{L-End}Objective To understand the prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) and sickness absence due to WMSDs among key industry workers in Shenzhen City. {L-End}Methods A total of 14 949 workers exposed to dust, noise, chemical and radiation (hereinafter referred to as "traditional occupational groups") in some key industries in Shenzhen City, as well as bus drivers, teachers, medical staff, policemen, courier, sanitation workers and video operators were selected as the research subjects using stratified cluster sampling. The Musculoskeletal Disorders Questionnaire was used to investigate the prevalence of WMSDs and sickness absence due to WMSDs in the past year. {L-End}Results The overall prevalence of WMSDs among the study subjects was 56.3% (8 423/14 949). The prevalence of WMSDs in different body parts from high to low was neck, waist, shoulder, back, knee, wrist, ankle, hip, and elbow, which was 37.6%, 35.7%, 31.7%, 25.2%, 18.3%, 15.4%, 14.9%, 12.4%, and 11.6%, respectively (P<0.01). The overall prevalence of WMSDs among different occupational groups from high to low was teachers, video operators, bus drivers, couriers, medical staff, policemen, traditional occupational groups, and sanitation workers, which was 82.2%, 75.7%, 74.9%, 73.9%, 67.9%, 64.3%, 43.3%, and 31.9%, respectively (P<0.01). The overall rate of sickness absence due to WMSDs was 18.3% (2 736/14 949). The overall rate of sickness absence among different occupational groups from high to low was bus drivers, couriers, teachers, traditional occupational groups, policemen, video operators, medical staff, and sanitation workers, which was 31.6%, 24.5%, 20.9%, 20.2%, 15.2%, 12.4%, 9.3%, and 6.7%, respectively (P<0.01). Among different parts of the body, the highest correlation coefficient of WMSDs was found between neck and shoulder ［correlatioon cofficient (r)=0.648, P<0.01］, while the lowest was between neck and ankle (r=0.303, P<0.01). {L-End}Conclusion The prevalence of WMSDs and sickness absence due to WMSDs among key industry workers in Shenzhen City is relatively high. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken according to the characteristics of occupational population to reduce the impact of WMSDs on the health of occupational population.

Objective:To study the feasibility of 3-D reconstruction model in the observation of tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin(TCDD) effected palatal organ development of fetal mouse.Methods:Kunming mice treated 40 ug/kg TCDD by lavage on day 12.5 of pregnancy were used as in the experimental group,isodose corn oil treated in the control group.On day 13.5,14.5 and 15.5 of pregnancy heads of the fetal mice were taken out and fixed.Conventional paraffin serial sections of palatal organ were preparated and dyed by hematoxylin-eosin,images of the palatal organs were collected and photoshop treated,3-D reconstruction of the palatal organ was performed by 3D-DOCTOR software.Results:3-D reconstruction images showed that palatal organs moved from on both sides above the tongue and gradually closed and merged in the control group.In the experimental group,the palatal organs moved from on both sides above the tongue was later than control group,gradually closed,but not merged,formed cleft palate.Conclusion:3D-DOCTOR software reconstruction can be used for the study of the development process effected by TCDD in the pregnant mouse.

Objective To compare the effect of Solitaire AB and Enterprise stent-assisted endovascular embolization of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms. Methods The clinical data 218 patients with intracranial aneurysm treated with Solitaire AB stent or Enterprise stent in Guangdong General Hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Seventy patients were treated with Solitaire AB stents and 148 were treated with Enterprise stents. They were followed up after procedure (2 months to 2 years). The Raymond grade and the modified Rankin scale (mRS)scores were used to compare the efficacy of the 2 kinds of stents. Results There were no significant differences in patients before procedure in the Hunt-Hess grade (Z = 1. 550,P = 0. 121),Fisher grade (Z =1. 537,P =0. 124),aneurysm size (Z =0. 192,P =0. 848),and position (χ2 = 0. 337,P = 0. 736)between the 2 stent groups,while there were no significant differences in patients after procedure in the instant Raymond grade (Z = 0. 682,P = 0. 495), follow-up Raymond grade (Z = 0. 206,P =0. 837),and mRS score (P =0. 662)between the 2 stent groups. Further multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the stent type (Solitaire AB stent or Enterprise stent),Raymond grade follow-up grade (OR,0. 029 ,95% CI 0. 126 - 0. 199,P = 0. 661 ),and postoperative mRS score (OR,2. 000,95% CI 0. 204 - 19. 603,P = 0. 552)had no influence on the
prognosis. Conclusions In the assisted embolization of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms using the Solitaire AB and Enterprise stents,the effects of both stents are good in the assisted embolization of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.

Objective To explore the protective effect of folic acid supplementation in different ways on lipopolysaccharide-induced external malformations and skeletal malformations in mice.Methods The pregnant mice were divided into six groups randomly,including saline control group,FA control group,LPS group,LPS+FAig group,LPS+FAip group,and LPS+FAdw group.All dams were medicated on gestational day 8～12,and then sacrificed on gestational day 18,for each litter,the number of live fetuses,dead fetuses,resorption fetuses and external malformations of live fetuses were all counted.All fetuses were subsequently evaluated the skeletal malformations.Results A low dose of LPS injection during the second trimester resulted in external and skeletal malformations.Exencephaly and encephalomeningocele were two of the most common external malformations,skeletal malformations consisted mainly of the incompletion of supraoccipital ossification,sternal malformation and rib malformation.FA supplementation by three ways all attenuated the external and skeletal malformations.And the best protective effect was by oral administration.The incidence of external,sternal and rib malformation was all decreased.Conclusions Three ways can prevent the mice during the second trimester from the external and skeletal malformations caused by LPS injection,and the best protective effect was by intragastric administration.

Objective To observe preinjection of dezocine on different injection speed on induced cough response.Methods 200 undergoing general anesthesia operation patients with ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ were randomly divided into four groups,each group with 50 people.Ⅰ,Ⅱ (experi-mental group)were injected before induction of intravenous dezocine 0.1 mg /kg (diluted with nor-mal saline to 5 mL),Ⅲ,Ⅳ (control group)were injected with physiological saline 5 mL.General anesthesia were inducted after 5 minutes in each group,including Ⅰ,Ⅲ group as fast injection group,infusion of sufentanil 0.5 μg /kg with 5s injection time;Ⅱ,Ⅳ group was slow injection group with infusion of sufentanil 0.5μg /kg,injection time was 30 s.Incidence and intensity of in-fusion of sufentanil after 2 min cough were observed and recorded.The changes of SBP,DBP and HR before and after tracheal intubation were record.Results Difference in SBP,DBP and HR was no significant before and after intubation in four groups (P >0.05).The incidence of cough inⅠ,Ⅱ group was significantly more than the Ⅳ group (P <0.01),the difference was statistically significant since the incidence of cough in IV group was lower than that in group Ⅲ (P <0.05). Conclusion Sufentanil injection speed can influence the occurrence of cough response,and pre-implantation using dezocine can effectively reduce the different injection speed of sufentanil induced incidence of cough,effect in slow infusion group was obvious.So it is a good way to ensure stablity during anesthesia induction.

Objective To explore the related factors on the mental health and the correlation between mental health status and social support and coping style in patients with occupational diseases in order to provide the scientific basis for making appropriate countermeasures to system intervention .Methods Eighty-seven patients with occupation diseases in our hospital were surveyed by the symptom checklist 90 ( SCL-90 ) , social support rating scale (SSRS), coping style questionnaire (CSQ).Results The mental health status of patients with occupational diseases was poor , and the scores of all factors on SCL-90 in patients were higher than the national norm, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The scores of all factors on social support in patients were significantly lower than the national norm , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The scores of total SSRS, the factors on objective support and support utilization had negative correlation with the scores of total SCL-90 and the part factors in patients (P<0.05).The scores of the part factors on SCL-90 had positive or negative correlation with the scores of the part factors on CSQ (P<0.05), but had not relation with the mature or immature coping style in patients .The scores of problem solving and mature coping style had positive correlation with the scores of subjective support and the total SSRS in patients ( P<0.05).Conclusions The patients with occupation diseases should be given more social support and care in clinical practice , and we should help them adjust mental status and improve the coping style and maintenance of physical and mental health .

BACKGROUND:Animal experiments have demonstrated that transplanted bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs)in the myocardial infarction region can directionally differentiate into myocardial cells with normal physiological function and promote neovascularization. Clinical studies have also showed that the cardiac function can be improved in myocardial infarction and cardiomyopathy patients after stem cell transplantation.OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of autologous BMSCs transplantation on short-term cardiac function of patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy.DESIGN: Self-control study.SETTING: Department of Cardiology, Xiangtan Central Hospital.PARTICIPANTS: Twenty-one patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, including 13 males and 8 females, aged (64±6)years,who received treatment in the Department of Cardiology,Xiangtan Central Hospital of Hunan Province from March 2004 to January 2006 were retrieved. Inclusive criteria: with previous myocardial infarction at least once, B-mode ultrasonic cardiac examination showed that cardiac chamber was expanded, obvious cardiac inadequacy or stenocardia existed before stent implantation and hospitalized repeatedly, underwent percutaneous coronary artery intervention for restoring blood flow of infarcted vessel to TIMI3 degree over 3 months,but cardiac inadequacy existed to different degrees.Coronary arteriongraphy showed that no stenosis was found in the stent implanted in the coronary artery.Informed consents were obtained from all the patients.METHODS:After admission, all the patients received BMSCs transplantation based on routine drug treatment.Infarction-related arterial passage was established by percutaneous transluminal catheter technique and occluded by balloon.Isolated bone marrow stem cell suspension was injected into infarction-related arterial passage through the central cavity of catheter. ① Left ventricular ejection fractions (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd)were measured before and 6 months after transplantation.② 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram evaluation was conducted before and 6 months after transplantation under the precondition of not taking antiarrhythmic drugs. ③Clinical cardiac functional grading was conducted before and 6 months after transplantation by NYHA grading method: Grade Ⅰto Ⅳ: the higher grade, the severer symptom. ④ Adverse events and side effects were observed after operation.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:① LVEF and LVDd were measured before and 6 months after transplantation. ②24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram evaluation results. ③ Clinical cardiac functional grading evaluation results. ④ Post-operative adverse events and side effects.RESULTS:All the involved 21 patients participated in the result analysis.①The LVEF of patients 6 months after transplantation of BMSCs was more than that before transplantation [(54.4±6.2)％, (44.6±6.4)％,t = -5.946, P＜ 0.01], and LVDd of patients 6 months after transplantation was smaller than that before transplantation [(54.6±4.2), (60.2±4.4) mm,t = 5.306, P ＜ 0.01]. ② No new arrhythmic types appeared, and case of malignant serious cardiac arrhythmias were not increased. ③ Six months after transplantation of BMSCs, there were totally 9 patients with cardiac function of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ, while there were 18 patients before transplantation. ④ The whole transplantation was safe.No patients were found to undergo re-examination of coronary arteriongraphy, which showed stent necrosis, due to chest pain, and no dead cases were either found.CONCLUSION:It is feasible to treat ischemic cardiomyopathy by percutaneous coronary transplantation of BMSCs,which can boost LVEF and improve cardiac function after transplantation.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and invasion of gallbladder carcinoma.Method Seventeen specimens of gallbladder carcinoma,9 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 9 cases of chronic cholecystis were assessed by using immunohistochemical method(S-P method).Results There were no significant difference in MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions between gallbladder carcinoma and adenoma,but they were significantly higher than that of chronic cholecystis.The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 had no correlation with the histological differentiation or Nevin staging.Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP-9 may play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis in gallbladder carcinoma.

Objective We investigate lipid peroxidation of compressed myeloid tissue at early stage after decompression of chronic compressive spinal cord injury.Method SOD and MDA of compressed myeloid tissue are measured respectively before compression,before decompression and 3h after decompression.Result Increased MDA while decreased SOD of compressed myeloid tissue at 3h after decompression than before decompression.Conclusion The increased lipid peroxidation of compressed myeloid tissue at early stage after decompression of chronic compressive spinal cord injury.It is possible that it was resulted from ischemical reperfusion injury.
