BACKGROUND:Intervertebral disc degeneration is the basis of spinal degenerative diseases;however,there is no effective treatment. OBJECTIVE:To investigate whether sinomenine can inhibit interleukin-1β-induced apoptosis in nucleus pulposus cells and its molecular mechanism. METHODS:Rat nucleus pulposus cells were cultured in vitro by trypsin combined with type II collagenase digestion,and the cell growth curve was plotted.An appropriate sinomenine concentration was determined using the cell counting kit-8 kit.Nucleus pulposus cells were divided into control group,sinomenine group,interleukin-1β group,sinomenine+interleukin-1β group,zinc protoporphyrin group,zinc protoporphyrin+sinomenine group,zinc protoporphyrin+interleukin-1β group,and sinomenine+zinc protoporphyrin+interleukin-1β group.Proliferative activity,reactive oxygen species content,apoptosis rate,and heme oxygenase-1 expression in nucleus pulposus cells were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The rat nucleus pulposus cells cultured in vitro were polygonal,triangular,and short wedge-shaped,and the cell growth showed an"S"curve.The cells grew slowly in the first 3 days of culture,rapidly in 4-6 days,and slowly again in 7-8 days.The cells then entered the"platform stage"where the number of cells no longer increased.The proliferative activity of myeloid cells showed no significant changes when the concentration of sinomenine was≤80 μmol/L(P>0.05).Interleukin-1β significantly reduced the proliferative activity of nucleus pulposus cells,increased the content of reactive oxygen species and led to apoptosis(P<0.01).Sinomenine intervention not only promoted heme oxygenase-1 expression(P<0.05)but also inhibited interleukin-1β-induced decrease in proliferative activity and increase in reactive oxygen species content and apoptosis rate in nucleus pulposus cells(P<0.05).These effects could be reversed by zinc protoporphyrin(P<0.01).

Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common degenerative disease in clinical practice.Joint pain is the main manifestation of OA,and in severe cases,it can lead to joint deformity.The main pathological changes include destruction of articular cartilage,synovitis,thickening of subchondral bone,bone redundancy,degeneration of articular ligaments,and enlargement of articular periosteum.Clinicopathological changes and pain degrees in OA patients vary from person to person,and treatment options vary from person to person.Clinically,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are used to treat the pain of OA patients now,but the effect is not ideal,and long-term use of these drugs will bring obvious toxic and side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine obtains good results in relieving the pain of OA patients.Therefore,this paper reviews the research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment and pain mechanisms of OA,with a view to providing ideas and references for clinical relief of pain in OA patients.

Objective:To synthesize the influencing factors of oral nursing practice among ICU nurses, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.Methods:The quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research on the influencing factors of ICU nurses' oral nursing practice was systematically retrieved in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, VIP, China Biomedical Database and so on. Data based convergent synthesis design was used for comprehensive analysis of included literature.Results:A total of 20 articles were included. A total of 34 influencing factors were extracted from the oral nursing practice of ICU nurses, including 16 promoting factors and 18 obstacle factors, which were summarized as knowledge, skills, beliefs about consequences, goals, environmental background and resources, and social influence areas.Conclusions:The influencing factors of ICU nurses' oral nursing practice are diverse and complex. Future research can develop specific intervention plans based on the promotion and obstacle factors of ICU nurses' oral nursing practices, so as to promote the development of ICU basic nursing practices.

Objective: To explore the prevalence of sexting among secondary vocational school students and to examine the correlation between sexting and mental health, so as to provide evidence for prevention and intervention on adolescents mental health. Methods: In April 2021, three secondary vocational schools from central urban area, outskirts and outer suburbs in Shanghai, among 1 580 students were selected by cluster sampling. Results: The proportions of students who received and who forwarded others private photos or videos were 11.96% and 2.78%, respectively. The proportion of students who sent others personal photos or videos was 2.54%. And the proportions of boys were higher than those of girls ( χ 2=45.89, 24.09, 6.66, P <0.01). The results of multivariable Logistic analysis showed that compared with those who had never sexted, students who had ever had any sexting were at higher risk of anxiety ( OR=2.40, 95%CI =1.59-3.61), depression( OR=1.86, 95%CI =1.25-2.75), non suicidal self injury intention ( OR=2.34, 95%CI =1.48-3.69) and suicidal intention ( OR=2.96, 95%CI =1.83-4.79)( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between sexting and mental health among secondary vocational school students. The latent risks of sexting should be included in the curriculum of comprehensive sex education for teenagers to enhance their media literacy and decision making capability, so as to prevent sexual assault or abuse caused by sexting and promote sexual and reproductive health and as well as mental health of adolescents.

Objective:To summarize the prenatal sonographic characteristics of affected joints of fetal arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC) by comparing the ultrasonographic features and the postnatal pathological manifestations.Methods:The cases of AMC detected by antenatal ultrasound and confirmed by postnatal pathology were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University and Kaiping Central Hospital from January 2015 to June 2020. The differences between prenatal ultrasonic manifestations, types of affected joints and postnatal pathological features were analyzed. And the different involvements of joints in AMC cases with or without other system abnormalities were also explored separately.Results:A total of 31 cases of AMC were included, in which 11 cases were with other system abnormalities and 20 cases without. No significant difference was observed in number of affected joints between these two groups ( P>0.05). The prenatal sonogram features were completely consistent with the postnatal pathological manifestations in 21 (21/31, 67.7%) cases. Among 31 cases, the involvement rates of joints were: interphalangeal joints of fingers (23/31, 74.2%), knee joints (20/31, 64.5%) and ankle joints (19/31, 61.3%), temporomandibular joint (11/31, 35.5%), wrists (11/31, 35.5%), elbow joints (10/31, 32.3%), interphalangeal joints of toes (6/31, 19.4%), spinal joints (2/31, 6.5%), shoulder joint (1/31, 3.2%) and hip joint (1/31, 3.2%), respectively. The coincidence rates of prenatal ultrasound in involved joints were: interphalangeal joints of fingers (100%), ankles (100%), spines (100%), hips (100%), wrists (90.9%), knees (75.0%), elbows (70.0%), jaws (54.5%), interphalangeal joints of toes (50.0%), and shoulders (0), respectively. Conclusions:When postural abnormalities of fetal upper and lower extremities are detected by prenatal ultrasound screening, especially overlapping fingers, extended knee and club foot, AMC should be kept on alert. Simultaneously, other joints should be carefully scanned to improve the prenatal detection rate of AMC.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 14 chlorinated hydrocarbons in urine. METHODS: The urine sample 4.00 mL and anhydrous sodium sulfate 3.00 g were added into a 10.00 mL headspace bottle, then the headspace bottle was maintained at 70 ℃ for 40.0 min. After headspace pretreatment, 14 chlorinated hydrocarbons in headspace air were separated in the DB-5 MS capillary column of the gas chromatography and detected by mass spectrometer. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship of 14 chlorinated hydrocarbons in urine in the range of 0.62-1 630.00 μg/L. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 0.The minimum detectable concentration was 0.19-0.43 μg/L and the minimum quantitative concentration was 0.62-1.44 μg/L. The average recovery rate was 89.8%-107.1%. The within-run relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4.0%-8.5% and the between-run RSD was 6.3%-9.1%. Urine samples can be stored at 4 ℃ or-8 ℃ for 3 days and below-20 ℃ for 7 days. CONCLUSION: This method is rapid, simple, sensitive, accurate and has little interference,which can be used as a method for detecting 14 kinds of chlorinated hydrocarbons in urine samples of patients with occupational poisoning.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for detecting dichloromethane,trichloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane in blood by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. METHODS: Using static headspace analysis, three halogenated hydrocarbons in blood samples were separated by DB-5 MS elastic capillary column and detected by gas chromatographymass spectrometry. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship in the selected range of dichloromethane,trichloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane in blood. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0. 999 8. The detection limit and the lower limit of quantitation was 0. 19-0. 28 and 0. 64-0. 93 μg/L,respectively. The average recovery rate was 95. 1%-106. 6%. The within-run and between-run relative standard deviation was 2. 9%-4. 9% and 5. 0%-7. 0%,respectively. The samples could be preserved at room temperature or 4 ℃ for 3 days and at-8 ℃ or below for7 days. CONCLUSION: With the features of high sensitivity,precision,accuracy,easy operation and less interference,this method is suitable for detecting dichloromethane,trichloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane in the blood.

Objective: To investigate the acceptance status of internet+health management among hypertensive patients in Xuzhou city and the related influencing factors. Methods: An interviewing questionnaire survey on the acceptance of internet+health management was conducted among 1,200 hypertensive patients from Xuzhou community health service centers selected by randomized cluster sampling and stratified sampling methods from February tp August 2018, 1 116 valid questionnaires were finally obtained with a response rate of 93.0%. The respondents were divided into two groups according to whether they would accept the internet+health management, and the general conditions and health management status of the two groups were compared. Results: The acceptance rate of internet+health management was 71.9% (802/1 116). The univariate analysis showed that age, education level, occupation, and monthly income of hypertensive patients were associated with the acceptance of internet+health management (P<0.05); patients with family history of hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications and high health literacy had higher acceptance rate of internet+health management (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that educational levels of junior high school and above (OR=0.426, 0.318, 0.089), good sleep (OR=0.453) were protective factors for acceptance of internet+health management; while not knowing the diagnostic criteria for hypertension (OR=1.494), not knowing the blood pressure monitoring (OR=2.668), not knowing ECG monitoring (OR=2.247), quitting smoking (OR=2.444), no complications (OR=2.247), and not participating in community health management (OR=1.758) were the risk factors of acceptance of internet+health management for patients with hypertension. Conclusion The acceptance rate of internet+health management among hypertensive patients in Xuzhou city is relatively high. A variety of factors have impact on the acceptance of internet + health management.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for detecting human urinary thiocyanate by gas chromatographic and pre-column derivatization with 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzyl bromide( PFB-Br). METHODS: A total of 20. 0 μL of urine was taken and 1. 0 m L of acetonitrile and 100. 0 μL of PFB-Br were added for derivative reaction. The gas chromatography was directly used for measurement. RESULTS: The urinary thiocyanate concentration showed a good linear range of 1. 000-10. 000 mg/L. The linear correlation coefficient was 0. 999 6. The minimum detection concentration was 0. 112 mg/L,and the minimum quantitative concentration was 0. 411 mg/L( 20. 0 μL urine sample). The standard recovery rate was 97. 22%-102. 04%.The within-run relative standard deviation( RSD) of this method was 1. 56%-5. 35%. The between-run RSD was 1. 46%-5. 10%. Hydrocyanic acid ions interfered with the measurement. Other common inorganic ions such as chloride,sulfate,and nitrate ions did not interfere with the measurement results. The samples can be stored at 4 ℃ for at least 15 days. CONCLUSION: This method is suitable for detecting human urinary thiocyanate.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of phlegm and nourishing Yin combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children .Methods 134 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number , 67 cases in each group .The control group were given hydrocortisone ,and the observation group received phlegm and nourishing Yin combined with glucocorticoid .After intervention ,the clinical data and the improvement of the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared .Results There was no statistically significant difference in antipyretic time between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of cough relief,the absorption time of lung rales,the disappearance time of pleural effusion of the observation group were (3.61 ±1.13) d,(6.52 ±1.90) d and (7.02 ±2.10) d, respectively,which were significantly shorter than those of the control group [(4.89 ±2.18)d,t=2.920,P=0.021;(8.24 ±2.75)d,t=3.108,P=0.000;(9.26 ±2.38)d,t=5.027,P=0.000].There were no statistically signifi-cant differences in the total white blood cell count ,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the two groups(all P>0.05).The percentage of lymphocytes in the observation group [(55.25 ±4.91)％] was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group [(50.16 ±4.83)％,t=2.597,P=0.037].The effective treatment rate in the observation group was 97.01％,which was significantly higher than 83.58％in the control group (χ26.849,P=0.009).Conclusion Heat phlegm and nourishing Yin combined with glucocorticoid can not only effectively improve the patients'clinical symptoms , improve the proportion of lymphocyte , but also can improve the overall efficacy of children,it is worthy of clinical promotion .
