ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Huangqi injection combined with Buzhong Yiqi acupuncture in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) with Qi deficiency and its effects on TCM syndromes, fatigue symptoms, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), and oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) levels. MethodA total of 200 patients with CFS of Qi deficiency were randomly divided into a control group (100 cases) and an observation group (100 cases). The control group was treated with vitamin B compounds, and the observation group was treated with Huangqi injection combined with Buzhong Yiqi acupuncture for two weeks. The scores of TCM syndromes, fatigue symptoms, levels of serum SOD, MDA, and ox-LDL and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared before and after treatment in two groups. ResultAfter treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 54.34% (50/92), while that of the observation group was 88.54% (85/96). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (χ2=27.13,P<0.05). Compared with those in the two groups before treatment, scores of fatigue self-assessment scale (FSAS), physical fatigue and mental fatigue, and sleep/rest response scores of fatigue in the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, scores of FSAS, physical fatigue and mental fatigue, and sleep/rest response scores of fatigue in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with those in the two groups before treatment, TCM syndrome scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with those in the two groups before treatment, MDA levels in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), ox-LDL levels in the observation group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and SOD levels were significantly increased (P<0.05). After treatment, compared with those in the control group, the serum MDA and ox-LDL levels in the observation group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the serum SOD was significantly increased (P<0.05). No serious adverse events or adverse reactions occurred during this clinical trial. ConclusionHuangqi injection combined with Buzhong Yiqi acupuncture has a good clinical curative effect in the treatment of CFS with Qi deficiency, which can effectively improve the fatigue symptoms of patients, increase the level of SOD, and reduce the level of serum MDA and ox-LDL. It is related to the production of antioxidants, inhibiting the production of lipid peroxides, and improving the body's ability to resist oxidative stress.

OBJECTIVE:
To assess the practical and health economical values of non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT) in Changsha Municipal Public Welfare Program.
METHODS:
A retrospective analysis was carried out on 149 165 women undergoing NIPT test from April 9, 2018 to December 31, 2019. For pregnant women with high risks, invasive prenatal diagnosis and follow-up of pregnancy outcome were conducted. The cost-benefit of NIPT for Down syndrome was analyzed.
RESULTS:
NIPT was carried out for 149 165 pregnant women and succeeded in 148 749 cases (99.72%), for which outcome were available in 148 538 (99.86%). 90% of pregnant women from the region accepted the screening with NIPT. 415 (0.27%) were diagnosed as high risk. Among these, 381 (91.81%) accepted amniocentesis, which led to the diagnosis of 212 cases of trisomy 21 (PPV=85.14%), 41 cases with trisomy 18 (PPV=48.81%) and 10 cases with trisomy 13 (PPV=20.83%). The sensitivity and specificity of NIPT for trisomy 21, trisomy 18 and trisomy 13 were (97.70%, 99.98%), (97.62%, 9.97%) and (100%, 99.97%), respectively. In addition, 213 and 30 cases were diagnosed with sex chromosomal aneuploidies (PPV=46.2%) and other autosomal anomalies (PPV=16.57%), respectively. For Down syndrome screening, the cost and benefit of the project was 120.79 million yuan and 1,056.95 million yuan, respectively. The cost-benefit ratio was 1: 8.75, and safety index was 0.0035.
CONCLUSION
NIPT is a highly accurate screening test for trisomy 21, which was followed by trisomy 18 and sex chromosomal aneuploidies, while it was less accurate for other autosomal aneuploidies. The application of NIPT screening has a high health economical value.

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive intraoperative physical intervention to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity in patients with gynecological tumor surgery. Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021, 80 gynecological tumor patients undergoing surgery in Shanxi Provincial People 's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling as the research object. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group, each with 40 cases. The intervention group used intermittent pneumatic compression device (IPC) combined with graduated compression stockings (GCS) during the operation. In the control group, IPC was used alone for intervention. This study compared the blood flow rate and tube diameter of the lower extremity veins (common femoral vein, deep femoral vein, popliteal vein, and intermuscular vein) , blood coagulation indexes [prothrombin time (PT) , thrombin time (TT) , activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) , fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimer]before and after operation and the incidence of lower extremity DVT on the third day after operation between the two groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between postoperative D-dimer and lower extremity venous blood flow rate. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in the preoperative lower extremity venous blood flow velocity and diameter ( P>0.05) . The comparison of postoperative lower extremity venous blood flow rate between the two groups were statistically significant ( t=2.217, 4.863, 2.946, 2.397; P<0.05) . The diameters of common femoral vein, deep femoral vein and intermuscular vein between the two groups were statistically different ( t=2.117, 2.756, 2.274; P<0.05) , and there was no significant difference in the diameter of popliteal vein ( P>0.05) . There was no significant difference in PT, TT, APTT, FIB, D-dimer between the two groups of patients before operation ( P>0.05) . The differences in FIB and D-dimer between the two groups of patients were statistically significant ( t=-2.338, -3.554; P<0.05) . The incidence of lower extremity DVT in the intervention group was 2.5% (1/40) on the third day after operation, and the incidence of lower extremity DVT in the control group was 20.0% (8/40) , and the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=6.135, P<0.05) . Pearson correlation analysis showed that postoperative D-dimer and lower extremity venous blood flow rate were negatively correlated ( r=-0.484, -0.442, -0.358, -0.308; P<0.01) . Conclusions:The application of comprehensive intraoperative physical intervention of IPC combined with GCS can reduce the incidence of DVT in the lower extremities of patients with gynecological tumors, and it is worthy of clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Radiological Health 2021;30(3):269-275
Objective This study reconstructed 4D-CBCT for fully automatic compensated sliding motion by incorporating the bilateral filtering into the Deformable Vector Field (DVF). Methods First, a motion compensated simultaneous algebraic reconstruction technique (Modified Simultaneous Algebra Reconstruction Technique, mSART) was used to generate a high quality reference phase by using all phase projection stogether with the initial 4D-DVFs, which were generated via Demons registration between 0% phase and each other phaseimage. The 4D-DVF was optimized by matching the forward projection of the deformed 0% phase with the measured projection of the target phase. The loss function’s DVF smoothing constrain term contained bilateral filtering kernel that contained: 1) an spatial domain Guassian kernel; 2) animage intensity domain Guassian kernel; and 3) a DVF domain Guassian kernel. By choosing suitable kernel variances, the sliding motion can be extracted. A non-linear conjugate gradient optimizer wasused. We validated the algorithm on a Non-Uniform Rotational B- spline based Cardiac-Torso (NCAT) phantom. Quantification was evaluated by: 1) the Root-Mean-Square-Error (RMSE) together with the Maximum-Error (MaxE); 2) the Dice coefficient of the extracted lung contour from the final reconstructed images and 3) the relative reconstruction error (RE) to evaluate the algorithm's performance. Results The motion trajectory's RMSE/MaxEare 0.796/1.02 mm for bilateral filtering reconstruction; and 2.704/4.08 mm for original reconstruction. Image content such a stherib position, the hearted gedefinition, the fibrous structures all had been better corrected with bilateral filtering. Conclusion We developed a bilateral filtering based fully automatic sliding motion compensated 4D-CBCT scheme. Digital phantom study confirmed the improved motion estimation and image reconstruction ability. It can be used as a 4D-CBCT image guidance tool for lung SBRTtreatment.

OBJECTIVETo assess the association of polymorphisms of oncostatin M receptor (OSMR) gene with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in a Han Chinese population.
METHODSFor 351 DCM patients and 418 healthy controls, two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the OSMR gene, namely rs2292016 (promoter, -100G/T) and rs2278329 (missense, Asp553Asn), were genotyped with a TaqMan SNP genotyping assay. Two hundred of the patients were also followed up for (49.85 ± 22.52) months.
RESULTSFor rs2292016, carriers of GT genotype were more likely to develop DCM compared to those with GG and TT genotypes (OR=1.45, 95%CI: 1.09-1.92, P=0.01). For those who did not receive cardiac resynchronization therapy, the GG genotype of rs2292016 was an independent indicator for poor prognosis (OR=1.69, 95%CI: 1.11-2.63, P=0.017). No association was found between genotypes of rs2278329 with the susceptibility or prognosis of DCM.
CONCLUSIONPolymorphisms of the OSMR rs2292016 locus are related to the development and outcome of DCM.
