Objective To explore the feasibility of intelligent spatiotemporal image correlation-fetal heart navigator(iSTIC-FHN) in the display of the ductal arch view in normal fetuses ,and to compare two-dimensional echocardiography( 2DE) and iSTIC-FHN based measures of ductus arteriosus( DA ) in normal fetuses . Methods Two hundred and eleven normal fetuses with gestational age of 22 - 32 weeks were enrolled . Each fetus had undergone conventional 2DE examination and the iSTIC fetal cardiac volumes were obtained .The volume datasets were analyzed offline using new automatic software ( the Fetal Heart Navigator ,FHN ) . The diameter of DA were measured by 2DE and iSTIC based FHN ,respectively . Pearson's correlation analysis was used to examine the relation between gestational age and diameter of DA for both 2DE and iSTIC-FHN . The measurement of the diameters of ductus arteriosus by two methods were compared . Results The ductal arch view using FHN was successfully obtained in 165(78 .2% ) cases among 211 normal cases . The comparison of 2DE and iSTIC-FHN in the measurement of the DA was made in 131(62 .1% ) normal fetuses . Mean 2DE DA increased from ( 3 .00 ± 0 .23) mm at 22 weeks to ( 5 .42 ± 0 .26) mm at 32 weeks . Mean iSTIC-FHN DA increased from ( 2 .96 ± 0 .21) mm at 22 weeks to ( 5 .36 ± 0 .17) mm at 32 weeks . There was a good correlation between the two methods ( Pearson's R 2 = 0 .942 ,P =0 .539) . Bland-Altman plot showed the 95% limits of agreement was ( - 0 .3287 ,0 .3111) . Conclusions iSTIC-FHN is the potential tool for the evaluation of the ductal arch view .

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of combined scoring of contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) and ultrasonic elastography(UE) for thyroid imaging reporting and date system(TI RADS) 4 type nodules. Methods The CEUS and UE features of 520 TI RADS 4 type nodules were analyzed retrospectively. The scores of each nodule were evaluated and compared with pathological results and fine-needle aspiration cytology(FNAC).ROC curve was used to compare the diagnostic value of CEUS combined with UE or alone in the differential diagnosis of TI-RADS 4 nodules. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and area under the curve(AUC) of UE were 82.34%,82.25%,82.31% and 0.841,respectively,when the cut off value of UE score was 4.The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and AUC of CEUS were 78.63%,65.68%,74.42% and 0.750,respectively,when the cut-off value of CEUS score was 4.The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and AUC of CEUS combined with UE were 92.31 %,75.74%,86.92% and 0.885,respectively,when the cut-off value of combined score was 6.The sensitivity and accuracy of combined score were higher than those of two other methods, the difference was statistically significant (all P < 0.05),the AUC of combined score was the biggest,it had the highest diagnostic efficacy. Conclusions Combined scoring of CEUS and UE can improve the accuracy in the differential diagnosis of TI-RADS 4 type nodules.

Objective To evaluate application value of ultrasound elastography combined ultrasound and breast BIRADS classification in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 146 cases of breast lumps were treated with ultrasound elastography breast examination to pathological results as the gold standard, respectively elastic strain rate ratio, elastography score, BIRADS classification and joint benign and malignant breast masses were evaluated to compare diagnostic value of different diagnostic methods. Results The ratio of elastic strain rate of breast cancer diagnosis sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 83.54%,89.89%,86.90%; elastography score diagnosis of breast cancer sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 87.34%,92.26%,92.86%; BIRADS classification of breast cancer diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 88.61%,92.13%,90.48%; NO.1 two-linking diagnosis of breast cancer sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 92.41%,93.26%,92.86%;NO.2 two-linking diagnosis of breast cancer sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 89.87%,92.13%,91.07%;NO.3 two-linking bivalent three diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 93.67%,93.26%,93.45%;triple diagnosis of breast cancer sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 96.63%,95.51%,95.83%. Bivalent a law,two French and three triple-linked increase in sensitivity, specificity and accuracy triple law had improved significantly(P<0 . 05). Triple Youden index and Kappa values were the highest, followed by two 3-linking method. Conclusion Ultrasound elastography and ultrasound BIRADS evaluation methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer classification has certain limitations, including two joint evaluation method can improve the sensitivity to a certain extent, but only the elastic strain rate ratio, elastography score,BIRADS classification can provide significant time and triple evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy,Youden index and Kappa values, has a high value.
