Objective:To identify the classification characteristics and quality of life (QOL) of breast cancer (BC) patients during chemotherapy, so as to provide basis for improving the sleep and QOL of this group. Methods:A cross-sectional investigation was completed among 421 BC patients in 5 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai, Wuhan, Tangshan and Nanning in 1-12 months of 2016 using validated instruments including self-made general information questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast (FACT-B).Results:Four latent class of patients were identified through latent profile analysis (LPA), named by badly worse sleep quality(SQ) (C1, n=23), medium-SQ with difficulty to fall asleep (C2, n=127), medium-SQ with worse sleeping process (C3, n=30), none sleep disorders (C4, n=241). Total points of SQ among C1-C4 had significant difference ( χ2 value was 309.28, P<0.05). Age, BMI, job status, whether had surgery and course of chemotherapy between classes had statistically significant differences ( χ2 values were 9.57-25.28, all P<0.05). It had significant difference between C2 and C3, C2 and C4, C3 and C1, C3 and C4 on QOL ( χ2 values were 5.96-52.73, all P<0.05). Conclusion:SQ of BC patients during chemotherapy has heterogeneity among population. Different features of SQ of BC patients have different performance on QOL. Health professionals should keep an eye on patients with features of older age, high BMI, in job status, already received surgery and during early-stage chemotherapy, provide personal nursing intervention to improve SQ and QOL.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2021;37(1):82-85
As a platform to learn authentic patient experiences, learning health system(LHS)acquires big data from clinical environment and other health-related events, analyzes data to produce new knowledge and applies these knowledge to constantly guide clinical decision and practice, thus contributing effectively to better quality of care and lower medical cost. The authors reviewed LHS in terms of its role model, organizational structure, infrastructure framework, core characteristic elements framework and researcher′s core competence framework. Based on the study, the authors recommended the integration of multi-source heterogeneous medical information platform data, and enhancement of synergy among medical institutions and multi-disciplinary teams in the introduction and localization of LHS into China.

Objective:To analysis effectiveness of the "14 plus 7 day quarantine" and "nucleic acid plus total antibody testing" strategy (combined screening strategy) for screenin the imported patients with COVID-19 in Xiamen. Methods:The study populations were overseas travelers arriving in Xiamen from March 17 to December 31, 2020, and overseas travelers who had quarantine outside Xiamen for less than 21 days from July 18 to December 31, 2020. Data were collected and analyzed on the timing of detection, pathways, and test results of the imported patients with COVID-19 after implementing combined screening strategy. Results:A total of 304 imported patients with COVID-19 were found from 174 628 overseas travelers and 943 overseas travelers from other cities. A total of 163 cases (53.6%) were diagnosed by multitime, multisite intensive nucleic acid testing after positive finding in total antibody testing. Among them, 27 (8.9%) were first positive for nucleic acid in 14 plus 7 day quarantine and 136 were first positive for nucleic acid in 14-day quarantine. Only 8 of these individuals were tested positive for nucleic acid after positive total antibody testing. The other 128 individuals were tested positive for nucleic acid after being negative for average 2.3 times (maximum of 6 times). Aditional 155 cases might be detected by using the combined "14 plus 7 day quarantine" and " nucleic acid plus total antibody testing" strategy compared with "14-day quarantine and nucleic acid testing" strategy, accounting for 51.0% of the total inbound infections. So the combined screening strategy doubled the detection rate for imported patients with COVID-19. No second-generation case caused by overseas travelers had been reported in Xiamen as of February 26, 2021.Conclusions:Xiamen's combined screening strategy can effectively screen the imported patients with COVID-19 who were first positive for nucleic acid after 14 day quarantine. Compared with "14 day quarantine and nucleic acid testing", the combined screening strategy improved detection rate and further reduced the risk of the secondary transmission caused by the imported patients with COVID-19.

The type of chronic diseases and number of patients with chronic disease are increasing all over the world. The adherence of health management in patients with chronic disease has directly impact on their health outcomes, quality of life and related health cost. The benefit of improvement in adherence of health management is even more than the improvement in treatment. Mobile health is a new way of health care to provide convenient, accessible and effective health management support. Additionally, mobile health care has been used in the health management of patients with chronic diseases. The aim of this study is to review the studies focus on using mobile health care technology in improving health management adherence, including the characteristics of participants, the intervention tools, the diseases have been managed and the outcome evaluation.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(36):2759-2762
Objective To deeply understand the postoperative real experience of colostomy patients on ostomy management, and try to explore the difficulties and needs after discharge in order to provide theoretical basis for postoperative nursing intervention. Methods By using phenomenological research method, 10 colostomy patients were interviewed face- to- face, and the content was analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results Three themes were concluded: self- care obstacle related to ostomy; self- growth brought by ostomy; expectations for social support and family care. Conclusions Colostomy patients have to face so many problems after operation on ostomy management, and hospital, society and family have responsibility to help patients adapt to ostomy as soon as possible and improve their quality of life.
