Integrated medical education, namely medical education under the concept of integration, is an important trend in the development of global medical education, and also an important task in the re-form of medical universities and colleges in China. The integrated medical education abroad originated from Europe and America, and developed relatively well. It started late in China and was limited to integration of some subjects. At present, the reform of integrated medical education in domestic colleges and universities is still facing the problems and challenges such as lag of teaching ideas, limited content of reform, insufficient teachers' ability, difficulty to change learning habits, deviations of learning purposes, lack of integrated learning, lack of system, poor mechanism, weak guarantee and so on. In the future, we should make efforts to teach, learn and manage, give full play to the leading role of "teaching", improve the main position of"learning", and constantly improve the guarantee function of "management".

Military Medical Sciences 2017;41(5):390-393,397
Objective To provide an index system and model for evaluating the development strategies of military preventive medicine (MPM).Methods SWOT was used to analyze the internal and external conditions of the development strategies of MPM,and the evaluation index system was constructed. The weight of each evaluation index was determined based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert consultation. The evaluation model of MPM development strategies and confrontation matrix were constructed based on SWOT analysis. The effectiveness of the index system and model was evaluated through empirical research. Results The evaluation index system was constructed, which included four grade-one indexes (R&D quality, difficulty, requirement and support) and sixteen grade-two indexes (research level, academic status,etc.).The advantage and disadvantage models, opportunity threat model and SWOT evaluation model were established. The confrontation matrix of development strategies for MPM was developed. Conclusion This evaluation index system and model can accurately evaluate MPM development strategies and provide reference for formulating development strategies of MPM.

The situational teaching of the course of introduction to medical humanities has some problems, such as low participation, poor communication, and lack of humanities thought. By reading text and creating text, narrative medicine can make students deeply participate in the scene, provide an intro-spective opportunity of being close to the patients, and make students better redefine the story of the other so as to be able to help patients to take a positive view of the disease. Therefore, by using the method of reading text and creating text of narrative medicine, this paper has studied the “4+3” situational teaching model reform of the course of “introduction to medical humanities”, analyzed the present situation and achievements and pointed out that the teaching should pay attention to the key elements, which is “to build a correct value view of medical humanistic, strengthen the emotional education of humanistic care, as well as culture humanistic knowledge and culture humanistic ability”, and it has also put forward some sugges-tions on improving the teaching level of“Introduction to medical humanities”in the future.

As the understanding of science creativity becomes more profound, people find out that organizational barriers are greatly deterring and discouraging the advent and development of science creativity.Drawing upon the Situation Theory of Creativity and earlier researches,we identified crucial organizational factors that imposed influence on science creativity and considered those factors as gauge to reflect on the current practice of science research management in China. The findings show that science research funding mode, collaboration and communication opportunities and accesses, science researchers' career development and evaluation system, research group leadership, size and diversity of research teams are all key components of the organizational barriers that failed to nurture and spur Chinese researchers to solve long existed and challenging problems with original approaches and creative thinking. Therefore, innovations of science research management are necessary and urgent.
6.Misconducts of science research human resource management——A reflection based on the Amabile's Componential Framework of Creativity
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2014;27(3):315-319
The Componential Framework of Creativity, advanced by Amabile, one of significant figures on the social psychology of creativity, comprehensively interpreted the nature and the construct components of creativity.Inspiring by the ideology of Amabile's Componential Framework of Creativity, this study examined whether the science research human resource management practices in today's Chinese science research institutions follow the nature of science research and whether the policy and operation inhibit creativity. It identified the common misconducts happened in human resource selection, development and performance management, and the causes and countermeasures of those misconducts were also explored. The findings will be a source of reference for human resource management practitioners at the science research field of China.

Objective To establish the golden hamster model of buccal squamous carcinoma and observe its biological character-istics .Methods 50 golden hamster were randomly divided into two group :experiment group (n=40) and control group(n=10) . Buccal mucosa of golden hamster were daubed by exposure 4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide (4NQO) in experiment group and tap water in control group .HE staining and immunohistochemistry were used to observe the tissue sample on the 8th and 12th week .The tissue samples of golden hamster buccal-mucosa cancer were used for the in-vitro subculture .Then flat cloning formation rate ,expression of CK and Vim ,and cell karyotype were detected .Results The observations of cell morphology and biology showed that the tissue of buccal squamous carcinoma were conformed to the basic characteristics of squamous carcinoma cell in 26 golden hamster(84 .6% ) after 12 weeks .The positive rate of CK and Vim were 96 .0% by immunohistochemical staining .The Chromosomes were tetraploid karyotype .Conclusion We successfully established the golden hamster model of buccal squamous carcinoma by the daub method of 4NQO .
