Jinlingzi San is a formula frequently used in treating pain syndrome， first recorded in the Collection of Writings on the Mechanism of Disease， Suitability of Qi， and the Safeguarding of Life as Discussed in the 'Basic Questions' written by LIU Wansu in the Jin Dynasty. Jinlingzi San is composed of 2 Chinese medicinals Toosendan Fructus and Corydalis Rhizoma with a concise composition and exact clinical efficacy， having been included in the Catalogue of Ancient Classical Formulas （Second Batch： Han Chinese Medicine）. The formula name， historic evolution， medicine origins， composition， dosage， decocting methods， and ancient and modern clinical application were sorted out and analyzed with the bibliometric method. A total of 209 pieces of information were collected from ancient books and literature. After screening， 49 pieces of effective data involving 45 ancient books were included. Results showed that the name of Jinlingzi San was first recorded in Secret Formulas of the Yang Family written by Yang Tan in the Southern Song Dynasty and developed into 3 other versions of the decoction. The Jinlingzi San included in the Collection of Writings on the Mechanism of Disease， Suitability of Qi， and the Safeguarding of Life as Discussed in the 'Basic Questions' written by LIU Wansu invariably plays a dominant role. As for the 3 other versions， although they have the same name of Jinlingzi San， their composition and indications are different from those of the original formula， which were therefore viewed as prescriptions based on Jinlingzi San and also included in the research. The medicine origins and processing of Jinlingzi San are suggested： Toosendan Fructus is the dry mature fruit of Melia toosendan of Meliaceae， and the crude is used after cleansing without putamen. Corydalis Rhizoma is the dry tuber of Corydalis yanhusuo of Papaveraceae， which is used after impurity removal， cleaning， and drying. Depending on the conversion from the measurement system in the Jin Dynasty to modern measurement， it is suggested that Toosendan Fructus and Corydalis Rhizoma （41.3 g each） are ground into fine powder， and one dose includes 12.39 g of the powder， which should be taken with an appropriate amount of wine. If wine is not suitable for the patient， the decoction can also be taken with warm water. Jinlingzi San has the effects of soothing the liver， discharging heat， and activating blood to stop pain. As recorded in ancient books， Jinlingzi San is specialized in treating heart pain caused by reversal heat， chest and abdominal pain， hypochondriac pain， jaundice， hernia， and other diseases. Modern studies have shown that modified Jinlingzi San can be used in treating diseases involving the digestive system， the integumentary system， the gynecological system， the reproductive system， and other systems and has wide clinical application in treating epigastric pain， herpes zoster， dysmenorrhea， and other diseases. This study has made clear the key information of Jinlingzi San by textual research of ancient books and literature in the hope of providing a theoretical reference for the clinical application， set prescriptions， and new drug development.

Objective To investigate whether activation of PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway can reduce inflammation in acute pancreatitis(AP)rats.Methods SD rats were grouped into sham surgery group,model group,Gln group,and Gln+LY294002 group(PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway inhibitors).Intra-abdominal pressure(IAP),ascites volume(AS),serum amylase(AMY),diamine oxidase(DAO),interleukin(IL-1β,IL-6),Tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)were measured.The pathological change in pancreatic and small intestinal tissues was evaluated by microscopy;The expression of PI3K,Akt and mTOR genes and cytoplasm compact linking protein(ZO-1),compact linking protein(occludin-1),PI3K,Akt and mTOR in ileum of each group were detected.Results Compared with the sham surgery group,the IAP and AS,IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,AMY,DAO,and pathological injury scores of pancreas and small intestine in the model group were obviously increased;The expression of PI3K mRNA,Akt mRNA,mTOR mRNA,ZO-1,occludin-1,p-PI3K/PI3K,p-Akt/Akt and p-mTOR/mTOR in rat ileum tissue significantly reduced(P＜0.05).Compared with the model group,the level of IAP and AS,IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,AMY,DAO and pathological injury scores of pancreas and small intestine in the Gln group were significantly reduced;The expression of PI3K mRNA,Akt mRNA,mTOR mRNA,ZO-1,occludin-1,p-PI3K/PI3K,p-Akt/Akt and p-mTOR/mTOR in rat ileum tissue was significantly increased(P＜0.05);LY294002 could specifically reverse the therapeutic effect of Gln on acute pancreatitis in rats.Conclusions Acti-vation of PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway may reduce inflammation and improve gastrointestinal function in rats with acute pancreatitis.

Objective Establish the method of bacterial endotoxins test for human papillomavirus bivalent(types 16,18)vaccine(pichia pastoris).Methods The method of gel-clot technique and photometric technique(kinetic-turbidimetric assay and kinetic-chromogenic assay)for the determination of bacterial endotoxins was carried out according to the Appendix of China Pharmacopoeia in 2020 Vol Ⅲ 1143"bacterial endotoxins test"and Vol IV 9251"guidelines for bacterial endotoxin test".Results There is no interference after more than forty times dilution for gel-clot technique,the recovery rates of kinetic-turbidimetric assay and kinetic-chromogenic assay can also meet the requirements.Conclusion It is feasible to establish gel-clot technique,kinetic-turbidimetric assay and kinetic-chromogenic assay for bacterial endotoxin test of human papillomavirus bivalent(types 16,18)vaccine(pichia pastoris).

Purpose/Significance Based on the concepts of healthy cities and smart cities,the paper introduces a new concept-smart healthy cities.It explores the definition,scope,function,challenges,and strategic responses associated with the concept.Meth-od/Process Through literature review and case study analysis,the theoretical foundations,characteristics,objectives,and implementa-tion strategies of healthy cities and smart cities are compared,revealing differences and points of convergence,proposing the origins,def-initions,and delineations of smart healthy cities,and exploring the relationships among healthy cities,smart cities,and smart healthy cit-ies.Result/Conclusion Smart healthy cities enhance urban health governance and the well-being of residents through technological in-novation.Effective integration of advanced technologies with urban governance policies is essential,alongside the implementation of di-verse strategies to drive progress.Future urban development should focus more on the theoretical and practical collaborative development within the smart healthy cities framework.

Objective:To investigate the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) and its relationship with the prognosis of patients with PDAC.Methods:From January 2001 to December 2012, 109 paraffin embedded PDAC tissue samples and 27 normal pancreatic tissue samples were collected from the Department of Pathology, Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. The expression of HER2 protein in pancreatic tissue was detected by immunohistochemical Envision two-step method. HER2 expression was evaluated according to Hercept test, and its relationship with clinicopathological features and survival time was analyzed.Results:The expression of HER2 protein was negative (-) in 29.4% of PDAC tissues, weakly positive (+ ) in 35.8%, positive (+ + ) in 25.7% and strongly positive (+ + + ) in 9.2%, respectively, and the overexpression rate (+ + , + + + ) was 34.9%; the negative (-) and weakly positive (+ ) expression of HER2 protein in normal pancreatic tissues accounted for 88.9% and 11.1% respectively. There was no expression with positive (+ + ) or strongly positive (+ + + ), therefore, the overexpression rate was 0. The overexpression rate of HER2 protein in PDAC and normal pancreatic tissues was significantly different ( P=0.000). The expression of HER2 protein was significantly correlated with age, and the expression of HER2 protein in patients with PDAC over 65 years old was significantly higher than that in patients with PDAC under 65 years old ( P=0.043), but not with gender, tumor location, tumor grade, T stage, N stage and nerve invasion (all P>0.05). Univariate Cox proportional hazards analysis showed that HER2 expression was associated with postoperative survival time of patients with PDAC ( P=0.032). Multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis showed that HER2 expression was an independent prognostic factor for survival of patients with PDAC ( P=0.040). The median survival period of patients with HER2 expression + + + was significantly longer than that of patients with HER2 expression -~+ + (128.4 months vs 21.5 months), and the difference was statistically significant ( P=0.038). Conclusions:The overexpression of HER2 in PDAC tissue was related to the age of patients. The survival time of patients with HER2 strongly positive PDAC was significantly longer. HER2 can be considered as an index to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of PDAC.

To optimize the process of hydrogenation reduction in the synthesis of apremilast (APST), 3-nitrophthalic anhydride (4) and (S)-1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl) ethanamine-(S)-2-acetamido-4-methylpentanoate (7) were used as starting materials to synthesize (S)-2-(1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl)-4-nitroisoindoline-1,3-dione (8) by amination.Then compound 8 was reduced to (S)-4-amino-2-(1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl) ethyl) isoindoline-1,3-dione (9) with ammonium formate as hydrogen source and palladium hydroxide as catalyst.Finally, apremilast was obtained by the acetylation reaction with acetic anhydride.The structure of the products were verified by optical rotation, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis.And the total yield of three steps was increased to 67.0%.The improved reduction process can avoid the special reaction of hydrogenation and pressurization, and reduce the safety risk and production costs with high commercial value.

Detecting specific point mutations or methylation of ctDNA can not only assist in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,but also be expected to identify pancreatic cancer at an early stage. Detecting ctDNA after operation can help predicting tumor recurrence and metastasis effectively,so that patients with high recurrence and metastasis risks can be intervened in advance. Accordingly,this article intends to review detection technology of ctDNA and its clinical applications in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,the prediction of tumor recurrence and metastasis after surgery,and the evaluation of patient prognosis.

Postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) is one of the main life-threatening complications after pancreatectomy, with an incidence of 3% to 45%. Despite there were significant advances in pancreatic surgery in recent decades and continued decreasing mortality, the incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula still remains high. Clinically relevant postoperative pancreatic fistula after pancreatic surgery is often accompanied by abdominal infection. Studies have shown that abdominal infection is not only related to postoperative pancreatic fistula, but also it’s an important factor which may induce and aggravate the development of postoperative pancreatic fistula. The exact correlation between POPF and abdominal infection is not clear. The goal of this review is to discuss the current research progress on the relationship between postoperative pancreatic fistula and abdominal infection.
