Objective sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on outpatients in two hospitals in Guangdong province in order to evaluate patients’ satisfaction with the quality of medical service. This paper explored the factors that affect patients’ evaluation of medical service quality, and found that patients’ age was negatively correlated with the evaluation of medical service quality. It is suggested that the establishment of friendly medical institutions should be carried out according to the national policy. At the same time, the management mechanism of hospital should be improved, the number of medical service centers for "efficient" should be increased, and the medical service personnel should be regularly trained; carry out medical knowledge education in community, improve the popularization of personal medical knowledge and close the cognitive gap between doctors and patients.

Objective To provide the oxygen supply apparatus when the civil aviator and airforce pilot are inspected the hypoxia tolerance and altitude tolerance in the hypobaric environment.Methods Demand oxygen and contstant flow oxygen were supplied.Results The portable hypobaric oxygen supply apparatus can supply mixed oxygen below the altitude 8 000 m,and the oxygenous concentration of mixed oxygen was adjusted according to the altitude.The pure oxygen was supplied when the altitude was at 8 000～12 000 m.Conclusion The normal and emergency oxygen supply performance can fulfill the system physiological requirements.The portable hypobaric oxygen supply apparatus may be used by the persons engaging in special task on plateau also.

This paper is to study the feasibility of Chinese female pilot to fly fighterplane considering their physiological and biochemical tolerability to altitude anoxia. The altitude anorexia was simulated on the ground in female pilot and their electrocardiograph, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure, blood uric acid(BUA), blood lactic acid(BLA), creatine kinase(CK) and aspantic aminotransferase(AST) were measured before and after flying, and the results were compared with that in the male pilots. Objective To observe the effect of pigplacenta ins tead of Ziheche (P lacenta Hominis) for the treatment of senile dementia. Methods Seventy Kunming mice were divided into blank group, model group, pos itive control group, Zih eche low and high dosage groups, and pigplacenta low and high dosage grou ps, wi th 10 in each. The senile dementia models were established with the D-Galactose subcutaneous injection. The blank group was not administered any medicines. The model group was prescribed normal saline instead of the tested medicine; the pos itive control group was given Naofukang by gavage; the Zih eche low and high dosage groups were given 2g/kg and 4g/kg Ziheche respectivel y by gavage; while the pigplacenta low and high dosage groups were treated wi th p igplacenta 4g/kg and 8g/kg respectively by gavage. After treatment for 6 week s, the behavior experimental dark-avoiding test and step-down test were applied to test the effect of the medicines on the learning memory of mice, and acetylchol inesterase and monoamine levels in brain tissues.
