The Journal of Cardiovascular Intervention is a primary source of information for meeting the challenges of providing optimal healthcare. The journal aims to be a core resource for cutting-edge advancements, clinical applications, therapeutic protocols for managing cardiovascular problems. Journal of Cardiovascular Intervention (JCI)’s regional focus is mainly Korea, but it also welcomes submissions from researchers all over the world. The JCI is an English language, peer-reviewed journal covering the broad field of interventional cardiology and pharmacology, including coronary, cerebrovascular, peripheral, and structural intervention and its relevant healthcare policies. Koreans exhibit significant differences in physiological conditions and genetic backgrounds compared to Western or other Asian ethnicities. Specialized research and a rigorous scientific approach are imperative to enhance our understanding and address these unique aspects within this population, particularly in the field of interventional cardiology.
