Objective To track and evaluate the implementation of the Radiation Shielding Requirements in Room of Radiotherapy Installations—Part 1: General Principle (GBZ/T 201.1–2007) among relevant personnel in medical radiation institutions, and to provide a scientific basis for revising the standard. Methods According to the Guidelines for Health Standards Tracking Evaluation (WS/T 536–2017) and the implementation protocol of standard evaluation, an online survey was conducted among 212 relevant workers from 146 medical radiation institutions across 18 provinces in China. The data were aggregated and analyzed with the use of Microsoft Excel 2010. Results A total of 215 questionnaires were returned, of which 212 were valid. Among the valid respondents, 77.8% believe that this standard is universally applied; 96.2% believe that this standard can meet work needs; 63.7% have participated in relevant training on this standard; 74.1% use this standard once or more per year; and 10.8% believe that this standard needs to be revised. Conclusion Medial radiation workers have a high rate of awareness of the basic information and content of the standard, but the understanding and application of the standard content need to be improved. We recommend that relevant departments further strengthen the promotion of and training on the standard, revise some content based on actual situation, and improve workers’ ability to use the standard.

Objective　 : To evaluate the implementation, application, and problems and suggestions of the Radiation Shield- ing Requirements in Room of Radiotherapy Installations—Part 1: General Principle (GBZ/T 201.1—2007) through a survey of relevant personnel in radiation health technical service institutions, and to provide a scientific basis for further revision and implementation of this standard. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among randomly selected per- sonnel in radiation health technical services across China, which mainly investigated the awareness, training, application, and revision suggestions related to the GBZ/T 201.1—2007. The results were aggregated and analyzed. Results: A total of 184 evaluation questionnaires on the GBZ/T 201.1—2007 were collected from technical service staff in 25 provinces. Among the responders, 64.1% thought that the standard had been widely applied; 91.8% thought that the standard could meet work needs; only 54.3% ever received relevant training on the standard; 68.5% used the standard once or more per year; 33.7% thought that the standard needed to be revised. Conclusion The personnel in radiation health technical services have a high awareness rate of the GBZ/T 201.1—2007 and its contents, but their familiarity with and application of the standard need to be improved. Relevant departments should strengthen the training and promotion of the standard, and part of the standard should be revised.

Objective:As the amount of scientific reagents/consumables procurement in tertiary medical institutions increases year by year, it is necessary to seek for a more optimized operation mode for the current management needs to improve the procurement service and management of scientific reagents/consumables.Methods:Focused on the bottleneck problem of scientific research reagents/consumables procurement management, combined with the investigation of management mode in the same field and the review of relevant literature, a scientific research reagents/consumables procurement platform suitable for hospital was established, which was operated in the whole hospital for 2 years and continuingly improved.Results:The application of the scientific reagents/consumables procurement platform is expected to save 7%~8% of the scientific reagents/consumables related expenditure, which can make the scientific research procurement work standardized and simple, the procurement management precise and fast, and also provide favorable support for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in hospitals.Conclusions:This platform is conducive to improving the service and management level of scientific reagents/consumables procurement in our hospital, and has conditions to expand the scope and increase the depth of management and service.

By analyzing the process of X-ray imaging & diagnosis and the possible exposure factors in hospital, Jiangsu province took the lead in issuing the guideline for the nosocomial infection prevention and control of COVID-19 during X-ray imaging and diagnosis. This guideline clarifies the basic requirements for controlling infections during X-ray imaging and diagnosis, the specific measures for staff protection, disinfection of personnel and sites, and the protection and disinfection of subjects, which is instructive for on-site work. It is worth noting that while focusing on controlling infections, the principle of optimal protection for medical exposure cannot be ignored.

It was generally believed that muscular atrophy of paralyzed limbs after stroke was due to disuse. However, recent studies have found that secondary lesions of motor neurons in the contralateral anterior horn of the spinal cord and the decrease of motor units lead to denervation, which plays an essential role in muscular atrophy and muscle fiber type transition. This article reviews the phenomenon and mechanism of muscular atrophy and denervation of paralyzed limbs after stroke, to provide a reference for clinical evaluation and experimental research.

Objective To observe the effect of tirofiban,aspirin and Clopidogrel Hydrogen triple antiplatelet in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention and the effect on the incidence of major adverse cardiac events.Methods a total of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in our hospital from January 2015 to-2016 in December were enrolled in this study.All patients were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group using clopidogrel hydrogen treatment,observation group were treated with tirofiban,aspirin and Clopidogrel Hydrogen triple antiplatelet therapy,the incidence and clinical effects of the two groups of major adverse cardiac events.Results the two groups before treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and platelet count had no statistically significant difference; no significant observation group after treatment compared 30d platelet count difference; observation group 30d after treatment,the platelet aggregation rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05); the observation group after the treatment of 30d MA-ADP on platelet drug reaction the inhibition rate is lower than the control group(P<0.05); the observation group after treatment of AA drugs 30d platelet inhibition rate,the inhibition rate of ADP,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the observation group after treatment,the incidence of major adverse cardiac events was 13.33％,33.33％in the control group,two groups of major adverse cardiac events was statistically significant the difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention after treatment with tirofiban,aspirin and chlorine Pigre triple antiplatelet ideal treatment effect,can reduce the incidence of major adverse cardiac events,it is worthy of popularization and application.

Objective To evaluate the serum 25?hydroxy vitamin D3 level in patients with multiple sclerosis(MS)and normal healthy population,as well as the correlation between addition of oral 1,25?hydroxy vitamin D3 and the prevention of MS relapse and progression. Methods There were 60 cases in the relapsing?remitting MS(RRMS)group and 68 cases in the healthy group,respectively;and the differences in the sex,age, serum 25?hydroxy vitamin D3 level of the two groups were counted and evaluated. In addition ,the 60 cases of patients were divided randomly into the hormone therapy group and the addition treatment group ,with 30 cases in each group;the addition treatment group was added oral calcitriol soft capsules on the basis of the hormone therapy group;EDSS score evaluation was conducted on the two groups 6,12 and 24 months after treatment,the relapse frequency was counted after 24 months,and the relapse interval was calculated. Results The serum 25?hydroxy vitamin D3 levels in the patient group and the healthy group were(18.75 ± 8.35)nmol/L and(23.28 ± 9.31)nmol/L, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the relapse frequency (P < 0.01),the relapse interval(P < 0.05),and EDSS score(after 24 months)(P < 0.05)between the hormone therapy group and the addition treatment group after treatment;while the differences in the EDSS score (after 6 months)(P = 0.457) and the EDSS score(after 12 months)(P = 0.118)between the two groups showed no statistically significance. Conclusion The serum 25?hydroxy vitamin D3 level in MS patients was markedly lower than that in normal healthy population. Addition of 1,25?hydroxy vitamin D3 contributes to preventing the relapse rate of MS and extending the relapse interval;in addition,maintaining long?term of oral 1,25?hydroxy vitamin D3 facilitates to delaying the progression of disabled disease.

Objective To investigate the differences in the curative effects between traditional telephone follow-up and medical care combined with WeChat and medical mobile app in adult epilepsy patients with anxiety and depression,analyze the influence factors for the differences from following five aspects: medication compliance, anxiety and depression,quality of life of patients, knowledge of diseases and related behavior correction,satisfaction rate of patients to follow-up and patients' hospital readmission rate. Methods A total of 100 adult epilepsy patients with anxiety and depression in our department from February 2015 to October 2015 were investigated in the study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by admission order alternates (50 respectively). Patients in control group received traditional telephone follow-up,while patients in observation group were managed using WeChat and medical mobile APP. Medication compliance,anxiety and depression,quality of life of patients,knowledge of diseases and related behavior correction, satisfaction rate of patients to follow-up and number of patients' hospital readmission were compared between two groups at intake time and after 6 months' follow-up. Results Among 100 epilepsy patients, 14 patients were lost and 86 patients were followed up for 6 months. At 6 months' post discharge, medication compliance of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The score of QOLIT-31 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Patients in observation group performed better than patients in control group in diet habit correction, knowledge of training methods, as well as in satisfaction to follow-up and rate of patients' hospital readmission. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Medical care combined with WeChat and medical mobile APP in adult epilepsy patients with anxiety and depression can improve patients' medication compliance, relieve patients' anxiety and depression, increase quality of life of patients, enhance patients' knowledge of disease and behavior correction and raise the rate of patients' hospital readmission and satisfaction to follow-up.

Objective To verify the methodology for auditing dosimetric parameters in reference and non-reference conditions with thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs).Methods Under reference and non-reference conditions,the established TLD methods were used to observe the absorbed dose variations with depth,SSD,field size and 45 wedges for 10 photon beams at 5 hospitals.Dosimetric parameters,including doses at Dmax points in axis,on 5 electron beams of 9 MeV were measured.The measurement results were compared between the TLDs and plane parallel ionization chambers.Results For 6 MV photon beams,the relative deviation of between finger ionization chamber method and TLD chips was in the range of-1.7％ to 5.4％ under on-axis non-reference conditions,and-6.3％ to-0.6％ under off-axis non-reference conditions,respectively,all within the range of ≤ ± 7％ as required by the IAEA.The relative deviation between plane parallel chamber and TLD method was-2.3％ to 3.7％,within ± 5％ as required by the IAEA.Conclusions It is convenient and feasible to use TLD method for quality audits of dosimetric parameters in radiotherapy.
