Abstract: The pathogenicity of Chlamydia and Mycoplasma in some non sexually transmitted infectious diseases in urology department is unknown. In this paper, the characteristics of related pathogens, detection methods and the related research on their pathogenicity in clinical diseases such as non-specific cystitis, sterile pyuria, lower urinary tract symptoms and upper urinary tract infection are reviewed to guide clinical practice.
