Objective To investigate the predictive value of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA),chro-mogranin A(CgA),and lipoprotein related phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)in serum for major adverse cardio-vascular event(MACE)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in the hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were en-rolled in the study.According to whether MACE occurred within 1 year after PCI,the patients were divided into MACE group(33 cases)and non-MACE group(87 cases). The levels of serum t-PA,CgA,LP-PLA2 and clinical data were compared between the MACE group and the non-MACE group.Multivariate Logistic regres-sion was used to analyze the risk factors of MACE after PCI.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive value of t-PA,CgA and LP-PLA2 alone or in combination for MACE after PCI.Results The proportion of patients with smoking history,NT-proBNP,CgA,LP-PLA2,and the propor-tion of patients with hypertension in the MACE group were higher than those in the non-MACE group(P<0.05),while left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and t-PA were lower than those in the non-MACE group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in age, gender composition, serum creatinine,triglyc-erides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),drinking history,NYHA cardiac function classification, combined diabetes, application of aspirin, and application of clopidogrel between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history, increased NT-proBNP,hypertension,decreased LVEF,decreased t-PA,increased CgA and increased LP-PLA2 were risk factors for MACE after PCI(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curves(AUCs)of serum t-PA,CgA and LP-PLA2 alone or in combination for predicting MACE after PCI were 0.785(95%CI:0.693-0.877),0.678(95%CI:0.564-0.791),0.730(95%CI:0.636-0.824),0.888(95%CI:0.830-0.946),respectively.The efficacy of combined prediction was bet-ter than those of single detections(P<0.05).Conclusion The lower the serum t-PA level is and the higher the CgA and LP-PLA2 levels are,the greater the risk of MACE after PCI is.The combination of the three in-dicators has higher value in predicting MACE after PCI.

Results A total of 3 493 acute diarrhea cases distributed from the age of 6 months to 13 years old, M (P25, P75) was 1.50 (0.75, 3.17) years old. The 28 cases were isolated Yersinia enterocolitica (isolation rate of 0.80%) and they could be diagnosed as Yersiniosis by etiology. The isolation peaked in May and February. A total of 85.71% (24/28) of Yersiniosis cases were under 5?year old. The children of 3-4 age group had the highest isolation rate (1.52%) while the rate (0.18%) of 0-1 age group was the lowest (P=0.025). The Yersinia enteroclitica isolation rates of diarrheal patients with the symptoms including mucus feces, fever, white blood cell (WBC) and red blood cell (RBC) in feces were higher than the patients without these symptoms (P>0.05). The 9 of 28 Yersiniosis cases by etiology diagnosis were clinical diagnosed as bacillary dysentery. Conclusion The infants and young children under 5?year old were the main population of Yersiniosis adolescent patients under 14?year old. The typical symptoms characterized with mucus stool, fever, WBC and RBC by routine microscopic examination. The preliminary clinical diagnosis of Yersiniosis is easily confused with bacterial dysentery.

Objective To study the effect of Du meridian electroacupuncture on growth associated protein-43 (GAP-43) expression in rats after spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods The SCI models were established with MASCIS Impactor at T11 segment in Sprague-Dawley rats. They were equally divided into control group (group A, n=18) and Du meridian electroacupuncture group (group B, n=18). Group B received electroacupuncture once a day since 1 week after SCI. They were evaluated with the Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan (BBB) score 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks after SCI. The mRNA and protein of GAP-43 was detected with RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry 2, 4, 8 weeks after SCI. Results Compared with group A, the BBB score, the expression of GAP-43 mRNA and protein increased in group B after SCI (P<0.01). Conclusion Du meridian electroacupuncture can promote the expression of GAP-43 after spinal cord injury.

Background and objective Residual carcinoma cells play an important role in the result of radi of requency ablation (RFA) of pulmonary malignancies, and Platinum-based adjuvant chemotherapy is one of the important treatment regimen to reduce residual carcinoma cells after RFA. ERCC1 (excision repair cross-complementation group 1) is an important factor affecting Platinum-based chemotherapy effects. Residual carcinoma cells exhibit some changes of their features after RFA; however, there is no report about the change of their ERCC1 expression by now. This study focused on the change of ERCC1 expression in residual VX2 squamous carcinoma cells in rabbit lung after RFA. Methods The model of VX2 squamous carcinoma in rabbit lung was established by injection of tissue block suspension. Fifty-eight New Zealand White rabbits with VX2 squamous carcinoma were randomly devided into the control group (n=10) and the RFA group (n=48). During the RFA procedure in these models, residual carcinoma cells were achieved by controlling the range of electrode expanding, power output and treatment time. At different points of time, the positive rates of ERCC1 expression in residual carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Comparing with the control group, the positive rate of ERCC1 expression in residual carcinoma in RFA group increases transiently within 1d to 5d (53.7%±1.6% & 32.9%±2.5%), and 5d later, it decline to the level of the control group. Conclusion The ERCC1 expression of residual pulmonary carcinoma increase within 5d after RFA. Thus platinum-based adjuvant chemotherapy may be ineffective in this period.
