1.Implicit and explicit measures of loyalty assessment among military cadets

Objective To explore the relevant relationship and specificity between the implicit and explicit loyalty of military cadets in order to provide a theoretical basis and objective indicators for a more comprehensive and objective assessment for individual loyalty.Methods E-Prime 2.0,a classic implicit association paradigm was employed to construct an implicit association loyalty test for 64 military cadets.Simultaneously,an explicit loyalty measurement was conducted using the Chinese Military Personnel Loyalty Scale.Results ① Significant implicit effect was observed in the loyalty assessment of military cadets,indicating a general tendency to perceive higher levels of personal loyalty and lower levels of loyalty to external entities.② Explicit loyalty assessment revealed that the participants had the highest loyalty score towards the Party,the Nation,and the People(4.79±0.34),followed by the loyalty score to their profession(4.38±0.53),and the relatively lower loyalty score towards the unit and leaders(4.03±0.83).Among the 3 dimensions of loyalty,the normative loyalty score ranked highest,while continuance loyalty score took lower.③ There were no correlations among the scores of loyalty to the Party,the Nation,and the People(r=-0.030,P=0.823),to the profession(r=-0.047,P=0.728),to the unit(r=0.050,P=0.710),or to the leaders(r=0.043,P=0.749).Conclusion The implicit effect in the loyalty assessment is significant in military cadets,and there is no significant correlation between explicit and implicit loyalty measurements.Thus,we cannot rely solely on explicit measurements to assess their loyalty attitudes.
2.Review of Research Progress in Animal Model of Lung Disease Related Syndromes

Animal experiment is a key link in the scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine,and the syndrome animal model is an important research object in the animal experiment of traditional Chinese medicine.Good reproducibility,repeatability,specificity,safety,convenience and economy are the basic requirements of animal model.In recent years,with the continuous development of animal experimental studies on lung diseases,the animal model construction and evaluation methods of related syndromes have been improved to a certain extent.However,in terms of model evaluation,problems such as more subjective descriptions,less accurate quantification,more macro representations,less microscopic evidence,more disease-related indicators,less syndrome-related indicators,and lack of primary and secondary stratification of indicators continue to be prominent.Therefore,based on the literature review method,the author systematically reviewed the current research progress of lung disease syndrome models,and proposed that strengthening the research on the four-diagnosis manifestations and reaction characteristics of model animals,standardization of modeling interventions,four-diagnosis information collection tool and the objective evaluation study,and the TCM syndrome model evaluation scale study might be feasible approaches for future model optimization.In order to provide new ideas and methods for the study of the syndrome model of lung disease in the future.

The aging disease associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a hot research topic in the field of diabetes at present.Sarcopenia has become the third major complication of T2DM after microvascular and macrovascular diseases,which could lead to the occurrence and development of various adverse events such as fracture,disability,and dysfunction.The spleen belongs to the earth,is in the middle jiao,governs transportation and transformation,and governs muscle.The functional activities of the spleen manifesting in normal transformation and transportation,the distribution of cereal essence,and the nourishment of muscles are necessary for normal physiological functions to be exerted.Recent studies have shown that skeletal muscle cell ferroptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of T2DM sarcopenia.Based on the theory of"spleen governing transportation and transportation and governing muscle",this study explores the pathogenesis of T2DM sarcopenia from the perspectives of the pathogenesis of"dysfunction of spleen in transportation,deficiency of cereal essence,obstruction of dampness and turbidity,and muscle dystrophy"in traditional Chinese medicine and the pathological mechanism of"skeletal muscle cell ferroptosis"in modern medicine.It summarizes the principles of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment for T2DM sarcopenia based on the spleen,to provide theoretical support for enriching the theoretical connotation of spleen visceral state,as well as basic research and clinical trials on the prevention and treatment of T2DM sarcopenia with traditional Chinese medicine.
4.Discussion on the Relationship Between Intestinal Flora and its Metabolites with Obesity Based on the Theory of"Phlegm-Dampness"in Chinese Medicine

Phlegm and dampness are endogenous,rise and fall with Qi,reach the limbs,diffuse the whole body,and form obesity.Regulating phlegm dampness with traditional Chinese medicine can realize the early prevention and treatment of obesity.Intestinal microbiota participates in a variety of human metabolic processes.Regulating intestinal microbiota is a new way to prevent and treat obesity.Taking the close relationship between intestinal flora and its metabolites,obesity and phlegm dampness theory as the breakthrough point,and based on the existing research results,this paper discusses the possible role of intestinal microbiota and its metabolites in the formation of phlegm dampness and the prevention and treatment of obesity,It is considered that the common intestinal microbiota and its metabolites of different individuals with obesity caused by phlegm dampness may be used as specific indicators to become the new micro identification basis of obesity phlegm dampness theory.It is proposed that intestinal microbiota and its metabolites will become the key point of obesity phlegm dampness theory research,which will provide a new explanation for obesity prevention and control research,and expand new research fields for the connotation of TCM phlegm dampness theory.
5.Exploraion of the Pathogenesis Evolution and Treatment Rules of Obese Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Based on the Theory of"Deficient Qi Leads to Stagnation"

Based on the theory of"deficient Qi leads to stagnation",this paper discusses the pathogenesis evolution and treatment of obese type 2 diabetes.The occurrence and development of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus has obvious stages,which often begins with spleen deficiency obesity,changes in qi full spleen dan,becomes dry retention diabetes,and appears toxic stagnation syndrome.According to the stage development characteristics of the pathogenesis,it can be summarized as"deficiency","Qi","retention"and"stagnation",which is in line with the overall theoretical connotation of"deficient Qi leads to stagnation".On this basis,according to the different periods of the disease,the treatment methods of"warm medicine treatment","orchid grass treatment","Yiyin treatment"and"Gongbu treatment"were summarized,which provided reference for guiding the accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment of obese type 2 diabetes in clinical practice.
6.Discussion on the Role of Warburg Effect in Learning and Memory Disorders Based on the Theory of"Spleen Governing the Ascendant of Usable Substances"

The main pathogenesis of learning and memory disorders lies in the brain,closely related to dysfunction of the spleen,heart,kidney,and liver,especially concerning the spleen,which governs the ascending and descending of qi and facilitates the circulation of qi and blood throughout the body to nourish the brain.This article discussed the physiological function of"spleen governing the ascendant of usable substances"and explored its role in learning and memory disorders.The Warburg effect generates energy rapidly and efficiently to maintain normal brain function,which to some extent aligns with the function of the spleen governing the ascendant of usable substances in TCM.Therefore,by emphasizing the role of"spleen governing the ascendant of usable substances",this article explored the pathological basis of learning and memory disorders.It also discussed the disruption of the Warburg effect was an important feature of this condition from both TCM and Western medicine perspectives,which could help to explore in depth the role of the method of promoting spleen in governing the ascendant of usable substances in the treatment of learning and memory disorders,and provide new ideas for its TCM treatment.
7.An investigate on sleep status among preschool children in Yanping District of Nanping City of Fujian Province and its correlation with emotional-behavioral problems

Objective To investigate the sleep status and emotional-behavioral problems among preschool children in Yanping District of Nanping City in Fujian Province, and analyze the correlation between sleep status and emotional-behavioral problems. Methods A total of 500 preschool children were selected as subjects of this study. The Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) and the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) were used to evaluate the sleep status and emotional-behavioral problems of the children. Additionally, general information about the children was collected. Comparisons were made between children with different demographic and sociological characteristics in terms of their sleep status and emotional-behavioral problems, and the correlations between sleep status and emotional-behavioral problems were analyzed. Results The detection rates of sleep disorders and emotional-behavioral problems among preschool children were 15.00% and 14.80% respectively. 8.Biological Rhythm Changes of Type-2-diabetic Mice Model with Yin Deficiency Syndrome and the Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction

Objective To explore the potential mechanism of"hot flashes"in mice with type 2 diabetes with yin deficiency syndrome.Methods Ninety-nine 8-week-old db/db mice with fasting blood glucose≥16.7 mmol·L-1 were divided into yin deficiency syndrome group,type 2 diabetes group,type 2 diabetes with yin deficiency syndrome group,type 2 diabetes with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction low,medium,high-dose group,type 2 diabetes with yin-deficiency syndrome and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction low,middle,high-dose groups,21 littermates of wild control male m/m mice were control group.The model was established by the method of"heat engenders yin deficiency",and the performance of yin deficiency syndrome in mice was evaluated after 4 weeks.Afterwards,the corresponding doses of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group were given by gavage for 4 weeks.During the experiment,the rectal temperature,the temperature of the precordial area,and the temperature of the limbs and paws were measured once a week at 8:30,15:00,and 20:00.Western blot was used to observe the expression of biological rhythm-related proteins in the hypothalamus and liver.Results The experimental study showed that the yin deficiency syndrome model of type 2 diabetes could be established by using the method of overheating and injuring the yin.The rhythm changes of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction showed that the high-dose group could effectively restore the body temperature rhythm.The expression of rhythm factors Clock and Cry2 increased in both the hypothalamus and liver;in the hypothalamus,the central rhythm regulation center,the expressions of Per2 and Cry2 increased significantly;in the peripheral target organ liver,the expressions of Bmal1,Per3 and Cry1 increased more significantly.Conclusion The abnormal expression of biological rhythm protein in the liver and hypothalamus may be one of the important mechanisms leading to the characteristics of"hot flashes"in type 2 diabetes with yin deficiency.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM)is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by disorders of insulin and glucose.As a disease closely related to our daily diet,the molecular mechanism of its pathogenesis is still unclear.Sweet taste receptors are a kind of G protein-coupled receptors with 7 times transmembrane.Although the research on the pathogenesis of T2DM has been gradually deepened,there are few studies on the mechanism of sweet taste damage in the state of disease.Therefore,in-depth study of the pathological mechanism of T2DM sweet taste receptor damage is of great significance to further understand the molecular characteristics of sweet taste receptors and explore new targets of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of T2DM.In this paper,the biological characteristics of sweet taste receptors,signal transduction mechanism of sweet taste receptors,sweet taste receptors and T2DM,sweet taste receptors and"spleen is sweet"are reviewed in order to provide the latest opinions for the targeted prevention and treatment of this kind of diseases by traditional Chinese medicine and the elucidation of related pathological mechanism.
10.Simplified Study of Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire Based on Genetic Algorithm and KNN Method

Objective Aiming at the problems of many items and long time to fill in the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire(CCMQ)when evaluating individual constitution,the research uses artificial intelligence technology to select attributes,and to help construct a short version of the CCMQ.Methods Analyzing the constitution data provided by the Physical Examination Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,there are specific target variables as the classification of constitution types.Feature selection of genetic algorithm,cross-validation and KNN classification algorithm are used as filters to select problems,and the effect is evaluated by problem subset size,KNN classification accuracy and filling time.Results The method selected a short version of the CCMQ with 31 problems,and the average classification accuracy in the model was 86.16%,and the time was improved by 47.7%.Conclusion The algorithm can effectively find a better problem subset,achieve dimensionality reduction and have certain accuracy,thus helping to simplify the CCMQ.
