1.Analyzing the influencing factors of occupational burnout among disease control and prevention staffs in Sichuan Province

		                        			Objective To assess the situation and influencing factors of occupational burnout among the staff at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Sichuan Province. Methods A total of 1 038 CDC staff members in Sichuan Province were selected as the study subjects using the stratified random sampling method. Occupational burnout of the staff was assessed using the Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey via an online questionnaire. Results The detection rate of occupational burnout was 42.3% (439/1 038). Binary logistic regression analysis result showed that, after controlling for confounding factors such as education level and alcohol consumption, CDC staffs aged at 20-<31, 31-<41, and 41-<51 years were at higher risk of occupational burnout compared with those ≥51 years (all P<0.05). CDC staffs with 5-<10 or ≥10 years of service had higher occupational burnout risk compared with those with <5 years (both P<0.05). CDC staffs with poor or fair health status, irregular diet, and poor sleep quality had higher risk of occupational burnout compared with those healthy, have regular diet, and good sleep quality (all P<0.05). The risk of occupational burnout increased with higher overtime frequency (all P<0.05). Conclusion Occupational burnout among CDC staffs in Sichuan Province is relatively high. 2.Effect of Slicing Angle and Initial Water Content on Water Migration and Effective Ingredient Content in Drying Process of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma

		                        			ObjectiveTo explore the effects of angle and original moisture content on the moisture distribution, migration and contents of effective components in the drying process of sliced Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(SMRR). MethodsSet the slicing angles of SMRR at 30°, 45°, and 90°. Cut the fresh samples, 1/3 dehydrated samples, and 2/3 dehydrated samples, dry them in an oven at 40 ℃ and take samples at the set time points. Low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) were used to analyze the changes in transverse relaxation time(T2) of SMRR samples in 9 treatment groups at specific times, as well as the distribution and migration of water in the samples. The contents of tanshinone ⅡA, tanshinone Ⅰ, cryptotanshinone, and salvianolic acid B in samples from 9 different treatment groups were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and the best processing technology of SMRR was screened by combining with One-way ANOVA, Duncan multiple comparison and principal component analysis(PCA). ResultsThe moisture content of dry basis of SMRR in each treatment group decreased with the extension of drying time. The drying rate of fresh cut group decreased slowly at first, while the drying rate of water loss group showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing. The internal water of SMRR could be divided into three states, including bound water, non flowing water and free water. During the drying process, the water migration law showed that the free water of fresh cut group disappeared after drying for 12 h, the content of bound water gradually decreased, and the overall fluidity deteriorated. In the water loss group, part of the free water was transformed into more cohesive and non flowing water after drying for 3 h, and the three kinds of water basically disappeared after drying for 12 h. The MRI results showed that the entire dehydration process slowly moved from the outer side to the center, and the internal water eventually dissipated. In terms of the contents of active ingredients, the order of the effect of slicing angle on the total content of active ingredients in SMRR was 30°>45°>90°. The content of tanshinones was ranked as 1/3 dehydrated group>2/3 dehydrated group>fresh cut group, and the content of salvianolic acid B was ranked as 1/3 dehydrated group>fresh cut group>2/3 dehydrated group. Combined with the results of PCA and comprehensive scoring results, the overall level of effective component content in SMRR was the highest when cut at 30° after 1/3 of water loss. ConclusionAfter comprehensive evaluation, SMRR can be sliced at 30° after 1/3 of water loss. It is not only easy to cut, but also the surface and cross-sectional colors remain basically unchanged after drying, which is similar to the color under traditional processing, and the effective ingredients are preserved the highest. 3.Research progress in micro/nanobubbles for ultrasound diagnosis or treatment

		                        			 In the past few decades, microbubbles were widely used as ultrasound contrast agents in the field of tumor imaging. With the development of research, ultrasound targeted microbubble destruction technology combined with drug-loaded microbubbles can achieve precise drug release and play a therapeutic role. As a micron-scale carrier, microbubbles are difficult to penetrate the endothelial cell space of tumors, and nano-scale drug delivery system—nanobubbles came into being. The structure of the two is similar, but the difference in size highlights the unique advantages of nanobubbles in drug delivery. Based on the classification principle of shell materials, this review summarized micro/nanobubbles used for ultrasound diagnosis or treatment and discussed the possible development directions, providing references for the subsequent development. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Study on the Acupoint Selection and Medication Rules of Acupoint Application as An Advantageous Therapy in the Treatment of Stroke

		                        			Objective To study the acupoint selection and medication rules of acupoint application as an advantageous therapy in treating stroke.Methods The clinical literature from CNKI,Wanfang,CBMdisc,and other databases were searched,and Excel 2013 was used to count the frequency of disease,acupoint selection,and medication,and to analyze the acupoint selection rules using SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Modeler.Results Finally,523 articles were included in the literature,among which,the literature on the treatment of post-stroke constipation with acupoint patch was the most,and the related literature was further screened to analyze the acupoint selection and medication rules,and it was concluded that the most frequently applied acupoints of acupoint application for the treatment of post-stroke constipation were Shenque(RN8),Tianshu(ST25),Zhongwan(RN12),Zusanli(ST36),and the acupoints were mainly taken from conception vessel,stomach meridian and gallbladder meridian,and the core prescriptions were Shenque,Tianshu,Zhongwan,Qihai(RN6),Guanyuan(RN4),Zusanli.For the treatment of post-stroke constipation,acupoint application is often used with Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Aurantii Fructus Immaturus,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus and Borneolum Syntheticum,among which,warm and cold nature drugs are mainly used,and bitter drugs are most frequently used among five flavors,and most frequently enter to the spleen meridian;and the core prescription is Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Aurantii Fructus Immaturus,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus and Borneolum Syntheticum.Conclusion Acupoint application is an advantageous treatment for treating post-stroke constipation.The selection of acupoints was based on the conception vessel and stomach meridian,and the medication used were mainly focusing on those with functions of unblocking the bowels and directing qi downward,supplemented by strengthening the spleen and benefiting qi,warming the meridians and nourishing the blood.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Preparation and immunogenicity evaluation of two PreF trimer recombinant protein vaccines against respiratory syncytial virus

		                        			Objective:To construct and purify four respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) PreF proteins through gene sequence design and optimization and evaluate their immunogenicity.Methods:Coronin-1A and T4 trimer protein gene sequences were optimized with Human and CHO codons, and then added to RSV F protein sequence. The above plasmids were transfected into Expi293F cells for protein expression. After purification by nickel column, four trimer proteins were prepared. SDS-PAGE and Western blot were performed for protein identification. BALB/c mice were immunized at week 0 and week 3, and blood samples were collected to measure the activities of binding and neutralizing antibodies in serum.Results:SDS-PAGE and Western blot showed that the four proteins had stable trimer structure. Antigen-antibody affinity test showed that the four trimer proteins had strong affinity with RSV-specific monoclonal antibodies 8897, D25, Motavizumab, AM14 and Palivizumab. The titers of antibodies induced by the two T4 trimers were higher after the initial immunization, while there was a substantial increase in the titers of antibodies induced by Human codon-optimized trimer protein after the second immunization.Conclusions:PreF trimer protein can be prepared by adding any of the two different heterotrimer motifs, and induce effective binding and neutralizing antibodies in mice.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6.Immunogenicity of PreF and PostF recombinant protein vaccines against respiratory syncytial virus

		                        			Objective:To compare the immunogenicity of the prefusion (PreF) and postfusion (PostF) conformations of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) F protein.Methods:The expression of PreF and PostF recombinant proteins was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. The binding affinity between F protein and its specific antibodies was detected by Octet. The binding antibodies and neutralizing antibodies in immune serum were detected after immunizing mice with PreF or PostF recombinant protein.Results:PreF protein was stable in the form of a trimer after modification with higher binding affinity with monoclonal antibodies such as D25, 8897, AM14, Palivizumab and Motavizumab. PostF protein lacked the antigenic site ? and showed a monomer conformation. Besides, it was unable to bind to D25, 8897 and AM14 antibodies. Animal experiments showed that AS01 adjuvant was better than aluminum adjuvant in inducing binding antibodies and neutralizing antibodies against RSV Long strains. The binding antibodies induced by PreF and PostF recombinant proteins had similar binding ability to PreF protein, while the binding antibodies induced by PostF recombinant protein showed stronger binding ability to PostF than to PreF.Conclusions:PreF has more epitopes and the trimer form of PreF recombinant protein after modification is more stable and can induce stronger neutralizing antibodies. Moreover, the immunopotentiating effect of AS01 adjuvant is better than that of aluminum adjuvant. Therefore, stabilization-based trimer structure modification of PreF and the development of adjuvants are crucial for the development of RSV vaccines.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
7.Relationship and clinical significance of ctDNA methylation and postoperative recurrence of thyroid cancer

		                        			Objective:To investigate the relationship and clinical significance of circulating tu-mor DNA(ctDNA)methylation with postoperative recurrence of thyroid cancer.Method:5 pa-tients with recurrent thyroid cancer in our hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 2 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The level of ctDNA methylation in peripheral blood of the two groups was detected by Illumina high-throughput sequencing system.Gene ontology(GO)function analysis and Kyoto gene and genome encyclope-dia(KEGG)signal pathway analysis were carried out on the methylation region genes with signifi-cant differences through the DAVID gene function analysis platform.Result:There were 7787 dif-ferential ctDNA methylation sites between the two groups.2914(37.4%)were hypermethylation sites and 4873(62.6%)were low methylation sites.GO functional analysis showed that differentially methylated genes were enriched in molecular functions such as DNA-binding transcriptional acti-vation,cell-substrate adhesion,glycoprotein complex and other cellular components.KEGG path-way analysis showed that differentially methylated genes were enriched in thyroid carcinoma signal pathway,cell adhesion molecules,RAP1 signal pathway,RAS signal pathway,MAPK signal path-way and so on.Conclusion:ctDNA methylation may be involved in cancer recurrence in postop-erative patients with thyroid cancer.Monitoring the level of ctDNA methylation in peripheral blood may be an effective method to indicate the recurrence or metastasis of thyroid cancer and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.

9.Treatment of Asthenospermia and Infertility with Liver Constraint and Kidney Deficiency in 45 Cases by Shugan Bushen Yulin Decoction (疏肝补肾毓麟汤) and Vitamin E Soft Capsules: A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Trial

		                        			ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shugan Bushen Yulin Decoction (疏肝补肾毓麟汤, SBYD) in the treatment of asthenospermia and infertility with liver constraint and kidney deficiency. MethodsA multicenter, randomized, controlled clinical study was conducted in three hospitals in central China. Totally 95 patients with asthenospermia and infertility were controlled. According to random number table, the patients were divided into treatment group (47 cases) and control group (48 cases). The control group was given vitamin E soft capsules (100 mg per time, twice daily) orally, and the treatment group was given SBYD (one dose daily, 30 min after breakfast and dinner, about 200 ml each time) orally. The course of treatment was 12 weeks in both groups. After the treatment, the sperm concentration, percentage of forward motile sperm (PR), and percentage of total sperm activity, that is PR + percentage of non-progressively motile sperm (NP) were compared between groups, and the clinical efficacy was judged. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score (inlcuding 6 single symptom scores and total symptoms score) and 21-item depression, anxiety, and stress scale (DASS-21) scores (including depression, anxiety and stress scores) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The patients were followed up for 6 months, and the pregnancy status of spouse between groups was compared. The occurrence of adverse events and vital signs during the trial were recorded for safety assessment. ResultsTwo cases in the treatment group and three cases in the control group dropped out. Finally, 45 cases in each group were included in the statistical analysis. The total effective rate was 86.67% (39/45) in the treatment group, significantly higher than 73.74% (33/45) in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, PR and PR + NP significantly increased in both groups, and were much higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of lumbar and knee soreness, emotional disturbance, cold sperm, chest and rib-side and lesser abdomen distension and pain, frequent sighing, and the total TCM syndrome score in the treatment group decreased after treatment (P<0.05); and except for cold sperm, the scores of other symptoms mentioned above as well as the total TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of depression, anxiety and stress of DASS-21 in the treatment group decreased after treatment, and were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the spouses of 5 patients in the treatment group and 3 patients in the control group got pregnant (P>0.05). No adverse events occurred in both groups during the treatment, and their vital signs were stable. ConclusionSBYD can obviously improve sperm vitality and effectively improve the clinical symptoms, anxiety and depression, and is safe in treating asthenospermia and infertility with liver constraint and kidney deficiency. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
10.Disease burden of acute viral hepatitis in Guangdong Province, 1990-2019

		                        			Objective:To examine the burden and trends of acute viral hepatitis in Guangdong Province from 1990 to 2019, and provide reference evidences for hepatitis prevention and control in the province.Methods:Data on acute viral hepatitis (hepatitis A, B, C, and E) in Guangdong from 1990 to 2019 were extracted from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019 database. The incidence, prevalence, mortality, and disability-adjusted life years (DALY) data were analyzed by age and gender, and the estimated annual percentage change (EAPC) was calculated to describe the changing trends in disease burden.Results:From 1999 to 2019, the standardized incidence, prevalence, mortality, and DALY of acute viral hepatitis in Guangdong were higher than the national averages. In 2019, 51.43% (2 245 087/4 365 221) of acute viral hepatitis cases in Guangdong Province were mainly attributed to hepatitis B, and 77.18% (106/138) of deaths were due to acute hepatitis B. In different age groups, except for acute hepatitis B, which was more common in adults, the incidence rates of other types of viral hepatitis such as hepatitis A, B, and E showed an overall decreasing trend with age. The mortality rates of different types of acute viral hepatitis, except for the <5 age group, increased with age. The overall incidence and mortality rates of acute viral hepatitis were higher in men than in women.Conclusions:The overall burden of acute viral hepatitis in Guangdong declined in 2019, but remained higher than the national level.
