Objective: To observe the clinical effect of self-made Jiuxin decoction in the treatment of end-stage hypertrophic non-obstructive cardiomyopathy. Methods: From July 2016 to October 2017, 60 patients with end-stage hypertrophic non-obstructive cardiomyopathy in the First People′s Hospital of Yuhang District were randomly divided into two groups according to digital table, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with self-made Jiuxin soup for a week.The changes of body weight, degree of edema, NYHA class, Lee score, B-type natriuretic peptide, blood angiotensin Ⅱ, blood potassium, sodium, chlorine content and other indicators before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results: After one-week treatment, the cardiac function and heart failure indicators of the two groups were all significantly improved(the observation group: t=10.527, 15.358, all P<0.01; the control group: t=7.504, 12.417, all P<0.01), and the indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=3.772, 4.446, all P<0.01). After treatment, the levels of B-type natriuretic peptide of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (the observation group: t=5.628, the control group: t=11.423, all P<0.05). The angiotensin and renin levels in the observation group were all significantly lower than those before treatment(t=4.355, 6.418, all P<0.05), and the indicators of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group(t=3.521, 4.275, all P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.3% vs.23.3%, χ²=5.192, P=0.023). Conclusion Self-made Jiuxin decoction can significantly improve the cardiac function in patients with end-stage hypertrophic non-obstructive cardiomyopathy and it is a safe way of treatment.

Objective To investigate the effects of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with candesartan cilexetil in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and its protective effect on cardiac function.Methods 180 elderly patients with hypertension were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table,90 cases in each group.The observation group was given irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with candesartan treatment,the control group was given candesartan.The heart function improvement after treatment,clinical efficacy and patients in hospitalization,complications,critical events and new death of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the heart rate,EVDD,SBP and other indicators of the two groups declined,which of the observation group[(56.14 ± 6.15)mm,(112.12 ± 20.12)mmHg,(70.45 ± 8.69/min)]were lower than the control group[(60.12 ± 6.78) mm(119.45 ± 21.45) mmHg,(82.12 ± 9.12/ min)],there were significant differences between the two groups (t1 =4.124,P =0.000;t2 =2.364,P =0.019;t3 =8.788,P =0.000).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33％,which was higher than 74.44％ of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups (x2 =11.879,P =0.000).Conclusion Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with candesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients can effectively improve the heart function of patients,has significant effect.

OBJECTIVE:To explore clinical efficacy and safety of Ulinastatin injection combined with Xingnaojing injec-tion in the treament of severe craniocerebral injury(CCI). METHODS:A total of 120 severe CCI patients selected from our hospital during Sept. 2014-Nov. 2015 were divided into ulinastatin group,Xingnaojing group and combination group according to therapy plan,with 40 cases in each group. Three groups were given routine treatment timely after admission. On the basis of routine treatment,Ulinastatin group additionally received Ulinastatin injection 200 000 U,ivgtt,bid;Xingnaojing group addi-tionally received Xingnaojing injection 20 mL,ivgtt,qd;combination group additionally received Ulinastatin injection com-bined with Xingnaojing injection,same usage as above(with 1 h intervals). Three groups received therapy for consecutive 14 d. Serum inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α),serologic indexes of craniocerebral injury [neuron specific enolase (NSE),myelin basic protein(MBP),S100B protein(S100B)] and GCS scores before and after treatment as well as GOS scores after treatment were all observed in 3 groups. The occurrence of ADR was recorded during treatment. RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in serum inflammatory factors,serologic indexes of craniocerebral injury or GCS scores among 3 groups(P>0.05). Compared to before treatment,inflammatory factors of 3 groups were decreased signifi-cantly after treatment,the ulinastatin group was significantly lower than the Xingnaojing group,combination group was signifi-cantly lower than two single drug groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Levels of serologic indexes of craniocerebral injury and GCS scores of 3 groups were improved significantly,and the combination group was significantly better than the two single drug groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance between ulinastatin group and Xingnaojing group(P>0.05). Six months after treatment,GOS score of combination group(4.17±0.81)was significantly better than those of ulinastatin group(3.05±0.97)and Xing-naojing group(2.97 ± 0.89),with statistical significance (P<0.05);there was no statistical significance between ulinastatin group and Xingnaojing group(P>0.05). During treatment,the incidence of ADR in combination group(27.50%)was significantly lower than ulinastatin group(50.00%)and Xingnaojing group(42.50%),with statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance between ulinastatin group and Xingnaojing group(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Ulinastatin injection combined with Xingnaojing injection can sig-nificantly decrease serum inflammatory factor levels,relieve craniocerebral injury,protect cerebral tissue and improve short-term prognosis with good safety.

Objective To analyze and investigate dopamine combined with milrinone treatment effect on elderly patients with intractable heart failure and N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide level and cardiac function.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with heart failure according to the number table method randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group, and control group was given conventional drugs.The patients in experimental group were received dopamine +Milrinone on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy, N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide levels ( NT proBNP ) and heart function condition between two groups are compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of experimental group (95.00%) was higher than that of control group (70.00%) (P<0.05).NT-proBNP(2013.31 ±295.84)ng/L、LVEDD(61.48 ± 10.11)mm、LVEF(59.69 ±8.44)% in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Dopamine combined with milrinone in the treatment of elderly patients with intractable heart failure is remarkable, can relieve the level of NT proBNP, and promote the recovery of cardiac function.

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of irbesartan combined amlodipine for the treatment of hypertension and diabetic nephropathy.Methods 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy and hypertension received from March 2011 to March 2014 were randomly divided into three groups according to its administration circumstances ( irbesartan group and amlodipine group, irbesartan and amlodipine groups) , with 40 patients in each group.Blood pressure, 24h urine albumin, 24h urinary protein excretion and urine β2-microglobulin and other indicators of the three groups of patients were observed and compared after 10 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment, the total efficiency of A, B two groups was no significant difference.The total effective rate of group C (92.5%) was significantly higher than that in A group (χ2 =6.65, P<0.05), the total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group B (χ2 =7.81, P<0.05).The blood pressure in patients of three groups were all dropped to normal after treatment, but the one in combination group was significantly lower than the irbesartan group and amlodipine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The urine tests related indicators of patients in the three groups were also significantly reduced after treatment , but 24 h urine albumin, 24 h urinary protein excretion and urine β2-microglobulin in combination group were significantly lower than the irbesartan group and amlodipine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Three groups were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Irbesartan combined amlodipine for the treatment of hypertension and diabetic nephropathy has significant efficacy compared to single drug.

Objective To investigate the undergraduates′cognition ,attitude and behavior about low‐carbon life and then to provide a relatively scientifically strategy .and provide scientific basis to formulate countermeasures about undergraduates′low‐car‐bon lifestyle .Methods By multistage sampling ,382 students′knowledge ,attitude and practice about low‐carbon life in Wuhan Uni‐versity of science and technology were analyzed .Results The students′cognition about low‐carbon life was good ,the awareness rate of girl was higher than that of boy ;Their attitude was positive ,grade and knowledge awareness were the two influence factors ;the behavior situation was unsatisfactory ,the origin of students and attitude enthusiasm were the elements affect rationality of be‐havior .Conclusion Undergraduates should strengthen the cognition of low‐carbon life ,improve attitude enthusiasm ,and form a good behavioral habit of low‐carbon life .

Objective To investigate the effect of epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (ErbB2) expression on invasion ofglioma cells and its possible mechanism.Methods Glioma TJ905 cells were cultured in vitro; and ErbB2 shRNA and overexpression vectors were constructed and transfected into Glioma T J905 cells to down-regulate and up-regulate the ErbB2 expression levels; empty vector plasmid was also transfected into the TJ905 cells as control group.Invasive ability changes of T J905 cells were measured by Transwell assay,and the expression levels of matrix metalloprotease (MMP)-2 and MMP-9 were identified by Western blotting.Results As compared with the ErbB2,MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression levels in the control group (62.34±5.72,62.34±5.72 and 69.76±6.25),those in the ErbB2 shRNA group were significantly decreased (34.82±4.91,58.73±4.48 and 52.32±5.23),while those in the ErbB2 overexpression group were significantly increased (69.76±6.25,87.34±7.96 and 94.39±6.12),with significant differences (P＜0.05).The mean cells crossing Matrigel in the ErbB2 shRNA group (28.5 cells/field) were obviously decreased,and those in the ErbB2 overexpression group were increased (82 cells/field) as compared with those in the control group (70 cells/field),with significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion ErbB2 expression can affect the invasiveness ofglioma cells,which might be related to the expression changes of MMP-2 and MMP-9.

Objective To investigate the influence of Tanyu-Tongzhi (TYTZ)recipe on Rho/Rho kinase signal transduction pathway of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in high fat-fed rats.Methods 60 SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly,a sham-operated group,a model group,a western medicine control group,a high-dose group and a low-dose group of TYTZ recipe.The model of ischemia reperfusion of the myocardium was reproduced by ligation of left descending artery for 30 min followed by releasing the ligation for 2 hours in rats.The downstream substrates of ROCK myosin light chain (MLC) phosphorylation expression of myocardial tissues in rats were detected by Western blotting method.The levels of RhoA,ROCK Ⅱ mRNA were determined with RT-PCR.Results Compared with the model group,the expression of p-MLC and RhoA,ROCK Ⅱ mRNA were lower in low-dose group of TYTZ,there were significant differences between the two groups(P=0.004、0.003、0.018、0.004,P＜0.01).Conclusion The TYTZ Recipe can protect myocardium from MI/RI.The mechanism of action was related to its inhibiting the protein expression of RhoA,ROCK Ⅱ and p-MLC,restraining the activation of Rho/Rho kinase signal transduction pathway.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the protective effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on myocardium ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.

METHOD36 SD rats were divided into 3 groups randomly, sham-operated group, model group, Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group. The model of MI/RI of the myocardium was reproduced by ligation of left descending artery for 30 min followed by releasing the ligation for 2 hours in rats. Serum contents of LDH-L, CK were measured, the levels of serum IL-1beta, IL-6 and IL-10 were measured and myocardial ultrastructure at the ischemia region was observed under the transmission electron microscope after myocardial reperfusion injury.

RESULTCompared with model group, IL-1beta, IL-6 and IL-10 levels were lower, myocardial ultrastructural changes were improved in Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (P < 0.01), however, serum contents of LDH-L and CK no significant difference were found among the model group and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group.

CONCLUSIONXuefu Zhuyu decoction can protect myocardium from MI/RI, the mechanism of action was related to inhibiting inflammatory reaction and reducing arrhythmia and the injury of the myocardial ultrastructure.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of different Chinese medical treatments on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods 60 SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly: a sham-operated group, a model group, a removing phlegm and enlarging chest group, an activating blood and dissolving stasis group, and a treating both phlegm and blood stasis group. The model of MI/RI of the myocardium was reproduced by ligation of left descending artery for 30min followed by releasing the ligation for 2 hours in rats. Serum contents of LDH-L, CK were measured , TNF-αand ICAM-1 expressions in myocardium were determined with immunohistochemistry and myocardial ultrastructure at the ischemia region was observed with the transmission electron microscope after myocardial reperfusion injury. Results Compared with the model group, LDH-LXK and TNF-αICAM-1 levels were lower, myocardial ultrastructural changes were improved in all the other four groups treated by different Chinese medicine (P<0.01 or P<0.05), especially in the group treating both phlegm and stasis. Conclusion The removing phlegm and enlarging chest method, activating blood and dissolving stasis method, treating both phlegm and blood stasis method can protect myocardium from M1/R1, especially the method of treating both phlegm and blood stasis.
