1.Expression of interleukin-31 in hypertrophic scar from postoperative incision tissue

		                        			Objective:To explore the interleukin-31 protein expression in the hypertrophic scar of incision tissue after surgery and its underlying pathological impact.Methods:From February 2022 to February 2023, three HS patients scar tissue (HS) and their normal skin tissue (Control, NS) were obtained. Two patients were female and one patient was male. The tissues were fixed in 4% formalin and embedded in paraffin. Haematoxylin-eosin (HE) stain and immunohistochemical stain were used to evaluate the epidermal thickness, myofibroblasts of dermis and the expression level of IL-31 between HS and NS.Results:The epidermis thickness was (303.88±46.03) μm in HS group, while (133.02±17.40) μm in NS group ( t=12.60, P<0.001). The expression level of IL-31 protein was measured by IRS score and positive cell density. The IRS score was 9.89±2.03 of the basal layer in HS group and was 4.33±1.66 of the basal layer in NS group. The positive cell density was 786 343.83±159 627.97 of the basal layer in HS group ( P<0.001) and was 555 457.61±128 097.21 of the basal layer in NS group ( P=0.014). In the dermis layer, the IRS score was 7.11±1.05 in HS group and was 4.33±0.71 in NS group, the positive cell density was 156 760.97±26 046.10 in HS group ( P<0.001) and was 49 576.01±52 369.33 in NS group ( P<0.001). In the dermis layer, the count of myofibroblasts was 120.44±15.75 in HS group while was 27.39±14.89 in NS group ( t=23.79, P<0.001). Conclusions:Our study demonstrates that both myofibroblast count and IL-31 protein expression level are notably increased in HS patients. The expression of IL-31 protein is prominent in the cytoplasm of myofibroblasts, basal cells, macrophages and mast cells which could implicate that IL-31 may be a potential therapeutic target to enhance the resolution of HS.

		                        			The remote electrocardiograph (ECG) monitoring technique is a combination of microelectronics technology, artificial intelligence technology, modern communication technology and modern medical technology. The key technical points of remote ECG monitoring system includes data preprocessing, identification of feature point, analysis and diagnosis, and remote warning. By using remote ECG monitoring technique, doctors can cross the limitation of domain and implement ECG monitoring, early warning and relevant disposal measures for patients at anytime and anywhere. 3.Research on Three-dimensional Medical Image Reconstruction and Interaction Based on HTML5 and Visualization Toolkit.

		                        			Integrating visualization toolkit and the capability of interaction, bidirectional communication and graphics rendering which provided by HTML5, we explored and experimented on the feasibility of remote medical image reconstruction and interaction in pure Web. We prompted server-centric method which did not need to download the big medical data to local connections and avoided considering network transmission pressure and the three-dimensional (3D) rendering capability of client hardware. The method integrated remote medical image reconstruction and interaction into Web seamlessly, which was applicable to lower-end computers and mobile devices. Finally, we tested this method in the Internet and achieved real-time effects. This Web-based 3D reconstruction and interaction method, which crosses over internet terminals and performance limited devices, may be useful for remote medical assistant.

4.Application of microwave technology in the accelerating tube of medical electron linear accelerator

		                        			Objective:To learn and master the application of microwave technology in medical electron linear accelerator tube. Methods: Introduced the structure and principle of medical electron linear accelerator, traveling wave accelerating tube and standing wave accelerating tube;compared the structure, stable system and transport system of traveling wave accelerating tube standing wave accelerating tube. Results:standing wave accelerating cube have higher efficiency, shorter accelerating cube and electron gun, but have higher demand for pulse modulator, automatic frequency stabilization, the deflection system and microwave transmission systems. Traveling wave accelerating cube have lower efficiency, but have better energy spectrum and easy to adjust. Conclusion:Both traveling wave accelerating cube and standing wave accelerating cube were used in medical electron linear accelerator nowadays, it's easy to master medical electron accelerator after knowing the application of microwave in medical electron linear accelerator.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Development of the electrohydraulic lithotripter

9.THE ORIGIN OF NORADRENERGIC FIBERS IN THE SEPTUM OF THE RAT——A STUDY OF COMBINED RETROGRADE FLUORESCENT LABELING AND HISTOFLUORESCENCE

		                        			21 albino rats were used. The origin of the noradrenergic (NA) fibers in the septum was studied with a simultaneously combined retrograde fluorescent tracing and histofluorescence method. The results revealed that the NA neurons projecting to the septum were in A_1, A_2 and A_6 groups. The projections of A_1 were bilateral, But A_2 and A_6 projected dominantly to the ipsilateral septum, with a few to the contralateral. Retrograde labeled NA cells were localized in the rostrodorsal part of A_6 group, and scattered over the whole rostrocaudal length of A_(1,2) groups. No labeling was seen in A_4 and A_7 groups. In five of the animals, retrograde labeled NA cells were occasionally observed in A_5 group. In addition, some scattered labeled non-NA neurons were seen in the raphe and the ventrolateral reticular formation of the rostral medulla.

		                        			The distribution and morphological characteristics of CA-containing cell bodies of diencephalon in 7-9monthold fetuses were studied by means of Faglu histofluoresccnce method. Although the general distribution of CA cell bodies in the human diencephalon observed in the present study is similar to that in other mammals, there are some significant differences. A great number of CA neurons occur within the lateroventral hypothalamic zone.
