1.Establishment and Effect of Management and Control Model for Perioperative Prophylactic Use of Antibiotics in Urinary Surgery Department of A Hospital

OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in urinary surgery department. METHODS: In response to irrational perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in urinary surgery department, taking type Ⅱ incision surgery and special diagnosis and treatment and preventive drug use as an example, the management and control mode for perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics was established and intervened in urinary surgery department so as to intervene in antibiotics use through formulating surgical type risk classification system, forming perioperative medication clinical pathways such as type Ⅱ incision surgery and urinary calculi surgery with different infection risk, establishing tracking and supervision mechanism. The rationality indexes of perioperative prophylactic medication such as the rate of prophylactic antibiotics use were compared among related medical records collected from urinary surgery department within 3 months before and after intervention (186 records before intervention, 179 records after intervention). Antibiotics use density (AUD) and amount of antibiotics in urinary surgery department were compared within 3 months before and after intervention to evaluate management and control effect. RESULTS: Among surveyed medical records, compared with before intervention, the rate of prophylactic antibiotics use was decreased from 97.3% (181/186) to 91.6% (164/179); the rate of rational drug selection was increased from 17.7% (32/181) to 71.3% (117/164); correct rate of medication timing was increased from 9.9% (18/181) to 32.3% (53/164); the rate of rational post-operative prevention course was increased from 17.1% (31/181) to 37.2% (61/164), with statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Average AUD was deceased from 83 DDD to 70 DDD within 3 months after intervention, and the amount of antibiotics was decreased from 689 669.23 yuan to 531 040.11 yuan. CONCLUSIONS: Established management and control mode for perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in type Ⅱ incision surgery and special diagnosis and treatment and preventive drug use can effectively reduce the rate of prophylactic antibiotics, AUD and amount of antibiotics in urinary surgery department, and promote rational use of antibiotics during perioperative period.

The authors described the architecture of a real-time platform designed to monitor medical equipments.Three types of data collectors were employed to collect information into the background servers for real-time analysis and presentation.Such a platform can effectively enable the hospital to manage its medical equipments, for their positioning, assets management and risk control.

Building a digitized and customer-oriented hospital customer service system is conducive to better service at the hospital.Such a system is an open customer service and management system,comprising digitized customer relation management and service platform,digital intelligent IVR customer service system,video interaction service system for hospital wards,IOT-based health management and service system,and 3G-based seamless pre-hospital and post-hospital green emergency rescue system,as well as other customer service systems including the outpatient auto-calling,self-service,information release,payment management,and IOT-based customer management system.By means of thorough customer analysis,automatic service trigger-off mechanism and considerate customer service,digitized hospital customer service system realized value of the hospital while providing the customers with valuable services.
4.Nursing requirements and information management strategies of infusion outpatients in emergency department

Objective The care requirements and the waiting time of infusion outpatients in emergency department were evaluated to innovate the mode of outpatient and emergency infusion management. Methods 400 infusion outpatients were randomly assessed with the care requirements assessment form which were designed by ourselves. Results The accurate, timely medication treatment and care, a quiet, comfortable environment and the sharply puncture technique were wanted by most outpatients. Conclusions Information management mode-wireless mobile outpatient infusion management system, provides a technologically advanced, safe, reliable, practical solutions for emergency fluid management.
5.Innovation study on digital hospital management platform for client relationship

It is inevitable for hospitals to introduce the concept of hospital client relationship management in order to upgrade service quality.The large population and number of visits of patients have been the bottle-neck for hospitals to implement management of hospital client relationship.Digital technologies make it possible for the hospital to utilize the internal clinical data systems inside the hospital and the communication platforms outside the hospital so as to implement functions of instant interaction and collective management such as one-to-one conversation,SMS,voice messages,emails,etc.This paper has addressed the features of hospital client relationship management,the structure and major functions of a digital platform for hospital client relationship management and its implications and conclusions.
6.Application of Modern Information Technology in TCM Decocting Center

METHODS:The structure and characteristics of TCM decocting center were analyzed by introducing the implementation of TCM decocting center. The value of TCM decocting center and its need of perfection wer summarized. RESULTS:The application of modern information technology improved the management of TCM decocting center. CONCLUSIONS:Digital management of TCM decocting center is worth of spreading and researching.
7.Application Research of Video Interaction Service Platform for Hospital Wards

Objective To modify the way of information-learning for in-ward patients and the modes of living and business services within or out of hospital, thus improving the service acquisitiveness and patient's satisfaction. Methods Based on the integration of the current hospital equipments and internal information, digital service platform was constructed by utilizing all kinds of technologies such as cable television network, broadband local network, internet, multi-media, embedded microcomputer, etc. Results In-ward patient can enjoy video on demand (VOD), bill inquiry, ordering meal, amusement games, business services and external hospital service conveniently via remote control and television in the room. Conclusion The platform introduces the digital technology into non-medical service in hospital. As an innovation in information technology and service pattern, the platform has a future in application.
8.Study and Application of New Hospital Customer Service Platform-"Doctor-Patient Communication" Platform

Objective The setting of "doctor-patient communication" platform aims to innovate service pattern for hospital customers by constructing the communication bridge between hospital and patients via digital ways. Methods The platform was based on electronic patient records system and hospital information system. The internal information could interchange with social communication platform (cell phone, PHS, internet) via that system to realize the communication between doctors and patients. Results The platform could easily realize immediate interaction and group administration to customers in the form of manual communication, short massage, voice service and email. Conclusion The platform innovates both the service pattern for hospital customers and hospital customer relationship management (CRM) mode, and it has a bright application future.
9.Technical Features and Composition of AGV Hospital Transport Systems

AGV is one of the major hospital transport systems, and its domestic application is few. AGV belongs to wheeled mobile robot, which is battery dynamic, unmanned driving, high maneuverable, and can transport over 400Kg wheelbarrow. There are two types of AGV navigations: inner and outer navigations. Basically AGV system includes auto- navigation vehicles, different type of wheelbarrow, work station, central control system, and communication unit. This article introduces the application development situation of AG0V, the major technical characters, auto-navigations and the major component of this system.
10.Composition and Application Maintenance of Rail-type Logistics Transmission System in Hospital

The definition and main structure of rail-type logistics transmission system are described and put forward the main advantages of the system that is used to carry the relatively heavy and large goods. The main function, working principle and technical characteristics of each part of logistics transmission system are introduced, which emphasizes the keys of the application and maintenance of the system should focus on intensive training, standardized operation, regular inspection and strengthened maintenance, and then further introduce the emphasis of the inspection and maintenance.
