1.Correlation of cerebral blood flow after thrombolysis with ischemia-reperfusion injury and neurological function in patients with AIS
Chinese Journal of Geriatric Heart Brain and Vessel Diseases 2024;26(9):1049-1053
Objective To investigate the correlation of cerebral blood flow(CBF)after thrombolys-is with ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury and neurological function in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Clinical data of 150 AIS patients admitted to our department from Febru-ary 2021 to February 2024 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.According to the changes in CBF in the affected side after thrombolysis, they were divided into hyperperfusion group(48 cases)and hypoperfusion group(102 cases). The condition of hemorrhagic transformation and perfusion parameters included CBF,cerebral blood volume(CBV),time to peak of residual func-tion(Tmax),mean transit time(MTT)and time to peak(TTP),and the relative values of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF),rCBV,Tr,max,rMTT and rTTP.The general clinical data, oxidative stress,NIHSS score and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Pear-son/Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between rCBF and oxida-tive stress, inflammatory factors, hemorrhagic transformation and NIHSS score in AIS patients after thrombolysis. Results In the hypoperfusion group, the MTT,Tmax and TTP values were sig-nificantly higher, and the CBF value was obviously lower in the affected side than the healthy side(P<0.01).In hyperperfusion group, the MTT and TTP were notably lower, while the CBF and CBV were remarkably higher in the affected side than the healthy side(P<0.01).The hypoperfu-sion group had significantly higher rMTT,Tr,max and rTTP,but lower rCBV and rCBF than the hyperperfusion group(P<0.01).The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced oxidation pro-tein products,TNF-α and C-reactive protein(CRP)were significantly lower, and the level of su-peroxide dismutase(SOD)was higher in the hypoperfusion group than the hyperperfusion group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that rCBF was negatively correlated with MDA and TNF-α(r=-0.436,r=-0.451,P<0.01)and positively correlated with SOD(r=0.412,P<0.01).Conclusion The CBF changes after thrombolysis in AIS patients have a good correlation with I/R injury, but not with the recovery of neurological function.

Objective:To explore the reliability and validity of the 10-item Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC-10) in Chinese community-dwelling adults. Methods:Using multistage stratified sampling, totally 2 051 community-dwelling adults were selected and they were investigated by the 10-item Connor-Davidson resilience scale, the center for epidemiological studies depression scale (CES-D) and 10-item Kessler psychological distress scale (K10). The exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used to evaluate the CD-RISC-10 by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0.A parallel analysis and Velicer's minimum average partial (MAP) test were also supplemented to confirm the EFA-derived structure of the scale. Results:The Cronbach α coefficient of the CD-RISC-10 was 0.94, and the Spearman-Brown reliability was 0.89.The total correlation of the questions ranged from 0.74 to 0.81 (all P<0.01). The exploratory factor analysis retained its single dimension, which can explain 63.24% of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis revealed the single factor model fit data adequately ( χ2/ df=4.596, CFI=0.967, TLI=0.973, RMSEA=0.065). The resilience(27.02±13.50) was negatively correlated with depression(9.75±5.24) and psychological distress (19.23±6.37)( r=-0.32, -0.35, both P<0.01). Conclusion:The CD-RISC-10 scale has acceptable reliability and validity, with using easily and conveniently. Therefore, it is an effective tool for measuring the resilience of the community-dwelling adults.

4.Research progress of exercise and nutrition intervention in the frail elderly
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2022;28(20):2670-2675
Frailty is a common geriatric syndrome that can lead to increased risk of adverse health outcomes such as disability, falls, hospitalization and death in the elderly. It is a major factor leading to functional decline and early death in the elderly, but it is potentially reversible. Early identification and active intervention can improve or delay the progression of frailty. At present, non-drug intervention is considered to be the most important intervention means for the frailty elderly, among which exercise and nutrition are important aspects. This article reviews the research progress of exercise and nutrition intervention on the improvement of senile frailty, in order to provide references for the improvement or delay of senile frailty.
