Objective: To explore the association between takeout fast foods and sugar sweetened beverage consumption with co-occurrence of anxiety and depressive symptoms among first year junior high school students in Yunnan Province, so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of anxiety and depressive symptoms co-occurrence among adolescents. Methods: A random cluster sampling involving 8 500 first year junior high school students in 11 counties in Yunnan Province was conducted by a questionnaire survey from October to December 2022. The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) was applied to assess anxiety and depressive symptoms in first year junior high school students. Chi-square test was used to compare the anxiety-depression co-occurrence symptoms of first year junior high school students with different demographic characteristics. The association between takeout fast foods and sugar sweetened beverage consumption with co-occurrence of anxiety and depressive symptoms of adolescents was analyzed by binary Logistic regression models. Results: The detection rate of co-occurrence of anxiety and depression symptoms among first year junior high school students in Yunnan Province was 26.92%. After controlling for demographic variables and other confounders, takeout fast foods and sugar sweetened beverage consumption( OR=1.50, 95%CI =1.27-1.77) was associated with anxiety-depression co-occurrence symptoms among first year junior high school students in Yunnan Province ( P <0.01). Stratified analysis showed that both Han ( OR=1.37, 95%CI =1.07-1.77) and ethnic minorities ( OR=1.60, 95%CI =1.29-2.00) exhibited statistically significant associations between takeout fast foods and sugar sweetened beverage consumption with co-occurrence of anxiety and depressive symptoms(both P <0.05). Conclusions Takeout fast foods and sugar sweetened beverage consumption increases the risk of co-occurrence of anxiety and depressive symptoms among first year junior high school students in Yunnan Province. It is recommended to strengthen guidance on the consumption of such products among junior high school students to prevent co-occurrence of anxiety and depressive symptoms.

ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Guipitang on rats with myocardial ischemia. MethodFifty SD rats were divided into five groups： a control group， a model group， low and high-dose Guipitang （7.52， 15.04 g·kg^-1） groups， and a trimetazidine group （0.002 g·kg^-1）. By intragastric administration of vitamin D₃ and feeding rats with high-fat forage and injecting isoproterenol， the rat model of myocardial ischemia was established. After drug treatment of 15 d， an electrocardiogram （ECG） was performed to analyze the degree of myocardial injury. A fully automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the changes in the serum levels of total cholesterol （TC）， high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）， triglyceride （TG）， and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining and Masson staining were used to observe myocardial histopathological changes. TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） staining was used to detect cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Western blot was adopted to detect the protein levels of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 （ERK1/2）， phospho-ERK1/2 （p-ERK1/2）， p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase （p38 MAPK）， phospho-p38 MAPK （p-p38 MAPK）， B-cell lymphoma-2 （Bcl-2）-associated X （Bax）， Bcl-2， and cleaved cysteine aspartate proteolytic enzyme （cleaved Caspase-3）. ResultCompared with the control group， the ECG S-T segment decreased in the model group. The serum levels of TC， TG， and LDL-C were increased significantly （P<0.05）. The arrangement of myocardial tissue was disordered， and the proportion of cardiomyocyte apoptosis increased. The protein levels of cleaved Caspase-3， Bax， and p-p38 MAPK in the heart were increased， and the Bcl-2 expression was decreased （P<0.05）. Compared with the model group， the S-T segment downward shift was restored in the low and high-dose Guipitang groups and trimetazidine group， and the levels of TC， TG， and LDL-C were decreased. The protein expression of cleaved Caspase-3 and Bax in the heart dropped， and p-p38 MAPK and p-ERK1/2 protein expressions increased significantly （P<0.05）. The degree of myocardial injury was alleviated， and the proportion of cardiomyocyte apoptosis decreased. Bcl-2 protein expression was increased significantly in the low-dose Guipitang group （P<0.05）. ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK proteins had no significant difference among different groups. ConclusionGuipitang could alleviate myocardial injury and inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis in rats by activating the expression of ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK.

Objective: To investigate the association of sugar sweetened beverage (SSB) consumption with insomnia and depressive symptoms among first grade middle school students from Yunnan Province, so as to provide evidence to guide interventions for the treatment of these symptoms in this population. Methods: From October to December 2022, 8 500 firstgrade middle school students from 11 counties in Yunnan Province were selected by cluster random sampling. Depressive symptoms, SSB consumption, and insomnia symptoms among students were evaluated by the Child Depression Scale (CDI), dietary frequency questionnaire, and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI). A Logistic regression model was employed to analyze the relationship between SSB consumption, insomnia, depressive symptoms, and their interaction effects among students. Results: The detection rate of depressive symptoms was 28.3%, and having insomnia symptoms ( OR=6.07, 95%CI =5.46-6.75), consuming carbonated beverages ( OR=1.20, 95%CI =1.08-1.34), tea ( OR=1.13, 95%CI =1.02-1.25), energy drinks ( OR=1.36, 95%CI =1.23-1.50), and other beverages ( OR=1.32, 95%CI =1.19-1.45) were positively correlated with depressive symptoms among first grade middle school students ( P < 0.05). Carbonated beverages (additive effect: OR=2.96, 95%CI =2.72-3.22, multiplicative effect: OR=4.75, 95%CI =4.25- 5.32 ), fruit drinks (additive effect: OR=2.61, 95%CI =2.40-2.82; multiplicative effect: OR=4.43, 95%CI =3.94-4.97), tea (additive effect: OR=2.70, 95%CI =2.47-2.89; multiplicative effect: OR=4.34, 95%CI =3.86-4.89), energy drinks (additive effect: OR=2.82, 95%CI =2.61-3.05; multiplicative effect: OR=4.48, 95%CI =3.92-5.12), sweetened milk (additive effect: OR= 2.73, 95%CI =2.06-2.96; multiplicative effect: OR=4.61, 95%CI =4.12-5.17) and other beverages (additive effect: OR= 2.73 , 95%CI =2.53-2.95; multiplicative effect: OR=4.56, 95%CI =4.00-5.20) had both additive and multiplicative effects with insomnia, and increased the risk of depressive symptoms in first grade middle school students ( P <0.01). Conclusions The interaction between the consumption of SSB and insomnia symptoms may increase the risk of depressive symptoms among first grade middle school students in Yunnan Province. It is necessary to advocate middle school students to reduce SSB intake, in order to decrease the occurrence of depressive symptoms among this population.

Objective:To evaluate whether index of microcirculatory resistance(IMR)is associated with left ventricular(LV)remodeling in acute anterior ST elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)pa-tients undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI).Methods:This was a single-center retrospective cohort study.The patients with first anterior STEMI who received PPCI from January 2014 to August 2017 in Peking University Third Hospital was enrolled.After PPCI,IMR was measured immediately by using pressure/temperature guidewire.The success rate of IMR measurement was 100％.Also we collected some related clinical data from the medical records and laboratory results.Infarct size[assessed as creatine kinase(CK)peak],echocardiography at baseline and 1 year follow-up were as-sessed.LV adverse remodeling(LVAR)was defined as ≥20％increase in LV end-diastolic volume(LVEDV).Results:A total of forty-three patients were enrolled,with an average age of(58.7±12.4)years.The patients were divided into two groups as IMR ≤25 and IMR＞25 by normal values recommen-ded by previous literature.Compared with IMR ≤25 group,IMR＞25 group had a higher percentage of initial thrombolysis in myocardial infraction(TIMI)grade 0(95.7％vs.65.0％,P=0.029),higher serum CK peak value[4 090(383,15 833)vs.1 580(396,5 583),P=0.004].The IMR＞25 group suffered higher rates of ventricular aneurysm(30.4％vs.5.0％,P=0.021).There was no difference in LVEDV[(111.0±18.8)mL vs.(115.0±23.6)mL,P=0.503]between the two groups 1 day after MI,but after 1 year,LVEDV in IMR＞25 group was significantly higher than in IMR≤25 group[(141.5± 33.7)mLvs.(115.9±27.9)mL,P=0.018].The incidence of LVAR was more significant in IMR＞25 group(47.4％vs.11.8％,P=0.024).Binary Logistics regression showed that IMR[B=0.079,exp(B)(95％CI)=1.082(1.018-1.149),P=0.011]and serum triglyceride level[B=1.610,exp(B)(95％CI)=5.005(1.380-18.152),P=0.014]were the predictors of LVAR 1 year after MI.IMR had a good predictive value for LVAR 1 year after MI[area under the curve(AUC)=0.749,P=0.019],IMR＞29 was a good cutoff value with sensitivity 81.8％and specificity 68.0％.Conclusion:Our study elaborates that immediate measurement of IMR after PPCI in patients with STEMI can reflect the microvas-cular function.And IMR could be used as a quantitative biomarker to predict LVAR after STEMI.

Afferent baroreflex failure(ABF)is a rare disease.It refers to the clinical syndrome caused by the impairment of the afferent limb of the baroreflex or its central connections at the level of the medul-la.The recognized causes include trauma,surgery in related areas(radical neck tumor surgery,carotid endarterectomy),neck radiotherapy,brain stem stroke,tumor growth paraganglioma and hereditary diseases,among which the most common cause is extensive neck surgery or radiotherapy for neck cancer.The main manifestations are fluctuating hypertension,orthostatic hypotension,paroxysmal tachycardia and bradycardia.This case is a young man,whose main feature is blood pressure fluctuation,accom-panied by neurogenic orthostatic hypotension(nOH).After examination,the common causes of hyper-tension and nOH were ruled out.Combined with the previous neck radiotherapy and neck lymph node dissection,it was considered that the blood pressure regulation was abnormal due to the damage of carotid sinus baroreceptor after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and neck lymph node dissection,which was called ABF.At the same time,the patient was complicated with chronic hyponatremia.Com-bined with clinical and laboratory examination,the final consideration was caused by syndrome of in-appropriate antidiuretic hormone(SIADH).Baroreceptors controlled the secretion of heart rate,blood pres-sure and antidiuretic hormone through the mandatory"inhibition"signal.We speculate that the carotid sinus baroreceptor was damaged after neck radiotherapy and surgery,which leads to abnormal blood pres-sure regulation and nOH,while the function of inhibiting ADH secretion was weakened,resulting in higher ADH than normal level and mild hyponatremia.The goal of treating ABF patients was to reduce the frequency and amplitude of sudden changes in blood pressure and heart rate,and to alleviate the on-set of symptomatic hypotension.At present,drug treatment is still controversial,and non-drug treatment may alleviate some patients'symptoms,but long-term effective treatment still needs further study.The incidence of ABF is not high,but it may lead to serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,and the mechanism involved is extremely complicated,and there are few related studies.The reports of rele-vant medical records warn that patients undergoing neck radiotherapy or surgery should minimize the da-mage to the baroreceptor in the carotid sinus in order to reduce the adverse prognosis caused by complica-tions.

Objective To investigate the expression of circular-RNA DDX5(circ-DDX5)in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with the clinical stage of breast cancer patients,and to analyze the regulatory mechanism of circ-DDX5 on the proliferation and invasion of human breast cancer cell line.Methods The expression level of circ-DDX5 in breast cancer tissues and its correlation with the clinical stage of breast cancer patients were analyzed by TCGA database.Bioinformatics analysis and dual-luciferase reporter gene experiments verified the targeting rela-tionship between circ-DDX5 and miR-3940.The correlation between circ-DDX5 and miR-3940 expression in breast cancer tissues was analyzed by TCGA database.The expression level of circ-DDX5 in breast cancer SK-BR-3,MDA-MB-231,BT-549,MCF-7,and HCC-1937 cells was detected by RT-qPCR.The circ-DDX5 over-expression plasmid and negative control plasmid were transfected into MDA-MB-231 cells,which were named circ-DDX5 group and NC group,respectively.The proliferation and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells in the circ-DDX5 group and the NC group were detected by colony formation assay and Transwell assay.The expressions of proliferation pheno-type protein and invasion phenotype protein of MDA-MB-231 cells were detected by Western blot.The expression level of miR-3940 in MDA-MB-231 cells of circ-DDX5 group and NC group was detected by RT-qPCR.Results The expression of circ-DDX5 in breast cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P＜0.01)and the ex-pression level of circ-DDX5 was negatively correlated with the clinical stage of breast cancer patients(P＜0.01).There was a targeting relationship between circ-DDX5 and miR-3940(P＜0.01).The expression of circ-DDX5 and miR-3940 in breast cancer tissue was negatively correlated(P＜0.01).The expression of circ-DDX5 in human breast cancer cell lines was lower than that in immortalized breast epithelial cells MCF-10A(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Compared with the NC group,the over-expression of circ-DDX5 could significantly inhibit the proliferation and in-vasion of MDA-MB-231 cells(P＜0.01),as well as the proliferation phenotype proteins(cyclin C,CDK3)and in-vasion phenotype proteins(Snail,vimentin)expression(P＜0.01)and miR-3940 expression(P＜0.01).Conclu-sions The expression of circ-DDX5 in breast cancer tissues and cells is low.circ-DDX5 inhibits the proliferation and invasion of breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells by targeting the expression of miR-3940.

Objective:To investigate the seroepidemiological status of Toxoplasma gondii among humans, dogs and cats and its influencing factors in three counties of Yunnan Province, and to assess the risk of dogs and cats transmitting Toxoplasma gondii to humans and causing disease and epidemics. Methods:Three pestis foci of demestic rodent in Mile City, Mang City and Lianghe County in Yunnan Province were selected as the investigation areas, and blood samples of humans, dogs and cats from 16 natural villages were collected. Serum IgG antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the influencing factors were analyzed by logistic regression. Results:A total of 368 human serum samples, 307 dog serum samples, and 12 cat serum samples were tested. The positive rates of serum IgG antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii in humans, dogs and cats were 54.62% (201/368), 90.88% (279/307), and 91.67% (11/12), respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of Toxoplasma gondii infection (serum IgG antibodies positive) in humans of Mang City and Lianghe County were 8.20 times ( AOR = 8.20, 95% CI: 4.38 - 15.36) and 2.22 times ( AOR = 2.22, 95% CI: 1.24 - 3.97) higher than those in Mile City, respectively, and the risk of Toxoplasma gondii infection (serum IgG antibodies positive) in humans in the age group of 30 - < 40 years old decreased by 57% compared to the age group of 30 years old ( AOR = 0.43, 95% CI: 0.19 - 0.98, P < 0.10). The risk of Toxoplasma gondii infection (serum IgG antibodies positive) in dogs of Lianghe County was 89% lower than that in Mile City ( AOR = 0.11, 95% CI: 0.02 - 0.47). The risk of Toxoplasma gondii infection(serum IgG antibodies positive) in dogs aged 2 years old and older was 2.05 times higher than that in dogs aged younger than 2 years old ( AOR = 2.05, 95% CI: 0.91 - 4.64, P < 0.10). Conclusions:The positive rates of serum IgG antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii in humans, dogs and cats in the three counties where the three pestis foci of demestic rodent are located in Yunnan Province is relatively high. The risk of Toxoplasma gondii infection (serum IgG antibodies positive) in humans, dogs is related to the region and age. The risk of dogs and cats transmitting Toxoplasma gondii to humans and other animals is relatively high. It is necessary to strengthen monitoring in key regions, carry out health education, and take corresponding health measures.

Objective: To explore the association between mobile phone dependence and constipation of college students in Yunnan Province, and to provide a data reference for improving and preventing constipation in college students. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 9 960 college students from three universities in Kunming and Dali, Yunnan Province. The Self rating Questionnaire for Adolescent Problematic Mobile Phone Use was used to assess mobile phone dependence symptoms, and the questionnaire was conducted to collect the constipation information of college students. Data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0. Chi square test was used to compare the reporting rates of detection in college students with different demographic characteristics. The association between mobile phone dependence and constipation was analyzed by binary Logistic regression models. Results: The detection rate of mobile phone dependence symptoms was 30.93%, and the reporting rates of constipation was 24.46% of college students in Yunnan Province. After collcted for the demographic variables and other confounding effects, the analysis results showed that:withdrawal symptoms of mobile phone dependence( OR=1.29, 95%CI =1.09-1.54), physical and mental health impacts of mobile phone dependence ( OR=1.25, 95%CI =1.10-1.43) and craving of mobile phone dependence ( OR=1.20, 95%CI =1.06-1.36) were associated with constipation in college students( P <0.01). Conclusion Mobile phone dependence may increase the risk of constipation of college students in Yunnan Province, so health education should be strengthend.

Standardized training of specialists is an important part of medical education system. The training goal is to cultivate high-quality specialists with high clinical practice ability, teaching and scientific research ability. Based on the training practice of clinical, teaching and scientific research ability of the standardized training of cardiovascular specialists in Peking University Third Hospital, this paper discusses how to establish and improve the quality management system of cardiovascular specialist training, and introduces the training content, training methods, training organization and management, and training effect respectively, hoping to provide more practical basis for improving the quality of standardized training for cardiovascular specialists.

Objective:To determine the alteration of miRNA profile of human tonsillar epithelial cells induced by enterovirus-A71 (EV-A71) infection.Methods:Human tonsillar epithelial cells UT-SCC-60B were infected with EV-A71 at multiplicities of infection (MOI) of 1 and total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent. Small RNA library was constructed and high-throughput sequencing was performed using Illumina NextSeq 500. Differential significantly expressed known and novel miRNAs and putative targets were selected after the processing of raw data. Gene ontology (GO), kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathways were analyzed through online database. Kinds of miRNA could target EV-A71 genome was determined through psRNATarget. Validations of random selected miRNAs were done through real-time RT-PCR.Results:A total of 61 known significantly expressed miRNAs (21 miRNAs were down-regulated and 40 miRNAs were up-regulated) and 559 novel significantly expressed miRNAs were identified through high-throughput sequencing. Novel significantly expressed miRNA had typical "hairpin structure" of pre-miRNA. Fold changes of hsa-miR-517b-3p and hsa-miR-199a-5p which was determined by real-time RT-PCR had similar change trends with high-throughput sequencing. Putative targets of significantly expressed miRNA were referred to different biological processes and signaling pathways. A total of 24 significant miRNAs (5 known significantly expressed miRNAs and 19 novel significantly expressed miRNAs) had "seed sequence" in EV-A71 genome.Conclusions:Expression of miRNA profile in UT-SCC-60B was significantly changed by EV-A71 infection and the identified significantly expressed miRNAs potential target EV-A71 genome to regulate EV-A71 replication.
