- Abstract: Isolated unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy (IUHNP) is rare because of its complex course and close adjacent structures. Prostate cancer is a very rare cause of hypoglossal nerve palsy and reported scarcely. We herein report the first case of metastatic prostate cancer presented with IUHNP in Korea, which shows good clinico-radiological correlation.
