This paper summarized the characteristics of constitution, disease, and syndrome of five different phenotypes of bronchial asthma including allergic asthma, cough variant asthma, chest tightness variant asthma, psychological stress asthma, and hormone-dependent asthma, and systematically expounds the application of three-dimensional diagnosis and treatment pattern, that is differentiation of constitution, disease and syndromes in the five phenotypes of bronchial asthma. It is considered that the allergic constitution is the main one of bronchial asthma, which is usually combined with the constitutions of qi-deficiency, yin-deficiency, yang-deficiency, qi-stagnation and others. In the treatment of bronchial asthma, constitution, disease and syndromes should all be taken into account but applied flexibly according to the order of the urgency and priority. The three-dimensional diagnosis and treatment pattern can reflect the essential characteristics and clinical panorama of bronchial asthma more comprehensively and objectively and provide effective intervention measures and management programs for the prevention and treatment by traditional Chinese medicine.

OBJECTIVE:To compare the eff icacy and safety of rivaroxaban versus enoxaparin in the treatment of malignant tumor complicated with venous thromboembolism (VTE),and to provide evidence-based reference to the clinic. METHODS : Retrieved from PubMed ,Embase,Cochrane Library ,Clinical Trials ,CNKI,CBM and VIP ,clinical trials or observational studies about rivaroxaban versus enoxaparin were collected during the inception to Apr. 2020. After literature screening and data extraction , the quality of included literatures were evaluated by Newcastle Ottawa scale ;Stata 15.0 software was used to conduct Meta-analysis,sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis. RESULTS :A total of 5 observational clinical cohort studies were retrieved, including 4 retrospective cohort studies and one prospective cohort study. Totally 997 patients were included ,among which 625 patients received enoxaparin and 372 patients received rivaroxaban. Results of Meta-analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in recurrence rate of VTE at 3 months follow-up [RR =0.91,95%CI(0.50,1.66),P=0.760] and 6 months follow-up [RR =0.53,95%CI(0.24,1.15),P=0.106] as well as the incidence of massive hemorrhage at 3 months follow-up [RR = 1.22 ,95%CI(0.66,2.25),P=0.530] and 6 months follow-up [RR =1.30,95%CI(0.73,2.33),P=0.368]. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that the results of above Meta-analysis were stable ;the results of publication bias analysis showed that there was less possibility of publication bias in this study. CONCLUSIONS :Rivaroxaban is as effective and safe as enoxaparin in the treatment of malignant tumor with VTE.

Objective:To evaluate the treatment efficacy of children with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and to explore the prognostic risk factors. Methods:The clinical and laboratory data of children with newly diagnosed T-ALL in Children's Hospital of Fudan University and Children's Hospital of Shanghai from January 2002 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and compared with children with newly diagnosed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) in the same period. The treatment protocols were based on the combination of the Berlin-Frankfurt-Münster (BFM)-ALL regimen with chemotherapy. The treatment response and infection of the children were observed. Cox proportional hazard regression model single-factor and multifactor analysis were used to evaluate the prognostic factors.Results:Seventy-one children with T-ALL and 333 children with B-ALL were enrolled. The clinical features including gender, age, central nervous system leukemia as well as the white blood cell count at first diagnosis were significantly different between the two groups (all P < 0.05). The prednisone good response rates of children with T-ALL were lower than that of B-ALL [78.9% (56/71) vs. 93.4% (311/333), P < 0.01], and the complete remission rates were lower than that of [94.4% (67/71) vs. 99.1% (330/333), P= 0.023]. By the end of follow-up, the relapse rates of children with T-ALL and B-ALL were 20.9% (14/67) and 16.4% (54/330) ( P= 0.369). The children with T-ALL had a shorter time to relapse compared with children with B-ALL [64.3% (9/14) vs. 35.2% (19/54), P= 0.049]. The 5-year overall survival (OS) rates of children with T-ALL and B-ALL were (62.1±6.4)% and (81.3±2.4)% (P < 0.05), and the 5-year event free survival (EFS) rates were (61.0±6.3)% and (71.0±2.7)% (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in OS and EFS among pro/pre T-ALL, cortical T-ALL and mature T-ALL (both P > 0.05). The difference of EFS curves between children with early T-precursor (ETP)-ALL and non-ETP ALL was statistically significant ( P= 0.044). The most common infection site was respiratory tract [63.9% (186/291)], and the gram-negative bacteria accounted for 43.5% (20/46). Cox univariate analysis showed that prednisone poor response, bone marrow non-remission on day 33 of induction-therapy, relapse and sepsis were prognostic risk factors for children with T-ALL (all P < 0.05), and Cox multivariate analysis showed that the latter three were independent prognostic risk factors (all P < 0.05). Conclusions:The prognosis of children with T-ALL is worse than children with B-ALL, and T-ALL patients are prone to early relapse. The EFS of children with ETP-ALL is poor. Non-remission at the end of induction-therapy, relapse and sepsis are independent risk factors for prognosis.

BACKGROUND:
The types and number of day surgery are increasing, what is the result of day surgery of selected patients with lung cancer? To explore the operation process and clinical effect of day surgery in patients with lung cancer by fusing the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
METHODS:
A prospective study was planned with the approval of our institutional review board. 153 lung cancer patients who underwent anatomic resection in a single medical group between June 2019 and Nov 2019 were randomized. 20 patients were applied day surgery and 28 patients by inpatient surgery and the average length of stay, average hospital cost , complications and adverse reactions were analysed.
RESULTS:
The average hospital day in DSG group (1 d) was significantly shorter than in ISG group (7.7±2.8) d (P=0.000). The average hospital cost in DSG group (38,297.3±3,408.7)¥ was significantly lower than in ISG group (47,831.1±7,376.1)¥ (P=0.000). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the daytime surgery group (5.0%) and the inpatient surgery group (3.6%) (P=0.812). The postoperation adverse reactions in DSG (10.0%) and ISG (17.9%) is no difference (P=0.72).
CONCLUSIONS
Our study showed that the same clinical effect achieved between DSG and ISG, and recover quickly lung cancer patients after day surgery.

OBJECTIVE:
To detect pathological variant in two patients with Chediak-Higashi syndrome (CHS) from a consanguineous family and to explore its genotype-phenotype correlation.
METHODS:
Clinical data was collected for this pedigree. Genomic DNA was prepared from probands' peripheral leukocytes and their relatives' fingernail. Whole exome sequencing and Sanger sequencing were carried out to detect potential variant of the LYST gene.
RESULTS:
The proband presented with partial oculocutaneous albinism, immunodeficiency and acidophilic inclusion body in bone marrow and blood smears. A novel homozygous nonsense variant c.8782C>T (p.Gln2928*) was identified in exon 34 of the LYST gene in the sib pair. The same variant was found to be in heterozygous status in 6 unaffected individuals from the pedigree.
CONCLUSION
Above result enriched the mutational spectrum of CHS and provided a basis for genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis for this pedigree.

Among them, the vaccination rate of primary hospitals [17.39%(40/230)] was higher than that of other hospitals (χ2=15.80, P<0.05). If the vaccine could be free, 84.82% (609/718) of HCWs would like to be vaccinated. The multivariate logistic regression showed that the factors, HCWs who were aged≥50 years (OR=3.44, 95%CI:1.43-8.28), worked in department of prevention and health care (OR=2.35, 95%CI : 1.16-4.75), learned about the quadrivalent influenza vaccine ( OR=2.94, 95%CI : 2.08-4.18), knowed that HCWs are priority ( OR=2.33, 95%CI : 1.56-3.48), and had a history of trivalent influenza vaccination from 2015 to 2017 (OR=4.70, 95%CI:3.08-7.15), were associated with the vaccination intention. Conclusion HCWs in the Pearl River Delta region had weak inclination of getting quadrivalent influenza vaccine. HCWs who were age (≥50 years old), worked in department of prevention and health care, learned about the quadrivalent influenza vaccine, knowed that HCWs are priority, and had a history of trivalent influenza vaccination from 2015 to 2017 were factors positively associated with the vaccination intention.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative electroacupuncture intervention on postoperative delirium (POD) in hip replacement surgery patients.Method One hundred and twenty-eight patients who would undergo hip replacement surgery were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 64 cases each. The treatment group received perioperative electroacupuncture and the control group, routine preoperative preparation and postoperative treatment. Serum S100β protein concentration was measured in the two groups of patients at one day before, the end of and one day after surgery. The incidences of POD were compared between the two groups at one, two and three days after surgery.Result There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of POD between at one day after surgery and recovery from anesthesia in the two groups (P<0.01). In the treatment group, the incidence of POD was significantly lower at two and three days than at one day after surgery (bothP<0.05) and at three days than at two days after surgery (bothP<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of POD between the treatment and control groups at different time points (recovery from anesthesia, and one, two and three days after surgery) (P<0.01). In the treatment group, there was a statistically significant difference in S100β protein concentration between at one day after and the end of surgery (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in S100β protein concentration between the treatment and control groups at the end of and one day after surgery (P<0.05).Conclusions Perioperative electroacupuncture treatment can effectively decrease postoperative incidence of delirium and its duration in hip replacement surgery patients.
