Objective:To investigate the correlation between psychological capital, job burnout and coping style of psychiatric nurses. Methods:Using cluster sampling method, 139 psychiatric nurses from a third grade a psychiatric hospital in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province were selected as the objects of investigation. General information questionnaire, psychological capital questionnaire, job burnout scale and simple coping style questionnaire were used to investigate. Results:The psychological capital of psychiatric nurses was positively correlated with positive coping style ( r=0.801, P<0.01), negatively correlated with job burnout ( r=-0.864, P < 0.01), and negatively correlated with negative coping style ( r=-0.774, P < 0.01). The results of stepwise regression showed that job burnout, monthly income, positive coping style and negative coping style could predict 84.0% of the variance of psychological capital. Conclusion:Psychiatric nurses'psychological capital level is above the middle level. Monthly income and positive coping positively predicted nurses'psychological capital, job burnout and negative coping negatively predicted nurses' psychological capital. Managers can improve the coping style of nurses, rationally distribute the income of nurses, and improve the psychological capital of psychiatric nurses, so as to alleviate the burnout of psychiatric nurses.

This study investigated the early mechanical adaptability and osteogenic differentiation of mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (M-BMSCs) under micro-vibration stimulation (MVS). M-BMSCs were stimulated by MVS , cell proliferation, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity assay, and cytoskeleton were measured, and cell apoptosis was observed by flow cytometry. Early osteoblast-associated genes, runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2), Collagen Ⅰ (Col-Ⅰ) and ALP, were observed by RT-PCR and the activation of extracellular regulated protein kinases 1/2 (ERK1/2) was determined by Western blotting. The results showed that MVS had no significant effect on the proliferation of M-BMSCs. The early apoptosis was induced by mechanical stimulation (for one day), but the apoptosis was decreased after cyclic stimulation for 3 days. At the same time, MVS significantly accelerated the expression of F-actin protein in cytoskeleton, the synthesis of ALP and the ERK1/2 pathway, also up-regulated the expressions of Runx2, Col-Ⅰ and ALP genes. This study indicates that MVS could regulate cellular activity, alter early adaptive structure and finally promote the early osteogenic differentiation of M-BMSCs.

Objective:To investigate the effects of osteocalcin (BGP) on bone growth and development and the expression levels of related hormones in offspring rats under the intervention of sodium fluoride.Methods:Twenty-four clean female SD rats and 24 clean male SD rats were selected, weighing 180-220 g, and the rats were mated in a 1∶1 cage for 10 d. The fluorosis rat model was established by drinking the fluorosis water method, female rats were divided into 3 groups according to body weight by random number table method, each group of 8 rats, including the high-dose, low-dose and control groups, with sodium fluoride of 200, 100, 0 mg/L in drinking water. The female rats were exposed to fluoride from the 0th day of pregnancy to the 3rd week after the offspring rats were born (before weaning). After weaning, 10 male offspring rats were selected from each group and continued to be exposed to fluoride in the same amount and manner until the 12th week after birth. The body weight and length of the offspring rats were measured every week before weaning and every two weeks after weaning. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum BGP, parathyroid hormone (PTH), calcitonin (CT), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) contents in the offspring rats of each group exposed to fluoride for 12 weeks. Results:In the 2nd week of fluoride exposure, the body weights [(27.25 ± 3.57), (26.27 ± 4.48) g] and body lengths [(6.92 ± 0.46), (6.50 ± 0.54) cm] of the low-dose and high-dose groups were lower than those of the control group [(31.32 ± 3.62) g, (7.19 ± 0.26) cm, P < 0.05], but there were no significant differences in body weights and lengths between the high-dose group and the low-dose group ( P > 0.05). From the 3rd week of fluoride exposure, the body weight and length of the high-dose group were lower than those of the low-dose group and the control group ( P < 0.05). Serum BGP, PTH and ALP contents [(5.42 ± 0.26) mg/L, (157.53 ± 32.21) ng/L, (36.62 ± 6.01) U/L] in the control group were lower than those of the low-dose group [(6.15 ± 0.29) mg/L, (212.26 ± 51.97) ng/L, (50.68 ± 6.11) U/L] and high-dose group [(7.31 ± 0.77) mg/L, (274.21 ± 60.32) ng/L, (74.99 ± 9.08) U/L], and CT content [(182.40 ± 17.39) ng/L] was higher than those of the low-dose and high-dose groups [(135.77 ± 14.06), (70.09 ± 13.49) ng/L], and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05); serum BGP, PTH and ALP contents in the high-dose group were higher than those in the low-dose group, and the CT content was lower than that in the low-dose group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:Sodium fluoride may be involved in regulating the expression of related hormones by promoting the secretion of BGP, thereby affecting the bone growth and development of offspring rats.

Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of fluoride on vascular endothelial injury in rats. Methods:Thirty clean male SD rats of 2 - 3 months old were selected, with body mass of 180 - 220 g. According to body mass, they were divided into three groups by random number table. The rat model of fluorosis was established by drinking water intoxication. According to the concentration of sodium fluoride in drinking water, the three dosage groups were blank control group (0 mg/L of sodium fluoride), low dose group (100 mg/L of sodium fluoride), and high dose group (200 mg/L of sodium fluoride), with 10 rats in each group. The rats were continuously exposed to fluoride for 12 weeks, and their body mass was measured every 2 weeks. After 12 weeks of fluoride exposure, the levels of serum osteocalcin (BGP), endothelin-1 (ET-1), intercellular adhesion factor-1 (ICAM-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and adiponectin (APN) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The ultrastructure of vascular endothelium in rats was observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results:At the 4th week of fluoride exposure, the body mass of rats in the blank control group was higher than that of the fluoride-exposed groups [(306.90 ± 19.13), (280.31 ± 18.44), (269.03 ± 17.47) g, P < 0.05], but there was no significant difference between the low dose group and the high dose group ( P > 0.05). From the 6th week of fluoride exposure, the body mass of rats in the blank control group was higher than that in the fluoride-exposed groups [(377.40 ± 23.72), (329.50 ± 21.78), (306.75 ± 27.09); (422.89 ± 32.23), (368.90 ± 23.79), (343.00 ± 18.41); (450.00 ± 29.26), (395.17 ± 28.22), (362.99 ± 21.77); (473.20 ± 28.43), (409.27 ± 29.95), (371.76 ± 21.65) g, P < 0.05], while that in the high dose group was lower than that in the low dose group ( P < 0.05). After 12 weeks of fluoride exposure through drinking water, the levels serum BGP, ET-1, ICAM-1 and IL-6 in blank control group were lower than those in fluoride-exposed groups ( P < 0.05), and the serum APN was higher than that in fluoride-exposed groups ( P < 0.05); while the levels of serum BGP, ET-1, ICAM-1 and IL-6 in high dose group were higher than those in low dose group, and the level of serum APN was lower than that in low dose group ( P < 0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the external processes of vascular endothelial cells in the low dose group were not standardized, the endothelial cells were not closely connected with the basement membrane, and the vacuoles were obvious. In the high dose group, the endothelial cells became short or detached; the content of heterochromatin increased significantly, the endothelial cells dropped into the vascular cavity, and with endothelial cells apoptosis. Conclusion:High fluoride can cause vascular endothelial injury.

To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of CACNA1C (SNPs rs58619945, rs7316246 and rs216008) and susceptibility of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) as well as the curative effect of non-sedating antihistamine drugs.
Methods: Peripheral blood were extracted from 191 CSU patients to collect DNA. Urticaria Activity Score 7 (UAS7) and Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) changes were collected from these patients with different non-sedating antihistamine drugs. PubMed retrieval system was used to select the 3 SNPs (rs58619945, rs7316246 and rs216008) of CACNA1C. Susceptibility of CSU and curative effect of non-sedating antihistamine drugs (desloratadine, mizolastine, fisofenadine) in 189 CSU patients and 105 controls with different SNPs were compared with Chi-squared test. Data of 105 southern Chinese controls were extracted from the 1 000 genome database.
Results: Frequency of rs58619945 G allele in the CSU patients was significantly higher than that in the controls [OR(95%CI)=0.660(0.470-0.925), P=0.016]. However, there was no significant differences in rs7316246 and rs216008 between the CSU patients and the controls. Meanwhile there was no significant difference in general curative effect of the 3 drugs in the 3 SNPs (rs58619945: OR=0.843, P=0.454; rs7316246: OR=2.103, P=0.102; rs216008: OR=0.237, P=0.363). There was significant difference in different alleles of rs216008 in the patients administered by desloratadine [OR(95%CI)=0.480(0.247-0.933), P=0.029]. No difference was shown in the 3 SNPs in patients administered by mizolastine.
Conclusion: The rs58619945 A/G might be related to susceptibility of CSU, and the rs216008 mutation might affect drug response of desloratadine.

Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of direct and remedial rotational atherectomy in the treatment of heavily calcified coronary artery lesions. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 58 patients admitted in the Shanghai Chest Hospital and Liaocheng People Hospital from May 2012 to July 2015 who had received stent implantation and rotational atherectomy. The 58 patients were divided into two groups which were the direct atherectomy group (n =27) and the remedial atherectomy group (n =31).General clinical date, lesion and procedural characteristics, intraoperative complications,in-hospital and follow-up MACCE were compared between the two groups. Results There were no differences between the two groups in general clinical date intraoperative complications, amount of contrast agent used, proceduraltime, rates of in-hospital and follow-up MACCE.Nevertheless, compared with the direct artherectomy group, the remedial group had more number of balloon dilations during procedure [3 (1,5) vs.2 (1,2),P < 0.001] and higher peak cardiac troponin levels [1.1 (0.3,3.0) μg/L vs.0.5 (0.1,2.3) μg/L,P =0.032].Conclusions Remedial rotational atherectomy with drug-eluting stent had the same safety and efficacy as direct atheretomy with drug-eluting stent in treating patients with heavily calcified coronary lesions. It is reasonable and safe to transform routine PCI to remedial rotational atherectomy when the 2.0 mm semi compliant balloon or/and 2.5 mm non-compliant balloon cannot pass through or dilate the lesions.

Objective: To explore influence of ginsenoside Rg1 on coronary artery angiogenesis in rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and its mechanism. Methods: A total of 120 Wistar rats were randomly and equally divided into sham operation group (only received thoracotomy to expose heart without coronary ligation),AMI group (no treatment after model development with ligating left coronary artery) and ginsenoside group (received ginsenoside Rg1 injection on 3h after AMI model development).Infarct area, expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor (Flk-1), and VIII factor expression were respectively measured on 24h, one week and five weeks after model development. Results: Compared with sham operation group after five weeks, there were significant rise in myocardial infarction area, number of new blood capillaries and expression levels of VEGF and its receptor Flk-1 in ginsenoside group and AMI group, P<0.05 or <0.01;compared with AMI group, there was significant reduction in myocardial infarction area [(51.31±9.67)% vs.(29.33±6.70)%], and significant rise in number of new blood capillaries [(18.31±5.07) vs.(46.79±13.67)], expressions of VEGF [greyscale value: (84.3±8.7) vs.(32.9±16.7), greyscale value was inversely proportional to expression] and Flk-1 [(17.6±8.7) vs.(59.9±16.2)] in ginsenoside group, P<0.05 or <0.01.Conclusion: Application of ginsenoside Rg1 in AMI rat model can mobilize marrow stem cells gather in ischemic myocardium, upregulate expressions of VEGF and its receptor Flk-1, effectively promote angiogenesis of blood capillaries, and reduce myocardial infarction area.
