, DLP and ED of dual-energy mode were obviously lower than those of single-energy mode (P < 0.05). Conclusion The detection of hemangiomas, calcifications or stones on VNC images is lower than CNC images. There is no difference in detecting cyst and hepatic steatosis. In addition, radiation dose will be reduced due to adopting VNC.VNC has potential clinical application value.
