Objective This study aimed to explore the relationships between residential greenness and cardiometabolic risk factors among rural adults in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang)and thus provide a theoretical basis and data support for improving the health of residents in this region. Methods We recruited 9,723 adult rural residents from the 51st Regiment of the Third Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in September 2016.The normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)was used to estimate residential greenness. The generalized linear mixed model(GLMM)was used to examine the association between residential greenness and cardiometabolic risk factors. Results Higher residential greenness was associated with lower cardiometabolic risk factor prevalence. After adjustments were made for age, sex, education, and marital status, for each interquartile range(IQR)increase of NDVI500-m,the risk of hypertension was reduced by 10.3%(OR=0.897,95%CI=0.836-0.962),the risk of obesity by 20.5%(OR=0.795,95%CI=0.695-0.910),the risk of type 2 diabetes by 15.1%(OR=0.849,95%CI=0.740-0.974),and the risk of dyslipidemia by 10.5%(OR=0.895,95%CI=0.825-0.971).Risk factor aggregation was reduced by 20.4%(OR=0.796,95%CI=0.716-0.885)for the same.Stratified analysis showed that NDVI500-m was associated more strongly with hypertension, dyslipidemia, and risk factor aggregation among male participants. The association of NDVI500-m with type 2 diabetes was stronger among participants with a higher education level.PM10 and physical activity mediated 1.9%-9.2%of the associations between NDVI500-m and obesity, dyslipidemia, and risk factor aggregation. Conclusion Higher residential greenness has a protective effect against cardiometabolic risk factors among rural residents in Xinjiang.Increasing the area of green space around residences is an effective measure to reduce the burden of cardiometabolic-related diseases among rural residents in Xinjiang.

Objective To analyze the application value and clinical experience of intraoperative ultrasound in microsurgical resection of supratentorial cavernous malformations. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,31 patients with supratentorial cavernous malformations were operated with assistance of intraoperative ultrasound in our hospital.Intraoperative ultrasound could clearly show the locations and sizes of the lesions, and relations of lesions with surrounding structures to choose appropriate surgical routes. The degrees of resection were judged and complications were recorded. The patients were followed up for 3-6 months, and modified Rankin scale (mRS) was used to evaluate the prognoses. Results In these 31 patients,35 cavernous hemangiomas were diagnosed by MR imaging before surgery;33 lesions were removed surgically, and the other two lesions located in the contralateral side of the operative field were not removed. The accuracy of intraoperative ultrasound guiding the lesions was up to 100%.There were no postoperative infections or deaths.During follow-up,mRS score of 28 patients was 0;the other 3 patients with postoperative neurological impairment recovered partially during follow-up.Conclusion With the help of real-time monitoring of intraoperative ultrasound and location technique of small pieces of hemostatic yam, patients with supratentorial cavernous malformations could acquire satisfactory prognosis through meticulous microsurgery.

Objective To analyze the difference of soft and hard tissues between beautiful face and ordinary face in young Han women for providing data basis for modification of lower facial contour. Methods 38 cases of young Han women were selected with craniofacial spiral CT scanning,three-dimensional reconstruction and histomorphometry of the mandibular angle region (12 cases of beautiful face and 26 cases of ordinary face). Results The difference of bony bigonial breadth, lower face width, angle of mandibular angle, mandibular branch width and height, the distance between the mandibular angle point and pogonion in mandibular angle region had statistical significance (P < 0.05);the difference of mandibular angle thickness had no statistical significance (P>0.05);the difference of masseter muscle length, width and thickness had statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusions In clinical lower facial contour modification practice,we can refer to the data of soft and hard tissue of mandibular angle region of beautiful face, combining with the specific circumstances of the pursuit of beautiful people and select the appropriate surgical approach for lower facial contour modification.

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum pregnancy associated plasma protein A (PAAA‐A) ex‐pression and gene polymorphism with the severity of coronary lesions in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) .Methods Ninety‐eight patients with CHD in the Nanyang Municipal Central Hospital were selected as the observation group and divided into single vessel lesion group and multiple vessel lesion group according to coronary angiographic results .Ninety‐eight individuals un‐dergoing healthy physical examination were selected as the control group .The venous blood was collected at the visiting hospital in the observation group and at the physical examination in the control group for detecting the serum PAPP‐A protein level by ELISA .PAPP‐A gene and IVS6+ 95 polymorphism were analyzed by adopting polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR‐RELP) .Results Compared with the control group ,peripheral blood PAPP‐A protein level in the obser‐vation group was significantly increased(P<0 .05) ,moreover the PAPP‐A protein level in the multiple vessel lesion group was sig‐nificantly higher than that of the single vessel lesion group (P<0 .05) .The peripheral blood PAPP‐A level was positively correlated with the severity of CHD .Three genotypes existed in PAPP‐A gene IVS6+95 locus ,including CG heterozygous ,homozygous CC and GG homozygous type .The CC homozygous allele frequency in the patients with multiple vessel lesion was higher than that in the patients with single vessel lesion (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The PAPP‐A protein level and IVS6+95 polymorphism have a close relation with the severity of coronary lesions in patients with CHD .CC genotype may be one of genetic susceptibility gene markers in the patients with CHD .

Objective To determine whether rTFPI could inhibit vascular thrombosis and salvage random pattern skin flaps following AIRC in rat models. Methods From April,2013 to June,2015,30 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into 3 groups;a control group,an avulsion injury with roll compaction (AIRC) group, and an AIRC plus rTFPI therapy group. An 8.0 cm× 2.5 cm random flap was raised on the dorsum of each rat.The AIRC and AIRC plus rTFPI flaps were then altered with a device designed to simulate avulsion injury with roll compaction. After flap closure primarily, treatment was initiated immediately and continued for 3 days.Phosphate buffered saline was used in the control group and the AIRC group, while the AIRC plus rTFPI group received the recombinant Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor.Laser Doppler flowmetry and infra-red thermalgraphy were used on postoperative day three to assess nicrocirculatory blood flow and viability of the avulsed flaps. At postoperative day seven, final flap survival was determined.Using SPSS19.0 statistical analysis. Results The flap survival in AIRC group was only (32.7 ± 5.2)% versus (62.5 ± 6.5)% in control group, but the flap survival significantly increased (51.6 ± 8.2)% after topical injecting rTFPI in experimental group.Statistically significant differences exist (P < 0.05) between every two groups. The detection results of Laser-Doppler flowmetry and infra-red thermography showed that perfusion arrived the centre of the flaps in experimental group, while perfusion only arrived the proximal part of the flaps in the AIRC control group. Conclusion rTFPI therapy is effective in reducing ischemic necrosis of random pattern flaps following avulsion injury in the rat model. It suggests that rTFPI therapy may play an important role in clinical salvage of the failing avulsion injuries with roll compaction.
