OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of iruplinalkib for ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who had not previously received ALK-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) from the perspective of the Chinese healthcare system. METHODS Based on the INSPIRE clinical trial, a three-health state partitioned survival model was developed to simulate the progression of disease, with model cycle of 3 weeks and a life-year time range of 15 years; the discount rate was 5%. For the treatment of ALK-positive advanced NSCLC, total cost, quality-adjusted life year (QALY), and incremental cost- effectiveness ratio (ICER) were compared between iruplinalkib and crizotinib; using 1-3 times China’s per capita gross domestic product (GDP) (89 358-268 074 yuan) in 2023 as the willingness-to-pay (WTP) threshold, the cost-effectiveness of two regimens were compared. The sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis (altering the distribution of survival curves, utility values) were conducted to assess model robustness. RESULTS Compared with the crizotinib regimen, the ICER for the iruplinalkib regimen was 194 412.74 yuan/QALY, which was below the WTP threshold of three times China’s per capita GDP in 2023 yuan). The results under the scenario of altering the survival curve distribution were consistent with the base case analysis. However, after increasing the utility value of the disease progression state, the ICER exceeded the WTP threshold, and iruplinalkib no longer had a cost-effective advantage. The results of the one-way sensitivity analysis indicated that the cost of iruplinalkib and the utility values of disease progression states had a significant impact on the ICER. The probabilistic sensitivity analysis confirmed the robustness of the base case analysis results. CONCLUSIONS From the perspective of China’s healthcare system, compared with crizotinib regimen, the therapy with iruplinalkib is cost-effective for ALK-positive NSCLC patients who have not previously received ALK-TKIs.

Objective:To explore the mediating chain effect between attachment and coping style of disease perception and hope in patients with advanced lung cancer, and to provide theoretical basis for improving coping style in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods:From October 2021 to June 2022, 354 patients with advanced lung cancer in the First and Second Affiliated Hospitals of Anhui Medical University were selected by convenience sampling. The general information questionnaire, the Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory, the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire, the Herth Hope Index, and the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire were used to conduct cross-sectional questionnaire survey. SPSS 25.0 software and Bootstrap method were used to construct and verify the chain mediation model. Results:Finally, 336 patients with advanced lung cancer were included, including 214 males and 122 females, aged 27-79(59.43 ± 8.61) years old. Attachment avoidance score was (3.31 ± 1.01) points, attachment anxiety score was (3.86 ± 1.17) points, illness perception score was (40.07 ± 12.01) points, hope score was (34.05 ± 5.87) points, and face coping score was (18.75 ± 5.34) points in patients with advanced lung cancer. The avoidance coping score was (15.47 ± 1.97) points, and the yielding coping score was (9.62 ± 3.85) points. In patients with advanced lung cancer, attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety were positively correlated with yield coping ( r=0.448, 0.747, both P<0.01), positively correlated with illness perception ( r=0.356, 0.627, both P<0.01), and negatively correlated with hope ( r=-0.406, -0.670, both P<0.01). Illness perception was positively correlated with yield coping ( r=0.744, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with hope ( r=-0.628, P<0.01). Hope was negatively correlated with yield response ( r=-0.769, P<0.01). The mediation model showed that the chain mediating effect of attachment avoidance, illness perception, hope and yield coping was significant in patients with advanced lung cancer, with an effect value of 0.009 and an effect size of 13.95%. The chain mediating effect of attachment anxiety, illness perception, hope and yield coping were significant, with an effect value of 0.010 and an effect size of 8.27%. Conclusions:Attachment can not only directly predict submission coping in advanced lung cancer patients, but also indirectly predict submission coping through the chain mediation of illness perception and hope.

Objective To investigate the main dietary patterns of children in urban areas of Maanshan City, and to explore the association between dietary patterns and subthreshold autism trait (SAT), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) symptoms and comorbid behaviors in 3-year-old children. Methods Based on the birth cohort of Maanshan Maternal and Infant Health from June 2015 to June 2016,regular physical examinations were conducted from 4 to 2 to 1, and follow-up was conducted until the age of 3. A semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire was employed to assess dietary intakes. SAT and ADHD symptoms were assessed by Clancy autism behavior scale (CABS) and the 10-item Chinese version of the Conners Abbreviated Symptom Questionnaire (C-ASQ). Social-demographic information was also collected. Results The detection rates of SAT, ADHD symptoms, and comorbidity were 11.03%, 5.28%, and 2.71%, respectively. The older the father, the higher the mother's education level, and the higher the per capita monthly income of the family, the lower the SAT detection rate (P<0.05). The higher the father's educational level, the lower the detection rate of ADHD symptoms (P<0.05). The older the mother and the higher the education level, the lower the detection rate of comorbid behavior in their children (P <0.05). After adjusting for demographic influencing factors, the low intake level was used as a reference. The vegetarian type with moderate intake level was negatively correlated with SAT, while the processed food type with high intake level was positively correlated with SAT. The vegetarian type with high intake level was negatively correlated with ADHD symptoms, while the snack type with high intake level was positively correlated with ADHD symptoms. The vegetarian type with high intake level was negatively correlated with comorbidity. Conclusion Unhealthy dietary patterns are related to children's SAT and ADHD symptoms. Correcting children's unhealthy eating patterns may help reduce children's behavior problems.

Objective:To explore the decision-making experience of patients undergoing abdominoplasty in our country. Methods:A semi-structured interview was conducted with patients suffering from postpartum abdominal wall laxity who were treated at Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from June to August 2023. The data were sort and analyzed using the Clolaizzi 7-step analysis method for thematic description. Results:A total of 15 patients, aged 29-53 years, were included in the study. 11 had a college education or higher, while 4 had less than a college education.Thirteen were married and two were divorced. According to the interview data, four themes were extracted: (1) negative perceptual experiences; (2) decision-making dilemmas; (3) peer support; (4) a physician-led decision-making model. According to the interview, the main decision-making dilemma faced by patients with postpartum abdominal wall laxity was lack of information and family support, and the support they get was mostly from information exchange among patients, and they had insufficient cognition of surgical knowledge, improvement degree and risk, and low participation in clinical decision making. Conclusion:Patients with postpartum abdominal wall laxity in China have an urgent psychological need for abdominoplasty, but there are many factors that have adverse effects on their decision-making experience.

Objective:To translate the Dysfunctional Beliefs and Attitudes about Sleep Scale for Cancer Patients (C-DBAS-14) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity. Methods:The Korean version of C-DBAS-14 was translated, back-translated, and culturally adapted into Chinese based on Brislin's translation model, forming the Chinese version of C-DBAS-14. From October 2022 to May 2023, 361 hospitalized cancer patients at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method. They were surveyed using a general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of C-DBAS-14, the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. The scale's item analysis was based on correlation coefficients and critical ratio values; structural validity, content validity, and convergent validity were used to evaluate the scale's validity; Cronbach's α coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient were used to assess its reliability. Results:A total of 361 questionnaires were distributed, 356 were effectively returned, with an effective response rate of 98.6% (356/361). The Chinese version of C-DBAS-14 contained 14 items across four dimensions. The scale-level content validity index was 0.976, and the item-level content validity index ranged from 0.833 to 1.000. Totally four common factors were extracted in exploratory factor analysis, explaining 78.8% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis showed a Chi-square/degrees of freedom ratio of 1.286, comparative fit index of 0.991, goodness of fit index of 0.945, incremental fit index of 0.991, Tucker-Lewis index of 0.988, and root mean square error of approximation of 0.036. The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.874, and the intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.863. The C-DBAS-14 score was negatively correlated with the ISI and HADS scores ( r=-0.734, -0.639; P<0.01) . Conclusions:The Chinese version of C-DBAS-14 has good reliability and validity and can be used as an assessment tool for irrational sleep beliefs in Chinese cancer patients.
