Traditional drugs for the treatment of abdominal tumors often do not have the ability to target tumors and destroy normal cells while killing tumor cells. Therefore, new therapies are urgently needed to accurately target and kill tumor cells. As a drug carrier, extracellular vesicles have the advantages of naturalness, biotaxis, and low side effects, so they have attracted much attention in the research on the treatment of abdominal tumors. In this paper, the research progress in mechanism of action of extracellular vesicle drug delivery system in the treatment of abdominal tumors such as gastric, liver, pancreatic, bile duct, colorectal, and ovarian cancers with an extracellular vesicle drug delivery system was reviewed, including inhibiting the growth of abdominal tumor cells, reversing the drug resistance of the tumor stem cells, inhibiting the exocytosis of chemotherapeutic drugs from the tumor cells, and remodeling the tumor immune microenvironment.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of fixation through dual minimally invasive incisions and dual osseous channels with a loop titanium plate combined with a Dog-Bone titanium plate for acute Rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation in comparison with open reduction and fixation with a clavicular hook plate. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the data of the 60 patients with acute type Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation who had been treated at Department of Orthopedics, Liaocheng People's Hospital from February 2019 to May 2022. There were 35 males and 25 females with an age of (43.2±8.0) years, and 34 left sides and 26 right sides affected. According to different surgical methods, they were divided into a double titanium plates group of 32 cases who had been treated by fixation through dual minimally invasive incisions and dual osseous channels with a loop titanium plate combined with a Dog Bone titanium plate and a hook plate group of 28 cases who had been treated by open reduction and internal fixation with a clavicle hook plate. The time from injury to operation was (2.1±1.3) d. The 2 groups were compared in terms of incision length, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, and visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score, Constant-Murley shoulder function score and the coracoclavicular distance on the affected side which were recorded preoperatively and at the last follow-up. Complications such as infection, loosening of internal fixation or secondary fracture were observed. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative general data between the 2 groups, indicating comparability ( P > 0.05). All patients were followed up for (11.2±2.1) months. The incision length in the double titanium plates group [(3.5±0.3) cm] was significantly shorter than that in the hook plate group [(6.2±0.7) cm], and the intraoperative bleeding [(45.3±7.5) mL] in the former was significantly less than that in the latter [(64.1±6.2) mL] ( P < 0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the 2 groups ( P > 0.05). The VAS score [0.5 (0, 1.0) points] and Constant-Murley shoulder function score [(95.1±2.1) points] in the double titanium plates group were significantly better than those in the hook plate group [0.8 (0, 1.0) points, (86.0±4.4) points] at the last follow-up ( P < 0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups in the coracoclavicular distance on the affected side ( P > 0.05). Good acromioclavicular joint repositioning and fixation were achieved in all patients. There were no surgery-related complications except for sinus tract formation in one patient in the double titanium plates group. Conclusion:In the treatment of acute Rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation, fixation through dual minimally invasive incisions and dual osseous channels with a loop titanium plate combined with a Dog-Bone titanium plate is superior to open reduction and internal fixation with a clavicular hook plate, showing advantages of minimal invasion, better safety, less intraoperative bleeding, and faster joint function recovery.

Objective:To understand the current situation of female cancer survivors′ self-advocacy and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:Convenience sampling was used. From August to November 2021, 243 female cancer survivors from 10 tertiary A hospitals in Jiangsu Province were selected as the research objects. The general information questionnaire and the Female Self-Advocacy in Cancer Survivorship (FSACS)were used for the survey. Multiple stepwise linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of female cancer survivors′ self-advocacy rights. Results:The self-advocacy score of this group of female cancer survivors was (82.42±10.42); the results of multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that education level was an influencing factor for female cancer survivors′self-advocacy ( P<0.05), but age, marital status, number of children, work status, family monthly income, reimbursement method, illness time, disease diagnosis, and disease stage had nothing to do with female cancer survivors′ self-advocacy( P>0.05). Conclusions:Female cancer survivors′ self-advocacy is affected by their educational level. It is recommended that medical staff pay attention to patients with low education level, provide personalized guidance according to their conditions, and encourage them to actively obtain external information, seek effective communication and external support, so as to improve Self-advocacy ability.

Objective:To explore the correlation analysis between psychological status and blood pressure of residents in medium-risk areas during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, and provide references for early psychological intervention and hypertension management during the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods:From January 4 to 8, 2021, the convenience sampling method was used to conduct psychological questionnaire surveys on residents and employees of enterprises in the medium-risk area and surrounding areas of Jiuxianqiao, Chaoyang District, Beijing. General data (gender, age, height, weight, history of smoking and drinking, previous medical history), and home blood pressure monitoring were collected. Pearson′s χ 2 test was used to compare different factors (anxiety, depression, age, gender, body mass index, smoking, drinking, and history of chronic diseases) in normal blood pressure or not. A multivariate logistic regression analysis model was established to explore independent risk factors of abnormal blood pressure. Results:No anxiety accounted for 75% (684/912), and anxiety accounted for 25% (228/912). No depression accounted for 67% (611/912), depression accounted for 33% (301/912). Both anxiety and depression accounted for 23% (210/912). The substandard blood pressure accounted for 10.3% (94/912). The incidence of poor blood pressure control in participants with anxiety was 30.7% (70/228), which was significantly higher than that of participants without anxiety 3.5% (24/684) (χ 2=136.779, P<0.001). The incidence of poor blood pressure control in participants with depression 27.2% (82/301) was significantly higher than that of participants without depression 2.0% (12/611) (χ 2=139.388, P<0.001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed anxiety ( OR=3.261, P<0.001), depression ( OR=7.928, P<0.001), and complications of chronic diseases ( OR=3.207, P<0.001) were closely related to whether blood pressure was under control. Conclusions:During the COVID-19 epidemic, the psychological status of residents and employees in medium-risk areas should be screened and interventions implemented accordingly to prevent unstable blood pressure caused by anxiety or depression.

Abstract
Public physical education teaching has adopted modern concepts and approachs of physical training to highlight the importance and effectiveness of physical education in colleges and universities in China. These courses have placed an emphasis on the need to attend to the structural integrity of the human body, optimizing the basic action mode and the efficient transmission of the power chain in motion. From the perspective of curriculum education, it is helpful to update ideas surrounding the public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities to enrich the content of public physical education courses provided by these institutions and to improve the scientific nature of training, while also enhancing the physical fitness of college students and promoting lifelong sports consciousness. However, there is insufficient explanation and implementation of modern physical training concepts and approachs into the teaching and process of public sports in colleges and universities. It will be beneficial to improve its top level design, increase policy support, provide better facilities, strengthen the construction of teachers, actively organize enjoyable physical fitness competitions, enrich the teaching content system and clear on the positioning of college physical education, in order to promote the fundamental tasks of school based physical education and the value of school sports. This is also important to ensure a renewal of the concept of the public physical education curriculum in our country, and encourage reform of the curriculum content, teaching mode and teaching methods, while also highlighting the essential function of physical training.
