Purpose/Significance To analyze the dynamic changes,influencing factors and weak links of e-health literacy of middle-aged and elderly people,so as to provide references for improving e-health literacy of middle-aged and elderly people.Method/Process A questionnaire survey is conducted among 505 middle-aged and elderly people in Guangzhou,and the results are analyzed by using SPSS 24.0.Result/Conclusion The average score of e-health literacy of middle-aged and elderly people is in the middle level;The weak link of e-health literacy is the lack of health information interaction and evaluation capacity.Individual factors are the primary factors that affect e-health literacy of middle-aged and elderly people.It is suggested to increase policy and financial support,carry out"the younger population helps the aging population"mode,and elderly-oriented transformation of digital health Apps.

To define the concept of digital-intelligent pharmacy from three aspects:digital technology,digital intelligence,and data intelligence.By sorting out the development process of hospital pharmacy from informatization to digitalization and then to intelligence in recent years,and combining with the practical experience of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the field of digital pharmacy,this paper discussed the meaning of digital pharmacy and provided new ideas and new assistance for the transformation of hospital pharmacy.Digital pharmacy refers to pharmacists with digital intelligence,who apply digital technology to hospital pharmacy scenarios,combining their own pharmaceutical knowledge,to obtain and produce data intelligence,and realize the digital transformation of hospital pharmacy.Digital pharmacy has become an emerging interdisciplinary subject in hospital pharmacy,which can promote the high-quality development of hospital pharmacy in the future and is a new productive force in hospital pharmacy.

The management of surplus drugs is an important part of drug administration. At present, China′s medical institutions are in the initial exploration stage in managing surplus drugs.This study analyzed the causes, safety hazards, management policies, and management problems of surplus drugs in medical institutions, and proposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions, including establishing unified and standardized management methods, consensus or guidelines, optimizing internal management of medical institutions, improving the management awareness of medical staff, and clarifying the benefits of surplus drugs, so as to provide references for medical institutions to manage surplus drugs reasonably.
4.Management of surplus drugs in a large tertiary hospital

To standardize the management of surplus drugs, improve the efficiency of medical resource utilization, promote the rational use of medical insurance funds, and reduce the financial burden on patients, a large tertiary hospital implemented a practice for managing surplus drugs starting in May 2023. This practice encompassed multiple aspects, including the establishment of organizational structure, clarification of responsibilities, formulation of billing for fractional doses and a reasonable surplus drugs list, establishment of standardized management processes, and allocation of special funds for surplus drugs. These efforts had initially achieved effective management of surplus drugs. As of November 2023, the management of surplus drugs had benefited 136 908 patients, with an average savings of 873.61 yuan per patient and a cumulative savings of approximately 34.7 million yuan in medical insurance funds. This practice had effectively reduced the wastage of medical resources, and could provide references for promoting standardized management of surplus drugs in medical institutions of China. In the future, the hospital should further expand the coverage of surplus drugs, ensure patients′ rights to informed consent, and establish a comprehensive performance incentive mechanism to promote the sustainable development of surplus drug management.

The latest epidemiological data suggests that the situation of adult diabetes in China is severe, and metabolic diseases have become significant chronic illnesses that have a serious impact on public health and social development. After more than six years of practice, the National Metabolic Management Center(MMC) has developed distinctive approaches to manage metabolic patients and has achieved a series of positive outcomes, continuously advancing the standardized diagnosis and treatment model. In order to further improve the efficiency, based on the first edition, the second edition guideline was composed by incorporating experience of the past six years in conjunction with the latest international and domestic guidelines.
6.Exploration and practice of TEST teaching mode for general practice residency training in the community teaching base

From November 2020 to November 2021, the TEST(Task-Experience- Supervise-Thinking) teaching model was adopted for general practice residency training in teaching clinic of Changfeng Health Service Center of Shanghai Putuo district. The satisfaction of mentors, residents and patients was surveyed with self-assessment questionnaire. The satisfaction scores of mentors, residents and patients were (79.89±0.40), (79.96±0.19) and (49.92±0.40). The adaption of model TEST in teaching clinic is more effective in training of clinical competency, communication ability, management ability and narrative ability for general practice residents. It is also beneficial for mentors to upgrade their teaching ability, as well as for patients to improve their experience and satisfaction for seeking medical service. It is worth popularizing in the community practice base of general resident training.
7.Effect of family doctor-specialist double-contract service on management of type 2 diabetic patients in community

Objective:To explore the effect of family doctor-specialist dual-contract service model on the management of type 2 diabetic patients in the community.Methods:Two hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)who were treated in Changfeng Community Health Service Center between February 2019 and January 2021 were selected as the study objects by cluster sampling method. Patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group was managed with the conventional family doctor contract service, and the study group was managed with the family doctor-specialist double contract service. After one year of management, the fasting blood glucose, 2 h-postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, diet control, blood glucose monitoring, medication compliance, exercise and other health behaviors, quality of life and satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention, fasting blood glucose, 2 h-postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( t=10.29, 8.49, 7.99, all P<0.05); the health related behaviors such as diet control, exercise behavior, blood glucose monitoring, and medication compliance in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group ( t=9.78, 6.72, 39.81, 7.88, all P<0.05); the quality of life in patients of study group was higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05); the satisfaction rate in study group was higher than that of control group (90.0% vs. 69.0%, χ 2=6.39, P=0.031). Conclusion:Compared with conventional family contract service model, the double contract service improves patient self-management, helps to reduce the blood glucose level and gains high patients′ satisfaction, which is worth promoting and applying in the management of type 2 diabetic patients in the community.
8.Pharmaceutical administration practice during control and treatment of COVID-19

In designated hospitals for critical patients with COVID-19 in Wuhan, time-efficient pharmaceutical emergency protection system was of great significance for epidemic prevention. Described in the paper are measures taken by the pharmaceutical department of the hospital as follows. These measures include launching an emergency response mechanism, formulating a catalogue of COVID-19 key therapeutic drugs, urgently purchasing therapeutic drugs, transforming the processes of emergency pharmacy, establishing a drug donation management system, building a COVID-19 pharmaceutical care team, and setting up a " cloud pharmacy" to meet the drug needs of patients with non-COVID-19 chronic diseases, in addition to strengthening personnel protection of pharmacists. During such an epidemic, the pharmacy administration works in a professional, comprehensive, complex and systematic emergency program, which guaranteed the safety of drug supply, medication and enabled the treatment to be carried out in an orderly manner.
9.Construction of emergency management mode of pharmacy intravenous admixture under the background of COVID-19

After the outbreak of COVID-19, due to environmental pollution in the isolated ward and operational constraints caused by protective clothing and other factors, intravenous drugs in the designated hospitals should be centralized. Combined with the existing process mode, the process of pharmacy intravenous admixture services was optimized, the operation mode of the operation platform was adjusted, the scheduling mechanism was optimized, and the node control process of " first verify and five checks" was explored and developed, so as to meet the 24 h needs of COVID-19 patients. According to the characteristics of COVID-19 drug treatment, the focus of prescription review was adjusted to ensure the drug safety of patients. Other measures included implementing paperless prescription to reduce unnecessary media; implementing segmented infusion distribution management to ensure no cross infection; hierarchical control and configuration environment, strengthening the protection and management of pharmacists, to avoid the risk of personnel infection; optimizing human resource allocation and improving work efficiency. This process reengineering and optimization established the emergency management mode of centralized intravenous drug deployment under the background of COVID-19, which ensured the intravenous drug demand and safety of COVID-19 patients. The treatment work was carried out orderly, and could provide reference for the pharmaceutical department in medical institutions to deal with major public health emergencies in the future.
10.Therapeutic effects on infertility of ovulation failure in the patients with kidney deficiency treated with abdominal acupuncture and periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine.

OBJECTIVE:
To observe the effects of abdominal acupuncture and the periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine on follicular development and endometrial receptivity in the patients with infertility induced by ovulation failure and differentiated as kidney deficiency in TCM.
METHODS:
A total of 84 patients with infertility induced by ovulation failure and differentiated as kidney deficiency were randomized into a combined therapy group (27 cases), an abdominal acupuncture group (27 cases) and a western medication group (30 cases). In the combined therapy group, abdominal acupuncture and the periodic treatment of Chinese herbal medicine was provided. In the abdominal acupuncture group, the simple abdominal acupuncture therapy was used. In the western medication group, clomiphene citrate (CC) and human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) prescribed. The treatment for one menstrual cycle was taken as one session and 3 sessions of treatment were required except the pregnancy. The folicle development, endometrial thickness and morphology, menstrual condition and TCM symptom score were observed before and after treatment in the three groups, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.
RESULTS:
After treatment, the ovulation was recovered to different degrees in the three groups. The ovulation rate was 59.3% (16/27) in the combined therapy group, 55.6% (15/27) in the abdominal acupuncture group and 53.3% (16/30) in the western medication group. The difference was not significant in comparison among the three groups (>0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness in the periovulatory period was increased as compared with the thickness before treatment in the combined therapy group and the abdominal acupuncture group (both <0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness in the combined therapy group was higher than the western medication group (<0.05). In comparison before and after treatment, the difference in the endometrial morphology was significant in the combined therapy group and the abdominal acupuncture group (both <0.05). In comparison between the combined therapy group and the western medication group, the difference in the endometrial morphology was significant after treatment (<0.05). After treatment, the menstrual condition and TCM symptom score in the combined therapy group and the abdominal acupuncture group were all improved as compared with those before treatment (all <0.05). The score of menstrual condition in the combined therapy group was higher than the western medication group (<0.05) and TCM symptom score in the combined therapy group and abdominal acupuncture group was higher than the western medication group after treatment (all <0.05). The total effective rate was 88.9% (24/27) in the combined therapy group and was 92.6% (25/29) in the abdominal acupuncture group, which was higher than 56.7% (17/30) in the western medication group (<0.01). There was no adverse reaction in the combined therapy group and the abdominal acupuncture group.
CONCLUSION
Abdominal acupuncture combined with the periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine improve the menstrual condition and relieve the clinical symptoms of infertility induced by ovulation failure of kidney deficiency in the patients and the therapeutic effects are better than the medication with CC + HCG. This combined therapy improves the ovulation rate and the endometrial receptivity at periovulatory stage to increase the pregnancy rate. There is no adverse reaction discovered in clinical practice.
