Objective:To conduct a scoping review of relevant literature on palliative care needs of patients with Parkinson's disease, so as to clarify the palliative care needs of patients with Parkinson's disease and its influencing factors. Methods:Literature on palliative care needs of patients with Parkinson's disease was systematically searched in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, ProQuest, OpenGrey, Scopus, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database and China Biology Medicine disc. The search period was from the establishment of the databases to April 20, 2023, and the included articles were summarized and analyzed. Results:A total of 15 articles were included. The palliative care needs of patients with Parkinson's disease were high, and the main influencing factors included personal factors, disease factors, medical staff factors, caregiver factors, place factors and policy factors. Conclusions:The demand for palliative care in Parkinson's disease patients was influenced by multiple factors. Future research will focus on training palliative care professionals, establishing evidence-based palliative care needs assessment standards and nursing quality standards, and exploring the continuation mode of out-of-hospital palliative care, so as to provide references for helping medical staff identify palliative care needs of patients with Parkinson's disease and formulating needs assessment and nursing quality standards.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between mental resilience and quality of life in patients with Parkinson ′s disease and provide basis for paying attention to the mental health of this group. Methods:A total of 190 in patients with Parkinson ′s disease (PD) were selected from April to July 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. The general data questionnaire, Mental Resilience Scale and 39-Item Quality of Life (QOL) Questionnaires were used to investigate among the patients. Results:The mental resilience score of PD patients was 48.0 (29.8, 62.2) points and the quality of life score was 56.0 (27.8, 82.0) points. There was a significant negative correlation between mental resilience and quality of life score ( r value was -0.538, P<0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that with the increase of psychological elasticity score, the score of quality of life decreased ( b value was -0.002, P<0.001). Conclusions:The mental resilience and quality of life of PD patients are both at a low level, the improvement of mental resilience is beneficial to improve their quality of life.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2020;36(4):315-321
Objective:
To explore the situation of nephrology nursing research in more than a decade, and to provide reference for the development of nursing scientific research in China.
Methods:
A total of 1 927 papers of nephrology nursing, which ranged from January 1, 2008 to November 8, 2018, were retrieved from the Web of Science core collection database and visualized by CiteSpace V and ECharts.js.
Results:
The cited frequency of international nephrology nursing research increased year by year, and the number of papers growed tendency in fluctuation. The United States and Australia were in the leading position on nephrology nursing research, and China ranked sixth. Research hotspots focused mainly on the keywords such as chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, quality of life, and disease management. Co-occurrence cluster analysis revealed that peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis were the frontiers.
Conclusions
International nephrology nursing research has developed steadily. Chinese specialists should track the research trends of international core institutions in real time, explore research hotspots and frontiers, and strive for prompting nursing research to be in line with the international.
